Celem projektu jest rozwój innowacyjnej platformy rekrutacyjnej CHALLENGEROCKET o moduł OptiJob umożliwiający rekomendację specjalistom z branży IT ofert pracy w oparciu o analizę testów umiejętności oraz wskazanych informacji.W ramach dotychczasowej działalności, Wnioskodawca zbudował i rozwija innowacyjną platformę do oceny umiejętności i kompetencji specjalistów z branży IT, przy wykorzystaniu wyzwań on-line oraz hackathonów. Obecnie platforma Challengerocket pozwala na ocenę umiejętności kandydata, nie daje jednak odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy kandydat jest odpowiedni na dane stanowisko pracy. CELEM NINIEJSZEGO PROJEKTU JEST DALSZY ROZWÓJ PLATFORMY O MODUŁ OPTIJOB AUTOMATYCZNIE REKOMENDUJĄCY OFERTY PRACY W OPARCIU O ANALIZĘ WYNIKÓW TESTÓW ORAZ PRZEDSTAWIONYCH DANYCH. W wyniku realizacji projektu opracowany zostanie nowy, innowacyjny moduł platformy, który poprzez wykorzystanie metod sztucznej inteligencji będzie analizował dopasowanie kandydata do określonego stanowiska oraz środowiska pracy biorąc pod uwagę zarówno szanse powodzenia danego projektu w danym czasie (minimalizujący ryzyko po stronie firmy) jak i zadowolenie samego kandydata (projekt i zespół na jego poziomie trudności, dający mu szansę na rozwój i realizację swoich ambicji).Platforma Challengerocket rozszerzona o nowy moduł to innowacyjna koncepcja wprowadzająca szereg nowych rozwiązań w zakresie funkcjonalnym w klasach systemów wspomagających procesy rekrutacyjne, ale również w zakresie postrzegania tych procesów. The aim of the project is to develop an innovative ChallengeRocket recruitment platform for OptiJob module that enables IT professionals to recommend job offers based on the analysis of skills tests and indicated information.As part of the current activity, the Applicant has built and develops an innovative platform to assess the skills and competences of IT professionals, using on-line challenges and hackathons. Currently, the Challengerocket platform allows an assessment of the candidate’s skills, but does not answer the question whether the candidate is suitable for a given job position. THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO FURTHER DEVELOP THE PLATFORM WITH OPTIJOB MODULE AUTOMATICALLY RECOMMENDING JOB OFFERS BASED ON ANALYSIS OF TEST RESULTS AND PRESENTED DATA. As a result of the project, a new, innovative platform module will be developed which, through the use of artificial intelligence methods, will analyse the candidate’s matching to a particular position and working environment, taking into account both the chances of success of a given project at a given time (minimising risks on the part of the company) and the satisfaction of the candidate himself (project and team at his/her level of difficulty, giving them a chance to develop and implement their ambitions).The Challengerocket platform extended by a new module is an innovative concept that introduces a range of new solutions in the field of functionality. L’objectif du projet est le développement d’une plateforme de recrutement innovante Challengerocket avec le module OptiJob, permettant aux spécialistes informatiques de recommander des offres d’emploi sur la base de l’analyse des tests de compétences et des informations indiquées. Dans le cadre de l’activité actuelle, la requérante a construit et développé une plateforme innovante pour évaluer les aptitudes et les compétences des spécialistes de l’informatique, en utilisant des défis en ligne et des hackathons. Actuellement, la plateforme Challengerocket vous permet d’évaluer vos compétences, mais ne répond pas à la question de savoir si le candidat est apte au travail. L’OBJECTIF DE CE PROJET EST DE POURSUIVRE LE DÉVELOPPEMENT DE LA PLATEFORME AVEC LE MODULE OPTIJOB RECOMMANDANT AUTOMATIQUEMENT LES OFFRES D’EMPLOI SUR LA BASE DE L’ANALYSE DES RÉSULTATS DES TESTS ET DES DONNÉES PRÉSENTÉES. Im Rahmen der aktuellen Tätigkeit hat der Antragsteller eine innovative Plattform aufgebaut und entwickelt, um die Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen von IT-Spezialisten unter Verwendung von Online-Herausforderungen und Hackathons zu bewerten. Derzeit, Challengerocket-Plattform ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre Fähigkeiten zu bewerten, beantwortet aber nicht die Frage, ob der Kandidat für den Job geeignet ist. ZIEL DIESES PROJEKTES IST ES, DIE PLATTFORM MIT DEM OPTIJOB-MODUL WEITERZUENTWICKELN UND AUF DER GRUNDLAGE DER ANALYSE DER VORGESTELLTEN TESTERGEBNISSE UND DATEN AUTOMATISCH STELLENANGEBOTE ZU EMPFEHLEN. Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van een innovatief wervingsplatform Challengerocket met OptiJob-module, waarmee IT-specialisten werkaanbiedingen kunnen aanbevelen op basis van analyse van vaardigheidstests en informatie. Als onderdeel van de huidige activiteit heeft de aanvrager een innovatief platform gebouwd en ontwikkeld om de vaardigheden en competenties van IT-specialisten te beoordelen, met behulp van online uitdagingen en hackathons. Momenteel stelt Challengerocket platform u in staat om uw vaardigheden te beoordelen, maar geeft geen antwoord op de vraag of de kandidaat geschikt is voor de baan. HET DOEL VAN DIT PROJECT IS OM HET PLATFORM VERDER TE ONTWIKKELEN MET OPTIJOB MODULE DIE AUTOMATISCH VACATURES AANBEVEELT OP BASIS VAN ANALYSE VAN TESTRESULTATEN EN GEPRESENTEERDE GEGEVENS. Como parte de la actividad actual, el solicitante ha construido y desarrollado una plataforma innovadora para evaluar las habilidades y competencias de los especialistas en TI, utilizando desafíos y hackatones en línea. Actualmente, la plataforma Challengerocket te permite evaluar tus habilidades, pero no responde a la pregunta de si el candidato es adecuado para el trabajo. EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE PROYECTO ES SEGUIR DESARROLLANDO LA PLATAFORMA CON EL MÓDULO OPTIJOB RECOMENDANDO AUTOMÁTICAMENTE OFERTAS DE TRABAJO BASADAS EN EL ANÁLISIS DE LOS RESULTADOS DE LAS PRUEBAS Y LOS DATOS PRESENTADOS.
