Przedmiotem inwestycji jest modernizacja budynku po dawnej Szkole Podstawowej znajdującego się w Lipnicy. W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się przeprowadzenie głębokiej termomodernizacji tego budynku oraz jego adaptacji na Dzienny Dom Pobytu dla osób starszych. Zrewitalizowana przestrzeń umożliwi przeprowadzenie zajęć z zakresu pobudzenia aktywności mieszkańców i zwiększenia ich samodzielności życiowej w ramach przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu społecznemu. Inwestycja przyczyni się do realizacji projektów społecznych wskazanych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Dębowa Łąka. Grupą docelową są osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, przede wszystkim osoby starsze zamieszkujące Gminę Dębowa Łąka. Przedmiotowa inwestycja umożliwi niwelację negatywnych zjawisk w życiu społecznym mieszkańców. Obiekt przystosowany będzie do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Cel główny projektu jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym działania 7.1 Rozwój lokalny kierowany przez społeczność Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko - Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020: Ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarach objętych Lokalnymi Strategiami Rozwoju: „Aktywizacja społeczna mieszkańców Gminy Dębowa Łąka poprzez rozwój infrastruktury służącej rozwojowi społecznemu- adaptację budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Lipnicy na cele realizacji projektów rewitalizacyjnych”.Dzięki realizacji zintegrowanego projektu w postaci działań infrastrukturalnych, które umożliwią realizację projektów społecznych w przedmiotowym budynku, poprawie ulegnie jakość życia mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji, zwiększy się ich aktywność społeczna oraz wzrośnie poziom zintegrowania obywateli. The object of the investment is the modernisation of the building after the former Primary School located in Lipnica. As part of the project, it is planned to carry out a deep thermomodernisation of this building and its adaptation to the Living Residence for the elderly. The revitalised space will enable classes to stimulate the activity of residents and increase their independence in the fight against social exclusion. The investment will contribute to the implementation of social projects identified in the Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality of Dębowa Łąka. The target group is people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, especially older people living in Dębów Łąka Municipality. This investment will make it possible to eliminate negative phenomena in the social life of residents. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The main objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of measure 7.1 Community-led local development of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020: Social and economic recovery in areas covered by Local Development Strategies: “Social activation of residents of Dębowa Łąka commune through the development of infrastructure for social development – adaptation of the building of the Primary School in Lipnica for the purpose of implementing revitalisation projects”. Thanks to the implementation of an integrated project in the form of infrastructure measures, which will enable the implementation of social projects in the building, improve the quality of life of residents of the revitalisation area, increase their social activity and increase the level of integration of citizens. L’objectif de l’investissement est la modernisation du bâtiment après l’ancienne école primaire située à Lipnica. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de réaliser une thermomodernisation profonde de ce bâtiment et son adaptation à la Résidence Vivante pour les personnes âgées. L’espace revitalisé permettra aux classes de stimuler l’activité des résidents et d’accroître leur indépendance dans la lutte contre l’exclusion sociale. L’investissement contribuera à la mise en œuvre des projets sociaux identifiés dans le programme de revitalisation locale de la municipalité de Dębowa Łąka. Le groupe cible est les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, en particulier les personnes âgées vivant dans la municipalité de D’BÓW Łąka. Cet investissement permettra d’éliminer les phénomènes négatifs dans la vie sociale des résidents. L’installation sera adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées. Le principal objectif du projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique de la mesure 7.1 Développement local mené par la Communauté du programme opérationnel régional de Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020: Relance sociale et économique dans les domaines couverts par les stratégies de développement local: «Activation sociale des habitants de la commune de Dębowa Łąka par le développement d’infrastructures pour le développement social — adaptation de la construction de l’école primaire à Lipnica aux fins de la mise en œuvre de projets de revitalisation». Grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un projet intégré sous forme de mesures d’infrastructure, qui permettra la réalisation de projets sociaux dans le bâtiment, améliorera la qualité de vie des résidents de la zone de revitalisation, augmentera leur activité sociale et augmentera le niveau d’intégration des citoyens. Gegenstand der Investition ist die Modernisierung des Gebäudes nach der ehemaligen Grundschule in Lipnica. Im Rahmen des Projekts ist eine tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung dieses Gebäudes und seine Anpassung an die Living Residence für ältere Menschen geplant. Der wiederbelebte Raum wird es den Klassen ermöglichen, die Aktivität der Bewohner zu stimulieren und ihre Unabhängigkeit im Kampf gegen die soziale Ausgrenzung zu erhöhen. Die