Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 175osób(KiM) w wieku 30 lat i więcej,w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie choszczeńskim do końca 2019 r. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 79 os., zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Choszcznie, po opuszczeniu programu.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby pozostające bez pracy w wieku 30 lat i więcej zareje.w PUP jako bezrobotne,w szczególności znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(tj.osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach).W ramach projektu,dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy(staż, dotacje, doposażenia, szkolenie). Co najmniej 7% grupy docelowej uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu,potwierdzone dokumentem w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020.Projekt jest zgodny z typem projektu oraz grupą docelową wskazaną w SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 oraz Regulaminie naboru. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 175 persons(who) aged 30 years or more, in particular those in difficulty on the labour market in the Choszczny county until the end of 2019.The result of the project will be 79 people registered in the District Labour Office in Choszczno, after leaving the programme.The project will support people who are unemployed at the age of 30 and more people will be unemployed.In particular, in the PUP, they find themselves unemployed. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions (internship, grants, retrofitting, training). At least 7 % of the target group will be qualified after leaving the programme, confirmed by a document within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the progress of tangible implementation of operational programmes for the years 2014-2020.The project is compatible with the type of project and the target group indicated in SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 and the Rules of Procedure. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 175 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus, en particulier celles qui se trouvent dans une situation difficile sur le marché du travail dans le comté de Choszczeń d’ici la fin de 2019. Le projet aura pour résultat 79 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail de Poviat à Choszczno après avoir quitté le programme. Le projet soutiendra les chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus. en particulier, les personnes en situation de vulnérabilité sur le marché du travail (c’est-à-dire les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes peu qualifiées).Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences et des prédispositions professionnelles du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail (stage, subventions, modernisation, formation). Au moins 7 % du groupe cible seront qualifiés après avoir quitté le programme, confirmé par un document au sens des lignes directrices pour le suivi de l’avancement physique des programmes opérationnels pour la période 2014-2020. Le projet est conforme au type de projet et au groupe cible indiqué dans le SOOP ROP WZ 2014-2020 et les règlements sur le recrutement. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von 175 Personen im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber zu erhöhen, insbesondere diejenigen, die sich bis Ende 2019 in einer schwierigen Arbeitsmarktsituation im Kreis Choszczeń befinden. insbesondere diejenigen, die sich in einer gefährdeten Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden (d. h. Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose und Geringqualifizierte).Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten und der beruflichen Prädispositionen des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen (Internship, Subventionen, Nachrüstung, Ausbildung) durchführen. Mindestens 7 % der Zielgruppe werden nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm qualifiziert, das durch ein Dokument im Sinne der Leitlinien für die Überwachung des physischen Fortschritts der operationellen Programme für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 bestätigt wird. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van 175 mensen van 30 jaar en ouder, met name degenen die zich eind 2019 in een moeilijke arbeidsmarktsituatie in de provincie Choszczeń bevinden. Het resultaat van het project zal zijn dat 79 mensen zijn ingeschreven bij het arbeidsbureau van Poviat in Choszczno na het verlaten van het programma. Het project zal mensen ondersteunen die werkloos zijn op de leeftijd van 30 jaar en ouder. In de PLO als werkloos, met name degenen in een kwetsbare positie op de arbeidsmarkt (d.w.z. mensen van 50 jaar en ouder, vrouwen, personen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen en laaggeschoolden).In het kader van het project zal voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van beroepsactivering worden voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden en de professionele aanleg van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt (stage, subsidies, aanpassing, opleiding). Na het verlaten van het programma wordt ten minste 7 % van de doelgroep gekwalificeerd, bevestigd door een document in de zin van de Richtsnoeren voor het monitoren van de fysieke voortgang van operationele programma’s voor de periode 2014-2020. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro di 175 persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni, in particolare quelle che si trovano in una difficile situazione del mercato del lavoro nella contea di Choszczeń entro la fine del 2019. Il risultato del progetto sarà di 79 persone registrate presso l'Ufficio del lavoro Poviat di Choszczno dopo aver lasciato il programma. Il progetto sosterrà le persone disoccupate all'età di 30 anni e oltre. Nell'OLP come disoccupati, in particolare, coloro che si trovano in una posizione vulnerabile sul mercato del lavoro (cioè persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni, donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata e persone poco qualificate).Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze e delle competenze professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro (tirocinio, sovvenzioni, ammodernamento, formazione). El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de 175 personas de 30 años o más, en particular las que se encuentran en una situación difícil del mercado laboral en el condado de Choszczeń a finales de 2019. El resultado del proyecto será de 79 personas registradas en la Oficina de Trabajo de Poviat en Choszczno después de abandonar el programa. El proyecto apoyará a las personas desempleadas a la edad de 30 años o más. En la OLP como desempleados, en particular, las personas que se encuentran en una posición vulnerable en el mercado laboral (es decir, las personas de 50 años o más, las mujeres, las personas con discapacidad, los desempleados de larga duración y las personas poco cualificadas). Como parte del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las capacidades y las predisposiciones profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a que se refiere la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral (pasantías, subvenciones, readaptación, formación). Al menos el 7 % del grupo destinatario estará cualificado después de abandonar el programa, confirmado por un documento en el sentido de las Directrices para el seguimiento del progreso físico de los programas operativos para el período 2014-2020.
