Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 130 uczestników 80K i 50M. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I lub II profilu pomocy , które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu ( tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej ofert aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Starachowicach realizaować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Działania w projekcie obejmą pomoc w zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego, aktywnym poszukiwaniu pracy, podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych, a także zwiększeniu mobilności przestrzennej. Na koniec projektu przewidujemy osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup docelowych na poziomie co najmniej 43%,dla osób niepełnosprawnych na poziomie co najmniej 17%,dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 35% a dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 48%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Starachowice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 130 participants of 80K and 50M. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are eligible for I or II aid profiles who do not participate in education or training (the so-called NEETs). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of specific offers of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office in Starachowice will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Activities in the project will include assistance in gaining professional experience, active job search, improving professional qualifications and increasing spatial mobility. At the end of the project, we expect to achieve an employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any of the target groups of at least 43 %, for disabled persons at least 17 %, for long-term unemployed at least 35 % and for low-skilled people at least 48 %. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Starachowice. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’embaucher au moins 130 participants 80K et 50M. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au premier ou au deuxième profil d’aide et qui ne participent pas à l’éducation ou à la formation (les NEET). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’offres spécifiques d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, le Bureau du travail de Poviat à Starachowice mettra en œuvre les services et les instruments du marché du travail dûment sélectionnés visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Les activités du projet comprendront une aide à l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle, à la recherche active d’un emploi, à l’amélioration des qualifications professionnelles et à l’accroissement de la mobilité spatiale. À la fin du projet, nous prévoyons d’atteindre un indicateur de performance en matière d’emploi pour les participants qui ne sont éligibles à aucun des groupes cibles d’au moins 43 %, pour les personnes handicapées au moins 17 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée d’au moins 35 % et pour les personnes peu qualifiées au moins 48 %. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Starachowice arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts besteht darin, mindestens 130 Teilnehmer 80K und 50M zu beschäftigen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das erste oder zweite Hilfsprofil in Frage kommen und nicht an allgemeiner oder beruflicher Bildung teilnehmen (sogenannte NEETs). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation spezifischer Angebote zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Poviat-Arbeitsamt in Starachowice die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen genannten angemessen ausgewählten Dienstleistungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente umsetzen. Zu den Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts gehören Unterstützung bei der Erlangung von Berufserfahrung, aktive Arbeitssuche, Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikationen und Verbesserung der räumlichen Mobilität. Am Ende des Projekts erwarten wir, einen Indikator für die Beschäftigungsleistung für Teilnehmer zu erreichen, die nicht für eine der Zielgruppen von mindestens 43 %, für Menschen mit Behinderungen mindestens 17 %, für Langzeitarbeitslose von mindestens 35 % und für gering qualifizierte Personen von mindestens 48 % in Frage kommen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in de provincie Starachowice. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is om minimaal 130 deelnemers 80K en 50M in dienst te nemen. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor het eerste of tweede steunprofiel en die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs of opleiding (zogenaamde NEET’s). In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van specifieke aanbiedingen van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal het arbeidsbureau van Poviat in Starachowice de naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten toepassen als bedoeld in de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. De activiteiten van het project omvatten bijstand bij het opdoen van werkervaring, actief zoeken naar werk, het verbeteren van beroepskwalificaties en het vergroten van de ruimtelijke mobiliteit. Aan het einde van het project verwachten we een werkgelegenheidsprestatie-indicator te behalen voor deelnemers die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de doelgroepen van ten minste 43 %, voor mensen met een handicap van ten minste 17 %, voor langdurig werklozen van ten minste 35 % en voor laaggeschoolden ten minste 48 %. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nella contea di Starachowice. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà quello di impiegare un minimo di 130 partecipanti 80K e 50M. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al primo o al secondo profilo di aiuto e che non partecipano all'istruzione o alla formazione (i cosiddetti NEET). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di offerte specifiche di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'Ufficio del lavoro Poviat di Starachowice applicherà i servizi e gli strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Le attività del progetto comprenderanno l'assistenza per l'acquisizione di esperienze lavorative, la ricerca attiva di un lavoro, il miglioramento delle qualifiche professionali e l'aumento della mobilità spaziale. Al termine del progetto, ci aspettiamo di raggiungere un indicatore dei risultati occupazionali per i partecipanti non ammissibili per nessuno dei gruppi destinatari di almeno il 43 %, per le persone con disabilità almeno il 17 %, per i disoccupati di lunga durata di almeno il 35 % e per i meno qualificati almeno il 48 %. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en el condado de Starachowice. El principal resultado del proyecto será emplear a un mínimo de 130 participantes 80K y 50M. El proyecto apoyará a las personas menores de 30 años que puedan optar al primer o segundo perfil de ayuda y que no participen en la educación o la formación (los llamados ninis). En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de ofertas específicas de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la Oficina del Trabajo de Poviat en Starachowice aplicará los servicios y los instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral. Las actividades del proyecto incluirán asistencia para adquirir experiencia laboral, búsqueda activa de empleo, mejora de las cualificaciones profesionales y aumento de la movilidad espacial. Al final del proyecto, esperamos lograr un indicador de resultados en materia de empleo para los participantes no elegibles para ninguno de los grupos destinatarios de al menos el 43 %, para las personas con discapacidad al menos el 17 %, para los desempleados de larga duración de al menos el 35 % y para los poco cualificados al menos el 48 %.
