Czas realizacji projektu 01.01.2020r. - 30.06.2021r.Celem projektu jest poprawa skuteczności oraz efektywności pomocy społecznej na terenie Gminy Dębowa Łąka. Polegać one będą na przeprowadzeniu zmiany struktury i organizacji pracy ośrodka w skutek czego nastąpi oddzielenie zadań adm. od pracy socjalnej. Przeprowadzone zmiany oparte będą na podstawie art. 110a ustawy o pomocy społecznej, zasad wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej oraz modelu realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie.Kierownik GOPS po konsultacjach prawnych opracuje i wprowadzi zarządzeniem nowy regulamin org. Ośrodka. Nastąpi optymalne wykorzystanie kompetencji, wiedzy i umiejętności zatrudnionych w GOPS pracowników socjalnych. Korzystne zmiany odczują osoby i rodziny korzystające z pomocy ośrodka.Grupę docelową stanowią pracownicy GOPS. Zostaną oni objęci wsparciem psychologa i superwizora oraz odbędą szereg szkoleń, które podniosą poziom wiedzy i kwalifikacji. Zmiana struktury i organizacji oparta będzie o obowiązujące przepisy ustawy o pomocy społ. (art. 110a). Projektlaufzeit 01.01.2020 Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wirksamkeit und Effizienz der Sozialhilfe in der Gemeinde Dębowa Łąka zu verbessern.
