Das Projekt umfasste die Durchführung einer tiefgreifenden, umfassenden Energiemodernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes „Bałtyk“ der Zweigstelle der Nationalen Steuerschule in Jastrzębia Góra. Thermomodernisierungsarbeiten umfassen: Isolierung der Außenwände des Gebäudes.
