Belangrijk is om de interne organisatie klaar te laten zijn voor de volgende fase van de SNL Systems B.V. Het project, in het kader van de ESF-regeling Duurzame Inzetbaarheid, biedt voor SNL Systems B.V. dé kans om de organisatie met inbreng van alle medewerkers zodanig aan te passen dat de toekomst van het bedrijf gewaarborgd blijft. Deze veranderingen zullen onder andere bijdragen aan de een toename van de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers en een duurzamere inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers in het algemeen. (Dutch)

It is important to make the internal organisation ready for the next phase of the SNL Systems B.V. The project, under the ESF Sustainable Employability Scheme, offers the opportunity for SNL Systems B.V. to adapt the organisation with input from all employees in such a way that the future of the company is guaranteed. These changes will contribute, inter alia, to an increase in employee involvement and to a more sustainable employability of employees in general. (English)
