Celem projektu jest zapewnienie niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich tj.: utrzymanie wymaganych warunków pracy oraz poziomu zatrudnienia poprzez utrzymanie zatrudnienia wysoko wykwalifikowanych/kompetentnych pracowników w Ministerstwie Finansów zaangażowanych we wdrażanie polityki spójności w perspektywie finansowej POPT 2014-2020 oraz zamykanie poprzedniej perspektywy finansowej POPT 2007-2013. W ramach projektu finansowane są wynagrodzenia pracowników MF jako kontynuacja wsparcia finansowania wynagrodzeń w ramach POPT 2007-2013 celem zagwarantowania stabilności zatrudnienia w efektywnym realizowaniu polityki spójności w latach 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to provide the necessary human resources, i.e.: maintaining the required working conditions and the level of employment by maintaining highly qualified/competent employees in the Ministry of Finance involved in implementing cohesion policy in the financial perspective of POPT 2014-2020 and closing the previous financial perspective of POPT 2007-2013. The project finances the remuneration of IF staff as a continuation of support for the financing of wages under POPT 2007-2013 in order to guarantee the stability of employment in the effective implementation of cohesion policy 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est de fournir les ressources humaines nécessaires, c’est-à-dire: maintenir les conditions de travail et les niveaux d’emploi requis en maintenant l’emploi de personnel hautement qualifié/compétent au sein du ministère des finances participant à la mise en œuvre de la politique de cohésion dans les perspectives financières de l’OPPT 2014-2020 et en clôturant les perspectives financières précédentes de l’OPPT 2007-2013. Le projet finance les salaires des employés du ministère des finances dans le prolongement du soutien au financement des salaires au titre de l’OPPT 2007-2013 afin d’assurer la stabilité de l’emploi dans la mise en œuvre effective de la politique de cohésion au cours de la période 2014-2020. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die erforderlichen personellen Ressourcen bereitzustellen, d. h.: Aufrechterhaltung der erforderlichen Arbeitsbedingungen und Beschäftigungsniveaus durch Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung von hochqualifizierten/zuständigen Mitarbeitern im Finanzministerium, das an der Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik in der Finanziellen Vorausschau von OPPT 2014-2020 beteiligt ist und die vorherige Finanzielle Vorausschau der OPPT 2007-2013 abgeschlossen hat. Das Projekt finanziert die Gehälter der Mitarbeiter des Finanzministeriums als Fortsetzung der Unterstützung für die Finanzierung der Löhne im Rahmen der OPPT 2007-2013, um die Stabilität der Beschäftigung bei der wirksamen Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik im Zeitraum 2014-2020 zu gewährleisten. Het doel van het project is te voorzien in de nodige personele middelen, d.w.z.: handhaving van de vereiste arbeidsvoorwaarden en arbeidsvoorwaarden door de aanwerving van hooggekwalificeerd/bekwaam personeel bij het ministerie van Financiën dat betrokken is bij de uitvoering van het cohesiebeleid in het kader van de financiële vooruitzichten van het OPPT 2014-2020 en de afsluiting van de vorige financiële vooruitzichten van het OPPT 2007-2013. Het project financiert de salarissen van de werknemers van het ministerie van Financiën als voortzetting van de steun voor de financiering van lonen in het kader van het OPPT 2007-2013 om de stabiliteit van de werkgelegenheid bij de effectieve uitvoering van het cohesiebeleid in de periode 2014-2020 te waarborgen. Il progetto finanzia gli stipendi dei dipendenti del ministero delle Finanze come continuazione del sostegno al finanziamento delle retribuzioni nell'ambito dell'OPPT 2007-2013 al fine di garantire la stabilità dell'occupazione nell'attuazione efficace della politica di coesione nel periodo 2014-2020.
