W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca wdroży do produkcji i wprowadzi do swojej oferty nowy innowacyjny produkt - nowe zawory wysokociśnieniowe o unikatowych charakterystykach techniczno-użytkowych przeznaczone do stosowania w trudnych warunkach eksploatacyjnych. Produkt został opracowany w ramach prac B+R, które Wnioskodawca prowadził samodzielnie, a wybrane zadania badawcze zlecił następującym jednostkom: • Wydziałowi Odlewnictwa Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie, • FPH Brydex-B Jan Burzyński i wspólnicy Spółka Jawna, • Fabryce Urządzeń Specjalnych sp. z o.o., • KZWM Ogniochron S.A. Wnioskodawca posiada wyłączne prawa do wdrażanych wyników prac B+R. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na przeprowadzoną analizę rynku, zapotrzebowania potencjalnych klientów oraz realizacją strategii firmy opartej na wzmocnieniu pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku międzynarodowym jako producenta produktów, charakteryzujących się zaawansowaną technologią, nowatorskimi rozwiązaniami, wysoką jakością oraz atrakcyjną ceną. W celu wdrożenia nowego produktu niezbędne jest nabycie nowych środków trwałych oraz adaptacja powierzchni produkcyjnej. Nowy produkt posiada następujące cechy i funkcjonalności świadczące o innowacyjności w skali rynku międzynarodowego (opisane w pkt. VII wniosku). 1. Możliwość dostosowania produktu do indywidualnych potrzeb odbiorców 2. Całkowita ekologiczność 3. Zwiększona odporność na uszkodzenia dynamiczne 4. Eliminacja ryzyka ścierania i powstawania zadrapań 5. Wysoka trwałość Wnioskodawca posiada listy intencyjne, w których odbiorcy potwierdzają duże zainteresowanie i chęć nabycia nowego produktu. Produkt zostanie wdrożony po raz pierwszy na świecie na skalę przemysłową. Opracowane rozwiązanie produktowe jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego Wnioskodawcy. As part of the project, the applicant will implement and introduce a new innovative product – new high-pressure valves with unique technical and utility characteristics for use in difficult operating conditions. The product was developed within the framework of R & D works, which the Applicant carried out independently, and commissioned selected research tasks to the following units: • Department of Foundry of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, • FPH Brydex-B Jan Burzyński and partners Spółka Jawna, • Fabryce Urządzeń Specjalnych sp. z o.o., • KZWM Ogniochron S.A. The applicant has exclusive rights to implemented R & D results. The project is a response to the conducted market analysis, the needs of potential customers and the realisation of the company’s strategy based on the competitive position of the manufacturer, as well as the improvement of the competitive position of the manufacturer. In order to implement the new product, it is necessary to acquire new fixed assets and adapt the production area. The new product has the following features and functionalities demonstrating innovation in the international market (described in point. VII of the proposal). 1. Possibility of adapting the product to the individual needs of customers 2. Total environmental performance 3. Increased resistance to dynamic damage 4. Elimination of abrasion and scratching risk 5. High durability The applicant has lists of intent in which recipients confirm the high interest and willingness to purchase a new product. The product will be implemented for the first time in the world on an industrial scale. The product solution developed is the subject of the applicant’s patent application. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante mettra en œuvre et introduirea dans son offre un nouveau produit innovant — de nouvelles vannes à haute pression présentant des caractéristiques techniques uniques destinées à être utilisées dans des conditions de fonctionnement difficiles. Le produit a été développé dans le cadre des travaux de R & D réalisés par la requérante elle-même et a confié les tâches de recherche sélectionnées aux entités suivantes: • Le Département de Fonderie de l’AGH University of Science and Technology de Cracovie, • FPH Brydex-B Jan Burzyński et Partenaires Spółka Jawna, • Fabryce Urządzeń Specialch sp. z o.o., • KZWM Ogniochron S.A. La