Via dialoogsessies tussen management en medewerkers zullen de problemen verhelderd worden, de onderliggende oorzaken achterhaald en ideeën voor oplossingen verzameld. Dialogue sessions between management and staff will clarify the problems, identify the underlying causes and gather ideas for solutions.     Un'azienda del settore logistico vuole iniziare con i punti di miglioramento dal sondaggio sulla soddisfazione dei dipendenti e identificato problemi di carico dei dipendenti. Le sessioni di dialogo tra la dirigenza e il personale chiariranno i problemi, individueranno le cause di fondo e raccoglieranno idee per soluzioni. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare la vitalità e la soddisfazione professionale del personale, migliorandone così l'occupabilità sostenibile. (Italian)
