Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowych działań o charakterze rewitalizacyjnym obejmujących szereg zadań związanych z ukształtowaniem, przebudową i adaptacją atrakcyjnych dla lokalnej społeczności, a także os. korzystających z obszaru rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznych i obiektów w celu nadania im nowych lub przywrócenia niegdyś pełnionych funkcji w zdegrad. obszarach centralnej miejscowości Gminy – Szydłowie. Realizacja wpłynie pozyt. na niwelowanie negatywnych zjawisk w sferze społecznej, gospodarczej, przestrzenno-funkcjonalnej, technicznej i środowiskowej wyznaczonego ob. rewitalizacji. Realizowane zadania: Przebudowa i nadbudowa budynku dawnego UG wraz z zagospodarowaniem przyległego terenu, Adaptacja zdegradowanych terenów poprzemysłowych po zakończonej działalności oczyszczalni ścieków, Ochrona i udostępnienie odsłonięcia geologicznego wraz z zagospodarowaniem przyległego terenu, Zagospodarowanie i uporządkowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Kieleckiej w Szydłowie, Montaż systemu monitorowania bezpieczeństwa w miejscach publicznych, Zakup wyposażenia do działalności kulturalnej MGBP w Szydłowie, i dla zadań realizowanych przez Gminę Szydłów: Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej, Zapewnienie nadzoru inwestorskiego i Przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia RPOWŚ i jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym działania 6.5 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich i wiejskich: Wzmocniony rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy, fizyczny i przestrzenny obszarów miejskich, w tym poprzemysłowych. Dominującą kat. kosztów w projekcie są wydatki związane z infr. kulturalną (38,62% koszt. kwal. projektu). Wskaźniki: Licz. nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy – pozostałe formy 3,0 (1K/2M). The object of the project is to carry out comprehensive revitalisation activities covering a number of tasks related to the formation, reconstruction and adaptation of attractive local communities, as well as those using the area of revitalisation of public spaces and facilities in order to give them new or restore formerly performed functions in the degraded areas of the central municipality of Szydłowie. The implementation will have a positive impact on reducing negative phenomena in the social, economic, spatial and functional spheres, technical and environmental aspects of regeneration. The tasks carried out: Reconstruction and overbuilding of the former UG building together with the development of adjacent land, Adaptation of degraded brownfield sites after the completed operation of the waste water treatment plant, Protection and provision of geological unveiling together with the development of adjacent land, Development and ordering of public space at ul. Kielce in Szydł, Installation of a safety monitoring system in public places, purchase of equipment for cultural activities of the IGBP in Szydł, and for tasks carried out by Szydłów Municipality: Preparation of project documentation, Providing investor supervision and carrying out promotional activities. The project is in line with the objectives of the RPOWŚ and is in line with the specific objective of measure 6.5 Regeneration of urban and rural areas: Enhanced socio-economic, physical and spatial development of urban areas, including post-industrial areas. L’objet du projet est de mener des activités de revitalisation globale couvrant un certain nombre de tâches liées à la formation, à la reconstruction et à l’adaptation de communautés locales attrayantes, ainsi que celles qui utilisent la zone de revitalisation des espaces et des installations publics afin de leur donner de nouvelles fonctions ou de les restaurer dans les zones dégradées de la municipalité centrale de Szydłowie. La mise en œuvre aura un impact positif sur la réduction des phénomènes négatifs dans les domaines social, économique, spatial et fonctionnel, ainsi que sur les aspects techniques et environnementaux de la régénération. Les tâches accomplies: Reconstruction et surconstruction de l’ancien bâtiment de l’UG ainsi que développement de terrains adjacents, adaptation des friches industrielles dégradées après l’achèvement de l’exploitation de la station d’épuration des eaux usées, protection et mise à disposition d’un dévoilement géologique ainsi que développement de terrains adjacents, aménagement et commande de l’espace public à ul. Kielce à Szydł, Installation d’un système de surveillance de la