Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie krośnieńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników, na poziomie co najmniej 43% dla uczestników niekwalifikujących sie do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych, dla osób niepełnosprawnych- wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu I w szczególnych przypadkach (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) i profilu II (tzw. wymagajacy wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Krosno district. The main result of the project will be that participants take up employment of at least 43 % for non-eligible participants in any of the following target groups, for disabled persons – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 17 %, for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency index of at least 35 %, for the low-skilled – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 48 %. The project will support people under 30 years of age qualified to profile I in specific cases (so-called active unemployed) and profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Krosno. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement de participants, au moins 43 % pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants, pour les personnes handicapées — taux de performance en matière d’emploi d’au moins 17 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée — taux d’efficacité de l’emploi d’au moins 35 %, pour les personnes peu qualifiées — taux d’efficacité de l’emploi d’au moins 48 %. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil I dans des cas spécifiques (appelés «chômeurs actifs») et au profil II (appelé «soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre d’activation spécifique sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Krosno arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Einstellung von Teilnehmern, mindestens 43 % für Teilnehmer, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen in Frage kommen, für Menschen mit Behinderungen – Beschäftigungsleistungsquote von mindestens 17 %, für Langzeitarbeitslose – Beschäftigungseffizienz von mindestens 35 %, für Geringqualifizierte – Beschäftigungseffizienzsquote von mindestens 48 %. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Profil I in bestimmten Fällen (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) und Profil II (sogenannte Unterstützungserfordernde) in Frage kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Aktivierungsangebots eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Krosno. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de aanwerving van deelnemers, ten minste 43 % voor deelnemers die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de volgende doelgroepen, voor personen met een handicap — arbeidsparticipatie van ten minste 17 %, voor langdurig werklozen — arbeidsefficiëntie van ten minste 35 %, voor laaggeschoolden — arbeidsefficiëntie van ten minste 48 %. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen onder de 30 die in aanmerking komen voor profiel I in specifieke gevallen (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) en profiel II (zogenaamde ondersteuningsbehoefte). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek activeringsaanbod voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella contea di Krosno. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà l'assunzione di partecipanti, almeno il 43 % per i partecipanti non ammissibili a nessuno dei seguenti gruppi destinatari, per le persone con disabilità — tasso di rendimento occupazionale di almeno il 17 %, per i disoccupati di lungo periodo — tasso di efficienza dell'occupazione di almeno il 35 %, per il tasso di efficienza occupazionale poco qualificato — almeno del 48 %. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni che possono beneficiare del profilo I in casi specifici (i cosiddetti disoccupati attivi) e del profilo II (cosiddetto che necessitano di sostegno). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en el condado de Krosno. El principal resultado del proyecto será la contratación de participantes, al menos el 43 % para los participantes no elegibles para ninguno de los siguientes grupos destinatarios, para las personas con discapacidad — tasa de rendimiento laboral de al menos el 17 %, para los desempleados de larga duración — tasa de eficiencia en el empleo de al menos el 35 %, para la tasa de eficiencia en el empleo de al menos el 48 %. El proyecto apoyará a las personas menores de 30 años que pueden optar al perfil I en casos específicos (denominados desempleados activos) y al perfil II (denominados que requieren ayuda). En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta de activación específica irá precedida de un análisis de las habilidades, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
