Thurisaz is zich er van bewust om medewerkers beter te begeleiden in het ontwikkeltraject van haar medewerkers maar wil niet ‘ouderwets’ managen. Thurisaz wil door middel van onderzoek, advies en implementatie een zelflerende werkcultuur creëren.
