Przedmiotem projektu firmy FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN I DRZWI SP. Z O.O. SP. K. (dalej: FERRUM) jest inwestycja w innowacyjną na skalę światową linię zgrzewająco – czyszczącą umożliwiającą znaczące udoskonalenie dotychczas oferowanych produktów stolarki otworowej (okna i drzwi), a także zastosowanie elektronicznego systemu „blueSmart” firmy Winkhaus w okuciach drzwi (innowacja produktowa), dzięki wdrożeniu innowacji procesowej. Rosnąca konkurencja oraz ciągły postęp technologiczny zadecydowały o potrzebie zaplanowania działań inwestycyjnych pozytywnie wpływających na konkurencyjność i markę firmy w regionie. Bodźcem do realizacji projektu są również sygnały z rynku od stałych klientów o zapotrzebowaniu na nowe produkty oraz aktualna ilość zamówień przekraczająca możliwości produkcyjne zakładu.Realizacja projektu pozwoli na komercjalizację wyników prac B+R, co de facto dla każdej firmy jest czynnikiem motywującym do dalszego podejmowania badań i dążenia do wprowadzania na rynek innowacyjnych rozwiązań. Efektywną realizację projektu wspierać będzie współpraca z partnerem - firmą P.H.U. ”IVEX” Grzegorz Ulkowski. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia zaplanowana jest w okresie: 01.09.2017 - 31.12.2017 r. i zostanie zrealizowana w ramach jednego zadania polegającego na zakupie linii zgrzewająco – czyszczącej na którą będą składać się 2 urządzenia: zgrzewarka przemysłowa oraz oczyszczarka przemysłowa.Dzięki inwestycji zaspokojone zostaną potrzeby firmy, jak i rynku w zakresie oferty. Dywersyfikacja działalności firmy oraz kompleksowość oferty są działaniami niezbędnymi i stanowią najpilniejszą potrzebę firmy FERRUM, a jej bezpośrednim efektem będzie wzrost konkurencyjności, innowacyjności i efektywności firmy i regionu poprzez zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w MŚP. W związku z zakupem nowych środków trwałych składających się na innowacyjną linię technologiczną, Wnioskodawca zatrudni nowych pracowników, których obowiązkiem będzie obsługa ww. maszyn. (Polish)

Subject of the project FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN AND DRZWI SP. WITH O.O. SP. K. (hereinafter: FERRUM) is an investment in a globally innovative welding – cleaning line that enables significant improvement of the existing products of the woodworking carpenter (windows and doors), as well as the use of Winkhaus’s electronic “blueSmart” system in door fittings (product innovation), thanks to the implementation of process innovation. Increasing competition and continuous technological progress have determined the need to plan investment activities that have a positive impact on the competitiveness and brand of the company in the region. The project is also stimulated by signals from the market from regular customers about the demand for new products and the current number of orders exceeding the production capacity of the plant.The implementation of the project will allow the commercialisation of R & D results, which in fact for each company is a motivating factor for further research and the pursuit of innovative solutions on the market. Effective implementation of the project will be supported by cooperation with partner P.H.U. “IVEX” Grzegorz Ulkowski. Implementation of the project is planned for the period of: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 and will be carried out as part of a single task of purchasing a welding – cleaning line consisting of 2 equipment: industrial welding machine and industrial cleaning machine.The investment will meet the needs of the company as well as the market in terms of offer. The diversification of the company’s activities and the comprehensiveness of the offer are essential and are the most urgent needs of FERRUM, and its immediate effect will be to increase the competitiveness, innovation and efficiency of the company and the region through increased application of innovation in SMEs. In connection with the purchase of new fixed assets consisting of an innovative technological line, the applicant will hire new employees, whose duty will be to operate the abovementioned machines. L’objet du projet de FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN AND DRZWI SP. Z O.O. SP. K. (ci-après: Ferrum) est un investissement dans une ligne de soudage et de nettoyage globale innovante permettant d’améliorer considérablement les produits existants de menuiserie ouverte (fenêtres et portes), ainsi que l’utilisation du système électronique «blueSmart» de Winkhaus dans les raccords de porte (innovation de produit), grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de processus. L’accroissement de la concurrence et le progrès technologique continu ont déterminé la nécessité de planifier des activités d’investissement qui ont une incidence positive sur la compétitivité et la marque de l’entreprise dans la région. Le projet est également alimenté par les signaux du marché des clients réguliers sur la demande de nouveaux produits et le nombre actuel de commandes dépassant la capacité de production de l’usine. