    De samenvoeging van diverse vestigingen brengt nieuwe uitdagingen voor medewerkers, management en organisatie. Om dit in goede banen te leiden en medewerkers in deze veranderingen gemotiveerd te houden, ondanks dat veranderingen ook onzekerheden met zich meebrengen, betekent dat dit goed en gestructureerd samen met de medewerkers en management aangepakt dient te worden. Het doel van het project is dat er na dit project een team staat welke de nodige veranderingen signaleert en erkent, omarmt en gemotiveerd is om de toekomst in te gaan bij de Van Kuringe Groep, dit om continuïteit te kunnen waarborgen voor medewerkers en de Van Kuringe Groep zelf.     The merger of various branches brings new challenges for employees, management and organisation. In order to manage this and to keep employees motivated in these changes, despite the fact that changes also entail uncertainties, this means that this needs to be addressed well and structured together with the employees and management. The aim of the project is that after this project there is a team that identifies and recognises the necessary changes, embraces and is motivated to enter the future with the Van Kuringe Group, in order to ensure continuity for employees and the Van Kuringe Group itself.     La fusión de varias sucursales trae consigo nuevos retos para los empleados, la dirección y la organización. Para gestionar esto y mantener a los empleados motivados en estos cambios, a pesar de que los cambios también conllevan incertidumbres, esto significa que es necesario abordarlo bien y estructurarse junto con los empleados y la dirección. El objetivo del proyecto es que después de este proyecto hay un equipo que identifica y reconoce los cambios necesarios, adopta y está motivado para entrar en el futuro con el Grupo Van Kuringe, con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de los empleados y el propio Grupo Van Kuringe.     La fusione di vari rami porta nuove sfide per i dipendenti, la gestione e l'organizzazione. Per gestire questo e mantenere i dipendenti motivati in questi cambiamenti, nonostante i cambiamenti comportino anche incertezze, ciò significa che questo deve essere affrontato bene e strutturato insieme con i dipendenti e la direzione. L'obiettivo del progetto è che dopo questo progetto ci sia un team che identifica e riconosce i cambiamenti necessari, abbraccia ed è motivato ad entrare nel futuro con il Gruppo Van Kuringe, al fine di garantire continuità ai dipendenti e allo stesso Gruppo Van Kuringe.