sécurité dans les lieux publics, achat d’équipements pour les activités culturelles de l’IBGP à Szydł et pour les tâches effectuées par la municipalité de Szydłów: Préparation de la documentation du projet, supervision des investisseurs et réalisation d’activités promotionnelles. Le projet est conforme aux objectifs du RPOWŚ et est conforme à l’objectif spécifique de la mesure 6.5 Régénération des zones urbaines et rurales: B) Amélioration du développement socio-économique, physique et spatial des zones urbaines, y compris des zones postindustrielles. Ziel des Projekts ist es, umfassende Revitalisierungsaktivitäten durchzuführen, die eine Reihe von Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Bildung, dem Wiederaufbau und der Anpassung attraktiver lokaler Gemeinschaften umfassen, sowie diejenigen, die das Gebiet der Revitalisierung von öffentlichen Räumen und Einrichtungen nutzen, um ihnen neue oder zuvor erfüllte Funktionen in den degradierten Gebieten der Zentralgemeinde Szydłowie zu geben. Die Umsetzung wird sich positiv auf die Verringerung negativer Phänomene im sozialen, wirtschaftlichen, räumlichen und funktionalen Bereich sowie auf technische und ökologische Aspekte der Regenerierung auswirken. Die ausgeführten Aufgaben: Rekonstruktion und Überbau des ehemaligen UG-Gebäudes zusammen mit der Erschließung von angrenzenden Flächen, Anpassung degradierter Brachflächen nach dem abgeschlossenen Betrieb der Abwasserbehandlungsanlage, Schutz und Bereitstellung geologischer Enthüllung zusammen mit der Entwicklung von angrenzenden Flächen, Entwicklung und Ordnung des öffentlichen Raums in ul. Kielce in Szydł, Einrichtung eines Sicherheitsüberwachungssystems an öffentlichen Orten, Kauf von Ausrüstung für kulturelle Aktivitäten des IGBP in Szydł und für Aufgaben der Gemeinde Szydłów: Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation, Bereitstellung der Anlegeraufsicht und Durchführung von Werbemaßnahmen. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Zielen des RPOWŚ und steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel der Maßnahme 6.5 Regeneration städtischer und ländlicher Gebiete: Verstärkte sozioökonomische, physische und räumliche Entwicklung städtischer Gebiete, einschließlich postindustrieller Gebiete. Het project heeft tot doel uitgebreide revitaliseringsactiviteiten uit te voeren die betrekking hebben op een aantal taken die verband houden met de vorming, wederopbouw en aanpassing van aantrekkelijke lokale gemeenschappen, alsook die welke gebruik maken van het gebied van revitalisering van openbare ruimten en faciliteiten, om hen nieuwe of eerder vervulde functies te geven in de aangetaste gebieden van de centrale gemeente Szydłowie. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di svolgere attività globali di rivitalizzazione che coprano una serie di compiti relativi alla formazione, alla ricostruzione e all'adattamento di comunità locali attraenti, nonché a quelle che utilizzano l'area di rivitalizzazione degli spazi e delle strutture pubbliche al fine di conferire loro nuove funzioni o di ripristinare funzioni precedentemente svolte nelle aree degradate del comune centrale di Szydłowie. L'attuazione avrà un impatto positivo sulla riduzione dei fenomeni negativi nell'ambito sociale, economico, spaziale e funzionale, degli aspetti tecnici e ambientali della rigenerazione. I compiti svolti: Ricostruzione e sovracostruzione dell'ex edificio UG insieme allo sviluppo di terreni adiacenti, adeguamento dei siti degradati dismessi dopo il completamento del funzionamento dell'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue, protezione e fornitura di svelamento geologico insieme allo sviluppo di terreni adiacenti, sviluppo e ordinazione dello spazio pubblico a ul. Kielce a Szydł, installazione di un sistema di monitoraggio della sicurezza in luoghi pubblici, acquisto di attrezzature per attività culturali dell'IGP a Szydł e per compiti svolti dal comune di Szydłów: Preparazione della documentazione del progetto, fornitura di vigilanza degli investitori e svolgimento di attività promozionali. El objetivo del proyecto es llevar a cabo actividades de revitalización integrales que abarquen una serie de tareas relacionadas con la formación, reconstrucción y adaptación de las comunidades locales atractivas, así como las que utilizan el área de revitalización de espacios e instalaciones públicos con el fin de darles nuevas funciones o restaurar las funciones anteriormente desempeñadas en las zonas degradadas del municipio central de Szydłowie.