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra la commercialisation des résultats des travaux de R & D, qui de facto pour chaque entreprise est un facteur de motivation pour poursuivre la recherche et visant à apporter des solutions innovantes sur le marché. La mise en œuvre effective du projet sera soutenue par la coopération avec le partenaire — P.H.U.«IVEX» Grzegorz Ulkowski. La mise en œuvre du projet est prévue au cours de la période de: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 et sera réalisé dans le cadre d’une tâche consistant à acheter une ligne de soudage et de nettoyage composée de 2 dispositifs: machine de soudage industrielle et machine de nettoyage industriel. Grâce à l’investissement, les besoins de l’entreprise ainsi que le marché en termes d’offre seront satisfaits. La diversification des activités de l’entreprise et l’exhaustivité de l’offre sont des actions essentielles et constituent le besoin le plus urgent de FERRUM, et son effet direct sera d’accroître la compétitivité, l’innovation et l’efficacité de l’entreprise et de la région grâce à une utilisation accrue de l’innovation dans les PME. Gegenstand des Projektes von FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN UND DRZWI SP. Z O.O. SP. K. (im Folgenden: Ferrum) ist eine Investition in eine innovative globale Schweiß- und Reinigungsanlage, die eine deutliche Verbesserung der bestehenden Produkte der offenen Tischlerie (Fenster und Türen) sowie die Nutzung des elektronischen „blueSmart“-Systems von Winkhaus in Türbeschlägen (Produktinnovation) dank der Umsetzung von Prozessinnovationen ermöglicht. Der zunehmende Wettbewerb und der kontinuierliche technologische Fortschritt haben die Notwendigkeit festgelegt, Investitionstätigkeiten zu planen, die sich positiv auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und die Marke des Unternehmens in der Region auswirken. Das Projekt wird auch durch Signale des Marktes von Stammkunden über die Nachfrage nach neuen Produkten und die aktuelle Anzahl von Aufträgen, die die Produktionskapazität der Anlage übersteigen, angetrieben. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglicht die Kommerzialisierung der Ergebnisse von F & E-Werken, die de facto für jedes Unternehmen ein motivierender Faktor für die weitere Forschung ist und innovative Lösungen auf den Markt bringen soll. Die effektive Umsetzung des Projekts wird durch die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Partner – P.H.U.„IVEX“ Grzegorz Ulkowski unterstützt. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist in der folgenden Zeit geplant: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 und wird im Rahmen einer Aufgabe durchgeführt, die in der Anschaffung einer Schweiß- und Reinigungsanlage bestehend aus 2 Geräten besteht: industrielle Schweißmaschine und Industriereinigungsmaschine. Dank der Investition werden die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens sowie der Markt in Bezug auf das Angebot erfüllt. Die Diversifizierung der Aktivitäten des Unternehmens und die Vollständigkeit des Angebots sind wesentliche Maßnahmen und stellen den dringendsten Bedarf von FERRUM dar, und seine unmittelbare Wirkung wird darin bestehen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Innovation und Effizienz des Unternehmens und der Region durch den verstärkten Einsatz von Innovationen in KMU zu steigern. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Erwerb neuer Anlagegüter, die aus einer innovativen Technologielinie bestehen, wird der Antragsteller neue Mitarbeiter einstellen, die zum Betrieb der oben genannten Maschinen verpflichtet sind. Het onderwerp van het project FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN EN DRZWI SP. Z O.O. SP. K. (hierna: Ferrum) is een investering in een innovatieve wereldwijde las- en reinigingslijn die een aanzienlijke verbetering mogelijk maakt van de bestaande producten van open schrijnwerk (vensters en deuren) en het gebruik van het elektronische „blueSmart”-systeem van Winkhaus in deurbeslag (productinnovatie), dankzij de implementatie van procesinnovatie. De toenemende concurrentie en de voortdurende technologische vooruitgang hebben geleid tot de noodzaak om investeringsactiviteiten te plannen die een positieve invloed hebben op het concurrentievermogen en het merk van de onderneming in de regio. Het project wordt ook gedreven door signalen van de markt van vaste klanten over de vraag naar nieuwe producten en het huidige aantal orders dat de productiecapaciteit van de fabriek overschrijdt. De uitvoering van het project zal het mogelijk maken de resultaten van O & O-werkzaamheden op de markt te brengen, wat in feite voor elke onderneming een motiverende factor is voor verder onderzoek en ernaar streeft innovatieve oplossingen op de markt te brengen. De effectieve uitvoering van het project zal worden ondersteund door samenwerking met de partner — P.H.U.