requérante a des droits exclusifs sur les résultats de R & D mis en œuvre. Le projet répond à l’analyse de marché menée, aux besoins des clients potentiels et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l’entreprise fondée sur le renforcement de sa position concurrentielle sur le marché international en tant que fabricant de produits caractérisés par des technologies avancées, des solutions innovantes, une qualité élevée et un prix attractif. Pour mettre en œuvre un nouveau produit, il est nécessaire d’acquérir de nouveaux actifs immobilisés et d’adapter la zone de production. Le nouveau produit présente les caractéristiques et fonctionnalités suivantes démontrant l’innovation sur le marché international (décrit au paragraphe. VII de la requête). 1. Possibilité de personnaliser le produit en fonction des besoins individuels des clients 2. Performance environnementale totale 3. Résistance accrue aux dommages dynamiques 4. Élimination du risque d’abrasion et d’égratignures 5. La requérante a des lettres d’intention dans lesquelles les destinataires confirment le grand intérêt et la volonté d’acheter un nouveau produit. Le produit sera mis en œuvre pour la première fois dans le monde à l’échelle industrielle. La solution de produit développée fait l’objet de la demande de brevet de la requérante. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird der Antragsteller ein neues innovatives Produkt umsetzen und in sein Angebot einführen – neue Hochdruckventile mit einzigartigen technischen Eigenschaften für den Einsatz unter rauen Betriebsbedingungen. Das Produkt wurde im Rahmen der vom Antragsteller selbst durchgeführten FuE-Arbeiten entwickelt und beauftragte die ausgewählten Forschungsaufgaben an folgende Stellen: • Die Gießereiabteilung der AGH Universität für Wissenschaft und Technologie in Krakau, • FPH Brydex-B Jan Burzyński und Partner Spółka Jawna, • Fabryce Urządzeń Specialch sp. z o.o., • KZWM Ogniochron S.A. Der Antragsteller hat exklusive Rechte an den umgesetzten F & E-Ergebnissen. Das Projekt ist eine Antwort auf die durchgeführten Marktanalysen, die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kunden und die Umsetzung der Strategie des Unternehmens, basierend auf der Stärkung seiner Wettbewerbsposition auf dem internationalen Markt als Hersteller von Produkten, die durch fortschrittliche Technologien, innovative Lösungen, hohe Qualität und attraktiven Preis gekennzeichnet sind. Um ein neues Produkt zu implementieren, ist es notwendig, neue Anlagegüter zu erwerben und die Produktionsfläche anzupassen. Das neue Produkt weist folgende Merkmale und Funktionen auf, die Innovationen auf dem internationalen Markt belegen (siehe Absatz). VII der Klageschrift). 1. De aanvrager heeft exclusieve rechten op de uitgevoerde O & O-resultaten. Het project is een reactie op de uitgevoerde marktanalyse, de behoeften van potentiële klanten en de uitvoering van de strategie van het bedrijf die is gebaseerd op het versterken van haar concurrentiepositie op de internationale markt als producent van producten die worden gekenmerkt door geavanceerde technologie, innovatieve oplossingen, hoge kwaliteit en aantrekkelijke prijs. Voor de implementatie van een nieuw product is het noodzakelijk nieuwe vaste activa te verwerven en het productiegebied aan te passen. Het nieuwe product heeft de volgende kenmerken en functies die innovatie op de internationale markt aantonen (zie paragraaf. VII van de aanvraag). 1. Mogelijkheid om het product aan te passen aan de individuele behoeften van klanten 2. Totale milieuprestaties 3. Verhoogde weerstand tegen dynamische schade 4. Eliminatie van het risico op slijtage en krassen 5. De aanvrager heeft intentieverklaringen waarin de ontvangers de grote belangstelling en bereidheid om een nieuw product te kopen bevestigen. Het product zal voor het eerst in de wereld op industriële schaal worden geïmplementeerd. De ontwikkelde productoplossing is het onderwerp van de octrooiaanvraag van de aanvrager. Per realizzare un nuovo prodotto è necessario acquisire nuove immobilizzazioni e adeguare l'area di produzione. Il nuovo prodotto presenta le seguenti caratteristiche e funzionalità che dimostrano l'innovazione nel mercato internazionale (descritto al paragrafo. VII del ricorso). 1.