Investition wird zur Durchführung von Sozialprojekten beitragen, die im lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramm der Gemeinde Dębowa Łąka aufgeführt sind. Zielgruppe sind Menschen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, insbesondere ältere Menschen, die in der Gemeinde D-BÓW Łąka leben. Diese Investition wird es ermöglichen, negative Phänomene im sozialen Leben der Bewohner zu beseitigen. Die Einrichtung wird an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst. Das Hauptziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel der Maßnahme 7.1 von der örtlichen Bevölkerung betriebene lokale Entwicklung des regionalen operationellen Programms Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020: Soziale und wirtschaftliche Erholung in Bereichen, die unter die lokalen Entwicklungsstrategien fallen: „Soziale Aktivierung der Bewohner der Gemeinde Dębowa Łąka durch den Ausbau der Infrastruktur für die soziale Entwicklung – Anpassung des Gebäudes der Grundschule in Lipnica zur Durchführung von Revitalisierungsprojekten“. Dank der Umsetzung eines integrierten Projekts in Form von Infrastrukturmaßnahmen, die die Umsetzung sozialer Projekte im Gebäude ermöglichen, die Lebensqualität der Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets verbessern, ihre soziale Aktivität erhöhen und das Integrationsniveau der Bürger erhöhen. Het doel van de investering is de modernisering van het gebouw na de voormalige Primary School in Lipnica. In het kader van het project is het de bedoeling dit gebouw grondig te moderniseren en aan te passen aan de Living Residence voor ouderen. De gerevitaliseerde ruimte zal klassen in staat stellen de activiteit van bewoners te stimuleren en hun onafhankelijkheid in de strijd tegen sociale uitsluiting te vergroten. De investering zal bijdragen tot de uitvoering van sociale projecten die zijn vastgesteld in het lokale revitaliseringsprogramma van de gemeente Dębowa Łąka. De doelgroep is mensen die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting, met name ouderen die in de gemeente D-BÓW Łąka wonen. Deze investering zal het mogelijk maken om negatieve verschijnselen in het sociale leven van bewoners uit te bannen. De faciliteit zal worden aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen met een handicap. L'obiettivo dell'investimento è la modernizzazione dell'edificio dopo l'ex scuola primaria situata a Lipnica. Nell'ambito del progetto, si prevede di realizzare una profonda termomodernizzazione di questo edificio e il suo adattamento alla Living Residence per gli anziani. Lo spazio rivitalizzato consentirà alle classi di stimolare l'attività dei residenti e di aumentare la loro indipendenza nella lotta contro l'esclusione sociale. L'investimento contribuirà all'attuazione dei progetti sociali individuati nel programma di rivitalizzazione locale del comune di Dębowa Łąka. I destinatari sono le persone a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale, in particolare le persone anziane che vivono nel comune di DÓW Łąka. Questo investimento consentirà di eliminare i fenomeni negativi nella vita sociale dei residenti. La struttura sarà adattata alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è in linea con l'obiettivo specifico della misura 7.1 Sviluppo locale di tipo partecipativo del programma operativo regionale Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020: Ripresa sociale ed economica nei settori contemplati dalle strategie di sviluppo locale: "Attivazione sociale dei residenti del comune di Dębowa Łąka attraverso lo sviluppo di infrastrutture per lo sviluppo sociale — adattamento della costruzione della scuola primaria di Lipnica allo scopo di realizzare progetti di rivitalizzazione". Grazie all'attuazione di un progetto integrato sotto forma di misure infrastrutturali, che consentirà l'attuazione di progetti sociali nell'edificio, migliorare la qualità della vita dei residenti dell'area di rivitalizzazione, aumentare la loro attività sociale e aumentare il livello di integrazione dei cittadini. El objeto de la inversión es la modernización del edificio después de la antigua Escuela Primaria ubicada en Lipnica. Como parte del proyecto, está previsto llevar a cabo una profunda termomodernización de este edificio y su adaptación a la Residencia Viviente para las personas mayores. El espacio revitalizado permitirá a las clases estimular la actividad de los residentes y aumentar su independencia en la lucha contra la exclusión social. La inversión contribuirá a la ejecución de proyectos sociales identificados en el Programa de Revitalización Local del Ayuntamiento de Dębowa Łąka. El grupo destinatario son las personas en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión social, especialmente las personas de edad avanzada que viven en el municipio de DδBÓW Łąka. Esta inversión permitirá eliminar fenómenos negativos en la vida social de los residentes. El centro se adaptará a las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad. El principal objetivo del proyecto está en consonancia con el objetivo específico de la medida 7.1 de desarrollo local participativo del Programa Operativo Regional de Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020: Recuperación social y económica en ámbitos cubiertos por las estrategias de desarrollo local: «Activación social de los residentes de la comuna de Dębowa Łąka mediante el desarrollo de infraestructuras para el desarrollo social — adaptación del edificio de la Escuela Primaria de Lipnica con el fin de ejecutar proyectos de revitalización». Gracias a la ejecución de un proyecto integrado en forma de medidas de infraestructura, que permitirá la ejecución de proyectos sociales en el edificio, mejorar la calidad de vida de los residentes de la zona de revitalización, aumentar su actividad social y aumentar el nivel de integración de los ciudadanos.
