Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia w grupie 80 kobiet opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3 z terenu powiatu parczewskiego i puławskiego objętej projektem do 31.12.2022 r. Cel ten bezpośrednio przełoży się na osiągnięcie celu szczegółowego jakim jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób opiekujących się dziećmi do 3 lat. W grupie osób objętych projektem - co najmniej 30 % (24 k) stanowią osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, 5% (4 osoby) osoby niepełnosprawne, 5% (4 osoby) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (KRYT. PREM 1) - co najmniej 30% (24 osób) stanowią osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo (KRYT.PREM. 5) Projekt zakłada zwiększenie dostępu do opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie nowych 50 miejsc w powstałym żłobku w Rykach oraz sfinansowanie pobytu 30 dzieci w innych żłobkach z terenu powiatu puławskiego i ryckiego, co poprawi szanse na zatrudnienie osób, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze. Podejmowane w ramach projektu działania wpłyną na zwiększenie szans na podjęcie pracy przez osoby, którym utrudnia to sytuacja rodzinna wynikająca z opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3. The main objective of the project is to increase the employment rate of 80 women caring for children up to 3 years from the territory of the parczewski and Puławy districts covered by the project by 31.12.2022. This objective will directly translate into the specific objective of increasing the employment rate of people caring for children up to 3 years old. In the group of people covered by the project, at least 30 % (24 k) are low-skilled, 5 % (4 people) disabled, 5 % (4 people) long-term unemployed (cover. Prem 1) – at least 30 % (24 people) are unemployed or inactive (PREM. 5) The project envisages increasing access to care for children up to 3 years by creating new 50 places in the newly created crèche in Ryki and financing the stay of 30 children in other nurseries from the Puławy and Rycki districts, which will improve the employability of people who perform care functions. The actions undertaken under the project will improve the chances of people to take up work, who are hampered by the family situation resulting from childcare up to 3 years of age. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le taux d’emploi de 80 femmes s’occupant d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans du territoire des districts de Parczewski et Puławy couverts par le projet d’ici au 31.12.2022, cet objectif se traduisant directement par l’objectif spécifique d’augmenter le taux d’emploi des personnes s’occupant d’enfants de moins de 3 ans. Dans le groupe des personnes couvertes par le projet, au moins 30 % (24 k) sont peu qualifiées, 5 % (4 personnes) handicapées, 5 % (4 personnes) sans emploi de longue durée (couverture. Prem 1) — au moins 30 % (24 personnes) sont au chômage ou inactives (PREM. 5) Le projet prévoit d’accroître l’accès aux soins pour les enfants jusqu’à 3 ans en créant 50 places dans la crèche nouvellement créée à Ryki et en finançant le séjour de 30 enfants dans d’autres crèches des districts de Puławy et de rycki, ce qui améliorera l’employabilité des personnes qui exercent des fonctions de prise en charge. Les actions entreprises dans le cadre du projet permettront d’améliorer les chances des personnes de prendre un emploi, qui sont entravées par la situation familiale résultant de la garde d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, bis zum 31.12.2022 die Beschäftigungsquote von 80 Frauen für Kinder bis zu 3 Jahren aus dem Gebiet der Bezirke Parczewski und Puławy zu erhöhen. In der Gruppe der unter das Projekt fallenden Personen sind mindestens 30 % (24 k) geringqualifiziert, 5 % (4 Personen) Behinderte, 5 % (4 Personen) Langzeitarbeitslose (Beteiligung). Prem 1) – mindestens 30 % (24 Personen) sind arbeitslos oder nicht erwerbstätig (PREM. 5) Das Projekt sieht vor, den Zugang zur Betreuung von Kindern bis zu 3 Jahren zu verbessern, indem neue 50 Plätze in der neu geschaffenen Kinderkrippe in Ryki geschaffen werden und der Aufenthalt von 30 Kindern in anderen Kindergärten aus den Bezirken Puławy und Rycki finanziert wird, wodurch die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Pflegekräfte verbessert wird. Die im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführten Maßnahmen werden die Chancen der Menschen verbessern, eine Arbeit aufzunehmen, die durch die familiäre Situation aufgrund der Kinderbetreuung bis zu drei Jahren behindert wird. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de arbeidsparticipatie van 80 vrouwen die kinderen tot 3 jaar verzorgen vanaf het grondgebied van de districten Parczewski en Puławy die onder het project vallen, tegen 31.12.2022 te verhogen. Deze doelstelling zal rechtstreeks worden vertaald in de specifieke doelstelling om de arbeidsparticipatie van mensen die voor kinderen tot 3 jaar zorgen te verhogen. In de groep mensen die onder het project vallen, is ten minste 30 % (24 k) laaggeschoold, 5 % (4 personen) gehandicapt, 5 % (4 personen) langdurig werkloos (dekking). Prem 1) — ten minste 30 % (24 mensen) is werkloos of inactief (PREM. 5) Het project beoogt de toegang tot opvang voor kinderen tot drie jaar te vergroten door nieuwe 50 plaatsen in de nieuw opgerichte crèche in Ryki te creëren en het verblijf van 30 kinderen in andere kinderdagverblijven uit de districten Puławy en rycki te financieren, wat de inzetbaarheid van mensen die zorgtaken vervullen zal verbeteren. De acties die in het kader van het project worden ondernomen, zullen de kansen vergroten voor mensen om te gaan werken, die worden gehinderd door de gezinssituatie als gevolg van kinderopvang tot 3 jaar. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è aumentare il tasso di occupazione di 80 donne che si occupano di bambini fino a 3 anni dal territorio dei distretti parczewski e Puławy interessati dal progetto entro il 31.12.2022. Questo obiettivo si tradurrà direttamente nell'obiettivo specifico di aumentare il tasso di occupazione delle persone che si occupano di bambini fino a 3 anni. Nel gruppo di persone interessate dal progetto, almeno il 30 % (24 k) è scarsamente qualificato, il 5 % (4 persone) disabili, il 5 % (4 persone) disoccupati di lungo periodo (copertura). Prem 1) — almeno il 30 % (24 persone) è disoccupato o inattivo (PREM. 5) Il progetto prevede di aumentare l'accesso all'assistenza per i bambini fino a 3 anni creando nuovi 50 posti nell'asilo nido appena creato a Ryki e finanziando il soggiorno di 30 bambini in altri asili nido dei distretti di Puławy e rycki, che miglioreranno l'occupabilità delle persone che svolgono funzioni di assistenza. Le azioni intraprese nell'ambito del progetto miglioreranno le possibilità per le persone di accedere al lavoro, che sono ostacolate dalla situazione familiare derivante dall'assistenza all'infanzia fino a 3 anni. Este objetivo se traducirá directamente en el objetivo específico de aumentar la tasa de empleo de las personas que cuidan a niños de hasta 3 años. En el grupo de personas cubiertas por el proyecto, al menos el 30 % (24 k) están poco cualificados, el 5 % (4 personas) discapacitados, el 5 % (4 personas) desempleados de larga duración (cobertura). Prem 1) — al menos el 30 % (24 personas) están desempleados o inactivos (PREM. 5) El proyecto prevé aumentar el acceso a la atención de los niños hasta tres años mediante la creación de nuevas 50 plazas en la guardería recientemente creada en Ryki y la financiación de la estancia de 30 niños en otras guarderías de los distritos de Puławy y rycki, lo que mejorará la empleabilidad de las personas que desempeñan funciones de cuidado.
