Projekt: „ERKON-DROGA DO NIEZALEŻNOŚCI”- realizowany będzie przez Elbląską Radę Konsultacyjną Osób Niepełnosprawnych, na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 26 miesięcy. Podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 60 osób(66,6%-40 ON i 33,3-20 osoby długotrwale bezrob.), zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 (36 kobiet,24 mężczyzn). Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia - 15 osób.W ramach projektu działaniami zostaną objęte osoby z niepełnosprawnością-40, oraz 20-osoby długotrwałe bezrobotne i zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy. Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; poradnictwo prawne; wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. Projekt przewiduje, że co najmniej 25% uczestników podejmie zatrudnienie. Wsparcie UP realizowane będzie w oparciu o Model „Wiek Gorącego Ziemniaka”-pozytywnie zwalidowany projekt innowacyjnotestujący pn:”Indywidualne ścieżki zatrudnienia”. (Polish)

Project: “ERKON-DROGA TO INSPECTION” – will be carried out by the Elbląg Consultative Council of Persons with Disabilities, in the district of Elbląg Grodzkie and Earth during the period of 26 months. Increasing socio-occupational activity 60 people (66.6 %-40 ON and 33.3-20 long-term unemployed), at risk of social exclusion at the age of 15-64 (36 women,24 men). Employment efficiency indicator level – 15 people.The project will cover people with disabilities-40, and 20 long-term unemployed and qualified for the III Aid Profile. The project will be implemented in 2 rounds, each after 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; professional reintegration. Ups will be covered by the following actions: individual and group support of a psychologist; legal advice; support for career counsellors; job trainer service; training, internships, employment and job monitoring. The project foresees that at least 25 % of participants will take up employment. UP support will be implemented on the basis of the “Hot Potato Age” model – a positively validated innovation and testing project called “Individual employment pathways”. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre en 2 cycles, chacun après 12 mois. Le projet assume 3 tâches principales: diagnostic multiprofil; la réinsertion sociale; réinsertion professionnelle. Les UPS seront couverts par les actions suivantes: soutien individuel et collectif d’un psychologue; conseils juridiques; soutien aux conseillers de carrière; service de formateur d’emploi; formation, stages, emploi et suivi de l’emploi. Le projet prévoit qu’au moins 25 % des participants prendront un emploi. L’aide au renforcement sera mise en œuvre sur la base du modèle «L’âge chaud de la pomme de terre», un projet d’innovation et d’essai validé positivement appelé «Sentiers individuels en matière d’emploi». Zunahme der sozial-beruflichen Tätigkeit 60 Personen (66,6 %-40 ON und 33,3-20 Langzeitarbeitslose), die im Alter von 15 bis 64 Jahren von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind (36 Frauen,24 Männer). Beschäftigungseffizienzindikatorniveau – 15 Personen.Das Projekt umfasst Menschen mit Behinderungen-40 und 20 Langzeitarbeitslose, die für das III-Hilfe-Profil qualifiziert sind. Das Projekt wird in zwei Runden durchgeführt, jeweils nach 12 Monaten. Das Projekt übernimmt drei Hauptaufgaben: Multi-Profil-Diagnose; soziale Wiedereingliederung; berufliche Wiedereingliederung. Ups wird durch folgende Maßnahmen abgedeckt: individuelle und Gruppenunterstützung eines Psychologen; Rechtsberatung; Unterstützung von Berufsberatern; Dienst des Ausbilders; Ausbildung, Praktika, Beschäftigung und Arbeitsplatzüberwachung. Das Projekt sieht vor, dass mindestens 25 % der Teilnehmer eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen werden. Niveau van de werkgelegenheidsefficiëntie-indicator — 15 personen.Het project zal betrekking hebben op personen met een handicap-40 en 20 langdurig werklozen en gekwalificeerd zijn voor het III-steunprofiel. Het project wordt uitgevoerd in 2 rondes, elk na 12 maanden. Het project heeft drie hoofdtaken: multiprofieldiagnose; sociale reïntegratie; professionele reïntegratie. Livello dell'indicatore di efficienza occupazionale — 15 persone.Il progetto riguarderà le persone con disabilità-40, e 20 disoccupati di lunga durata e qualificati per il III profilo di aiuto. Il progetto sarà attuato in 2 cicli, ciascuno dopo 12 mesi. Il progetto assume 3 compiti principali: diagnosi multi-profilo; reinserimento sociale; reinserimento professionale. Le UPS saranno coperte dalle seguenti azioni: sostegno individuale e di gruppo di uno psicologo; consulenza legale; sostegno ai consulenti di carriera; servizio di formazione di posti di lavoro; formazione, tirocinio, monitoraggio dell'occupazione e del lavoro. Il progetto prevede che almeno il 25 % dei partecipanti assuma un'occupazione. Nivel de indicador de eficiencia del empleo: 15 personas. El proyecto cubrirá a las personas con discapacidad-40, y 20 desempleados de larga duración y cualificados para el III perfil de ayuda. El proyecto se ejecutará en dos rondas, cada una después de 12 meses. El proyecto asume 3 tareas principales: diagnóstico de múltiples perfiles; B) Reintegración social; B) Reintegración profesional. Los UPS estarán cubiertos por las siguientes acciones: apoyo individual y colectivo de un psicólogo; asesoramiento jurídico; apoyo a los consejeros de carrera; servicio de formación profesional; formación, pasantías, empleo y supervisión del empleo.
