Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowego produktu w postaci innowacyjnej linii montażowo-spawalniczej do produkcji ram wózków kolejowych tocznych oraz technologii jej produkcji poprzez realizację prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Założony cel wynika z faktu, iż zgodnie ze stanem aktualnym, w ramach branży produkcji pojazdów szynowych występuje bardzo niski stopień wykorzystania dedykowanych urządzeń produkcyjnych i automatyzacji, będący wynikiem specyfiki tego sektora. Realizacja produkcji małoseryjnej, wielkogabarytowej, obejmującej konieczność uwzględnienia kilkuset elementów naspawywanych i podzespołów stanowi bardzo wymagające zadanie konstrukcyjne, warunkujące nowe rozwiązania funkcjonalne. Zakres badań obejmuje badania laboratoryjne (zarówno w warunkach symulacji komputerowych jak i faktyczne wykonawstwo podzespołów) oraz rzeczywiste (prototypowy proces produkcyjny i testowanie w warunkach operacyjnych). W skład zespołu badawczego wejdą eksperci, personel wykonawczy i jednostka naukowa. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop a new product in the form of an innovative assembly and welding line for the production of frames of rolling rail carriages and its production technology through the implementation of research and development. The objective pursued is that, according to the current state of affairs, there is a very low take-up of dedicated production and automation equipment in the rail vehicle industry, as a result of the specificity of this sector. The implementation of small, large-scale production, including the need to take into account several hundred welded elements and subassemblies, is a very demanding construction task, which determines new functional solutions. The scope of the tests includes laboratory tests (both computer simulation and actual component manufacturing) and actual (prototypical manufacturing process and operational testing). The research team will be composed of experts, executive staff and a scientific unit. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de développer un nouveau produit sous la forme d’une ligne d’assemblage et de soudage innovante pour la production de cadres de chariots roulants et de sa technologie de production par la mise en œuvre de la recherche et du développement. L’objectif poursuivi est que, selon l’état actuel des choses, l’utilisation d’équipements spécifiques de production et d’automatisation dans l’industrie des véhicules ferroviaires soit très faible, en raison de la spécificité de ce secteur. La mise en œuvre d’une petite production à grande échelle, y compris la nécessité de prendre en compte plusieurs centaines d’éléments soudés et de sous-ensembles, est une tâche de construction très exigeante, qui détermine de nouvelles solutions fonctionnelles. Le champ d’application des essais comprend les essais en laboratoire (simulation par ordinateur et fabrication réelle de composants) et réels (procédé de fabrication prototypique et essais opérationnels). L’équipe de recherche sera composée d’experts, de cadres et d’une unité scientifique. (French)

Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines neuen Produkts in Form einer innovativen Montage- und Schweißanlage für die Herstellung von Rahmen von Rollwagen und deren Produktionstechnik durch die Umsetzung von Forschung und Entwicklung. Das angestrebte Ziel besteht darin, dass nach dem derzeitigen Stand aufgrund der Spezifität dieses Sektors die spezielle Produktions- und Automatisierungsausrüstung in der Schienenfahrzeugindustrie nur sehr gering in Anspruch genommen wird. Die Umsetzung kleiner, großflächiger Produktionen, einschließlich der Notwendigkeit, mehrere hundert geschweißte Elemente und Baugruppen zu berücksichtigen, ist eine sehr anspruchsvolle Bauaufgabe, die neue funktionale Lösungen bestimmt. Der Umfang der Tests umfasst Labortests (sowohl Computersimulation als auch tatsächliche Bauteilfertigung) und tatsächliche (prototypische Fertigungsverfahren und Betriebsprüfungen). Das Forschungsteam setzt sich aus Experten, Führungskräften und einem wissenschaftlichen Referat zusammen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product in de vorm van een innovatieve assemblage- en laslijn voor de productie van frames van rollende spoorwagens en de productietechnologie daarvan door middel van de uitvoering van onderzoek en ontwikkeling. Het doel is dat, gezien de huidige stand van zaken, als gevolg van de specifieke kenmerken van deze sector, de specifieke toepassing van specifieke productie- en automatiseringsapparatuur in de spoorwegsector zeer gering is. De implementatie van kleine, grootschalige productie, met inbegrip van de noodzaak om rekening te houden met enkele honderden gelaste elementen en subassemblages, is een zeer veeleisende bouwtaak, die nieuwe functionele oplossingen bepaalt. Het toepassingsgebied van de tests omvat laboratoriumtests (zowel computersimulatie als feitelijke onderdelenproductie) en feitelijke (prototypische fabricageprocessen en operationele tests). Het onderzoeksteam bestaat uit deskundigen, uitvoerend personeel en een wetenschappelijke eenheid. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di sviluppare un nuovo prodotto sotto forma di una linea di assemblaggio e saldatura innovativa per la produzione di telai di carrelli rotanti su rotaia e la sua tecnologia produttiva attraverso la realizzazione di ricerca e sviluppo. L'obiettivo perseguito è che, secondo la situazione attuale, la specificità di questo settore comporti un utilizzo molto basso di attrezzature dedicate per la produzione e l'automazione nell'industria dei veicoli ferroviari. La realizzazione di piccole e grandi produzioni, compresa la necessità di prendere in considerazione diverse centinaia di elementi saldati e sottoinsiemi, è un compito di costruzione molto impegnativo, che determina nuove soluzioni funzionali. L'ambito delle prove comprende prove di laboratorio (sia simulazioni al computer che produzione effettiva dei componenti) e effettive (processo di fabbricazione prototipico e prove operative). Il gruppo di ricerca sarà composto da esperti, personale esecutivo e un'unità scientifica. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un nuevo producto en forma de una innovadora línea de montaje y soldadura para la producción de bastidores de vagones de ferrocarril rodantes y su tecnología de producción a través de la implementación de la investigación y el desarrollo. El objetivo perseguido es que, según la situación actual, la utilización de equipos específicos de producción y automatización en la industria de los vehículos ferroviarios sea muy baja, como consecuencia de la especificidad de este sector. La implementación de una producción pequeña y a gran escala, incluyendo la necesidad de tener en cuenta varios cientos de elementos soldados y subconjuntos, es una tarea de construcción muy exigente, que determina nuevas soluciones funcionales. El alcance de las pruebas incluye pruebas de laboratorio (tanto de simulación informática como de fabricación de componentes reales) y reales (prototipo de proceso de fabricación y pruebas operativas). El equipo de investigación estará compuesto por expertos, personal ejecutivo y una unidad científica. (Spanish)
