Projekt skierowany jest do 90 osób z powiatu krośnieńskiego i słubickiego, głównie zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu i/lub z niepełnosprawnością. Głównym zadaniem jest rozwój trwałej infrastruktury społecznej oraz zwiększenie dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych poprzez organizację usług opiekuńczych w okresie 1.07.2021-30.06.2023, w tym utworzenie miejsc w DDP w Krośnianie Odrzańskim oraz wsparcie funkcjonowania 3 Klubów Seniora. Le projet s’adresse à 90 personnes des districts de Krosno et de Słubice, principalement exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, qui ont besoin d’aide dans leur fonctionnement quotidien et/ou avec un handicap. La tâche principale consiste à développer des infrastructures sociales durables et à accroître la disponibilité de services sociaux de qualité grâce à l’organisation de services de soins au cours de la période allant du 1er juillet 2021 au 30 juin 2023, y compris la création de places dans le DDP à Krośnian Odrzański et le soutien au fonctionnement de trois clubs seniors. Das Projekt richtet sich an 90 Menschen aus den Bezirken Krosno und Słubice, die vor allem von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, die Unterstützung bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit und/oder mit Behinderungen benötigen. Die Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, eine nachhaltige soziale Infrastruktur zu entwickeln und die Verfügbarkeit hochwertiger sozialer Dienstleistungen durch die Organisation von Betreuungsdiensten im Zeitraum 1.07.2021-30.06.2023 zu erhöhen, einschließlich der Schaffung von Plätzen in der DDP in Krośnian Odrzański und Unterstützung für das Funktionieren von 3 Senior Clubs.