„IVEX” Grzegorz Ulkowski. De uitvoering van het project is gepland in de periode van: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 en zal worden uitgevoerd in het kader van één taak bestaande uit de aankoop van een las- en reinigingslijn bestaande uit 2 apparaten: industriële lasmachine en industriële reinigingsmachine. Dankzij de investering zal zowel aan de behoeften van het bedrijf als aan de markt in termen van aanbod worden voldaan. De diversificatie van de activiteiten van de onderneming en de volledigheid van het aanbod zijn essentiële acties en vormen de dringendste behoefte van FERRUM, en het directe effect ervan zal zijn het concurrentievermogen, de innovatie en de efficiëntie van het bedrijf en de regio te vergroten door meer gebruik te maken van innovatie in kmo’s. (in appresso: Ferrum) è un investimento in un'innovativa linea globale di saldatura e pulizia che consente di migliorare in modo significativo i prodotti esistenti di falegnameria aperta (finestre e porte), nonché l'utilizzo del sistema elettronico "blueSmart" di Winkhaus nei raccordi per porte (innovazione del prodotto), grazie all'implementazione dell'innovazione di processo. La crescente concorrenza e il continuo progresso tecnologico hanno determinato la necessità di pianificare attività di investimento che influenzino positivamente la competitività e il marchio dell'azienda nella regione. Il progetto è inoltre guidato da segnali provenienti dal mercato da parte dei clienti abituali circa la domanda di nuovi prodotti e l'attuale numero di ordini che superano la capacità produttiva dell'impianto. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà la commercializzazione dei risultati delle opere di R & S, che di fatto per ogni azienda sono un fattore motivante per proseguire la ricerca e mirare a portare soluzioni innovative sul mercato. L'attuazione efficace del progetto sarà sostenuta dalla collaborazione con il partner — P.H.U."IVEX" Grzegorz Ulkowski. L'attuazione del progetto è prevista nel periodo di: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 e sarà svolto nell'ambito di un unico compito consistente nell'acquisto di una linea di saldatura e pulizia composta da 2 dispositivi: saldatrice industriale e macchina per la pulizia industriale. Grazie all'investimento, saranno soddisfatte le esigenze dell'azienda e del mercato in termini di offerta. La diversificazione delle attività dell'azienda e la completezza dell'offerta sono azioni essenziali e costituiscono la necessità più urgente di FERRUM, e il suo effetto diretto sarà quello di aumentare la competitività, l'innovazione e l'efficienza dell'impresa e della regione attraverso un maggiore ricorso all'innovazione nelle PMI. El tema del proyecto de FERRUM FABRYKA OKIEN Y DRZWI SP. Z O.O. SP. K. (en lo sucesivo: Ferrum) es una inversión en una innovadora línea global de soldadura y limpieza que permite una mejora significativa de los productos existentes de carpintería abierta (ventanas y puertas), así como el uso del sistema electrónico «blueSmart» de Winkhaus en los accesorios de puertas (innovación de productos), gracias a la implementación de la innovación de procesos. El aumento de la competencia y el continuo progreso tecnológico han determinado la necesidad de planificar actividades de inversión que afecten positivamente a la competitividad y marca de la empresa en la región. El proyecto también está impulsado por las señales del mercado de clientes habituales sobre la demanda de nuevos productos y el número actual de pedidos que superan la capacidad de producción de la planta. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá la comercialización de los resultados de las obras de I+D, lo que de facto para cada empresa es un factor motivador para seguir realizando investigaciones y con el objetivo de aportar soluciones innovadoras al mercado. La ejecución efectiva del proyecto contará con el apoyo de la cooperación con el socio — P.H.U.«IVEX» Grzegorz Ulkowski. La ejecución del proyecto está prevista en el período de: 01.09.2017-31.12.2017 y se llevará a cabo como parte de una tarea consistente en la compra de una línea de soldadura y limpieza compuesta por 2 dispositivos: soldadora industrial y máquina de limpieza industrial. Gracias a la inversión, se satisfarán las necesidades de la empresa, así como el mercado en términos de oferta. La diversificación de las actividades de la empresa y la integralidad de la oferta son acciones esenciales y constituyen la necesidad más urgente de FERRUM, y su efecto directo será aumentar la competitividad, innovación y eficiencia de la empresa y la región a través de un mayor uso de la innovación en las pymes.
