Oldebroek is een gemeente gelegen op de Veluwe en kent ca 23.000 inwoners. De Gemeente Oldebroek wil efficiënter en effectiever gaan werken waarbij ook meer de samenwerking wordt opgezocht met andere gemeentes om dienstverlening te centraliseren. Daarnaast willen ze medewerkers meer inzetten op functies waar hun sterke competenties tot uitvoering kunnen worden gebracht. Binnen de Gemeente is er de afgelopen jaren te weinig aandacht geweest voor de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. De medewerkers vervullen nu voornamelijk hun functie vanuit het feit dat ze er al jaren werkzaam zijn en niet vanuit hun kracht en ambitie. Om langdurig inzetbaar te blijven zullen de Gemeente en de medewerkers samen moeten zorgen dat zij zich blijven ontwikkelen en de mogelijkheid krijgen om te werken aan het verbeteren van hun competenties. Gemeente Oldebroek wil met dit project, gesubsidieerd met ESF gelden, meer aandacht geven aan de individuele ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van hun medewerkers en zetten in op interne mobiliteit. Oldebroek es un municipio situado en el Veluwe y tiene unos 23.000 habitantes. El municipio de Oldebroek quiere trabajar de manera más eficiente y eficaz, con más colaboración con otros municipios para centralizar los servicios. Además, quieren aumentar el compromiso de los empleados con puestos en los que puedan implementarse sus fuertes competencias.
