Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa w dzielnicy Łunowo, przystani jachtowej składającej się z 5 pomostów pływających dla 60 jachtów oraz 20 mniejszych jednostek pływajacych wraz z budynkiem sanitarno-administracyjnym (toalety, natryski, biuro) i tarasem widokowym. Na terenie przystani przewidziano wiate rowerowa i grillową. Projekt realizowany będzie w formule "zaprojektuj i wybuduj". (Polish)
