    JD Techniek groeit snel als organisatie. Hierdoor is onvoldoende aandacht voor bepaalde zaken, waardoor de continuïteit in gevaar komt. Zo is er o.a. onvoldoende technische kennis in huis, moeten taken en verantwoordelijkheden van medewerkers duidelijker beschreven worden en is er op bepaalde posities sprake van een dreigende overbelasting. Er moet dus een plan komen met een hernieuwde missie, visie en strategie, waardoor JD Techniek en haar medewerkers klaar zijn en blijven voor de toekomst. Hiervoor zet JD Techniek in op duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers, omdat zij zich beseft dat vitale medewerker ten grondslag liggen aan een vitale organisatie. Medewerkers zullen getraind en bijgeschoold moeten worden, taken en verantwoordelijkheden dienen opnieuw te worden ingedeeld. (Dutch)
