Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę zespołu urządzeń lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego i małej architektury wchodzącej w skład wyposażenia lasu ochronnego uzdrowiskowego Doliny Symsarny w mieście Lidzbark Warmiński w obszarze ochrony uzdrowiskowej Lidzbark Warmiński - strefa "A" ochrony uzdrowiskowej. Projektowane obiekty będą służyć celom publicznym (obiekty związane z funkcją zdrowotną) i edukacyjnym na terenie projektowanego Leśnego Parku Uzdrowiskowego, w zakres którego to wchodzą ciągi piesze, pieszo-rowerowe oraz zespoły terapeutyczne. Jednym z nich jest „Zespół Kinezyterapii”, o powierzchni ok. 0,17 ha, służący terapii poprzez ruch oraz „Zespół Sensoryczny” o powierzchni ok. 0,07 ha, pobudzający zmysły turysty – kuracjusza. Zarówno w/w zespoły służące terapii, jak również główna część parku leśnego zostanie wyposażona w elementy małej architektury służące poprawie jakości korzystania z istniejących i projektowanych (przebudowanych - remontowanych) ścieżek. Etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Przygotowanie wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu wraz z wymaganymi załącznikami, w tym studium wykonalności; 2. Złożenie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej o dofinansowanie projektu i podpisanie umowy o dofinansowanie projektu; 3. Przeprowadzenie przetargu na wykonawcę projektu i podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą; 4. Wykonanie prac objętych projektem; 5. Dokonanie odbioru wykonanych prac; 6. Rozliczenie inwestycji; 7. Działalność informacyjno-promocyjna w trakcie realizacji projektu. Projekt oraz jego cele są w pełni zgodne z celem wskazanym w SzOOP, to jest z: - celem szczegółowym osi priorytetowej 6 Dziedzictwo i Kultura, Działanie 6.2 Dziedzictwo naturalne, Poddziałanie 6.2.1 Infrastruktura uzdrowiskowa to jest "Zwiększona atrakcyjność turystyczna zasobów dziedzictwa naturalnego regionu poprzez rozwój publicznej infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej. Z uwagi na ograniczenie znakowe, szerszy opis zgodności projektu z celami SzOOP został zawarty w pkt 2.4.1 studium wykonalności. (Polish)

The scope of the project includes the construction of a complex of spa treatment facilities and a small architecture included in the protection of the spa forest of the Symsarny Valley in the town of Lidzbark Warmiński in the area of spa protection Lidzbark Warmiński – zone “A” of spa protection. The designed facilities will serve public purposes (objects related to the health function) and education in the area of the designed Forest Spa Park, which includes walking, foot-bike and therapeutic teams. One of them is the Kinezytherapy Team, with an area of approx. 0.17 ha, for therapy through movement and “Sensory Syndrome” with an area of approx. 0.07 ha, stimulating the senses of the tourist – the patient. Both the above-mentioned treatment teams as well as the main part of the forest park will be equipped with small architecture elements to improve the use of existing and designed (renovated) paths. Stages of project implementation: 1. Preparation of the application for co-financing of the project together with the required annexes, including a feasibility study; 2. Submission of application documentation for project co-financing and signing of a project co-financing agreement; 3. Carrying out a tender for the contractor of the project and signing the contract with the contractor; 4. The execution of the work covered by the project; 5. The receipt of the work carried out; 6. Settlement of investments; 7. Information and promotion activities during the implementation of the project. The project and its objectives are fully consistent with the objective indicated in the SzOOP, i.e.: — the specific objective of priority axis 6 Heritage and Culture, Measure 6.2 Natural Heritage, Submeasure 6.2.1 Spa infrastructure is "Increased tourist attractiveness of the region’s natural heritage resources through the development of public health infrastructure. Due to the marking limitation, a broader description of the project’s compliance with the objectives of the Shoop is included in point 2.4.1 of the feasibility study. (English)

Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend la construction d’un complexe d’installations thermales et de petites architectures incluses dans la forêt protectrice de la vallée de Simsarny dans la ville de Lidzbark Warmiński dans la zone de protection thermale Lidzbark Warmiński — zone «A» de protection thermale. Les installations prévues serviront à des fins publiques (sites liés à la fonction de santé) et à des fins éducatives dans le secteur du Forest Spa Park, qui comprend des piétons, des vélos à pied et des équipes thérapeutiques. L’un d’eux est l’équipe de kinésithérapie, avec une surface d’env. 0,17 ha, utilisé pour la thérapie à travers le mouvement et «équipe sensorielle» avec une surface d’environ. 0,07 ha, stimulant les sens du touriste — la station. Les équipes de thérapie susmentionnées et la partie principale du parc forestier seront équipées d’éléments de petite architecture pour améliorer l’utilisation des chemins existants et conçus (reconstruits — rénovés). Étapes de la mise en œuvre du projet: 1. Préparation de la demande de subvention de projet avec les annexes requises, y compris une étude de faisabilité; 2. Présentation de la documentation relative à la demande de cofinancement de projet et signature de la convention de cofinancement de projet; 3. La conduite d’une offre pour le contractant du projet et la signature d’un contrat avec le contractant; 4. L’exécution des travaux couverts par le projet; 5. L’acceptation des travaux effectués; 6. Le règlement des investissements; 7. Activités d’information et de promotion pendant la mise en œuvre du projet. Le projet et ses objectifs sont pleinement conformes à l’objectif énoncé dans le SzOOP, à savoir: — L’objectif spécifique de l’axe prioritaire 6 "Patrimoine et culture", mesure 6.2 "Patrimoine naturel", sous-mesure 6.2.1 "Infrastructures thermales" est "Accroître l’attractivité touristique des ressources du patrimoine naturel de la région par le développement d’infrastructures thermales publiques. En raison de la contrainte, une description plus large de la conformité du projet avec les objectifs du SzOOP est fournie au point 2.4.1 de l’étude de faisabilité. (French)

Der materielle Umfang des Projekts umfasst den Bau eines Komplexes von Kurbehandlungseinrichtungen und kleiner Architektur, die im Schutzwald des Simsarny-Tals in der Stadt Lidzbark Warmiński im Bereich des Schutzgebiets Lidzbark Warmiński – Zone „A“ des Spa-Schutzes enthalten ist. Die geplanten Einrichtungen dienen öffentlichen Zwecken (Standorte im Zusammenhang mit der Gesundheitsfunktion) und Bildungszwecken im Bereich des geplanten Waldbadparks, der Fußgänger, Spazierräder und therapeutische Teams umfasst. Eines davon ist das Kinesitherapie-Team mit einer Fläche von ca. 0,17 ha, verwendet für die Therapie durch Bewegung und „sensorisches Team“ mit einer Fläche von ca. 0,07 ha, stimulieren die Sinne des Touristen – das Resort. Sowohl die oben genannten Therapieteams als auch der Hauptteil des Waldparks werden mit Elementen kleiner Architektur ausgestattet, um die Nutzung bestehender (rekonstruierter – sanierter) Wege zu verbessern. Phasen der Projektdurchführung: 1. Vorbereitung des Antrags auf Projektzuschuss mit den erforderlichen Anhängen, einschließlich einer Machbarkeitsstudie; 2. Einreichung von Unterlagen für die Projektkofinanzierung und Unterzeichnung der Projektkofinanzierungsvereinbarung; 3. Durchführung eines Angebots für den Projektträger und Unterzeichnung eines Vertrags mit dem Auftragnehmer; 4. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind; 5. Annahme der durchgeführten Arbeiten; 6. Abwicklung von Investitionen; 7. Informations- und Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen während der Durchführung des Projekts. Das Projekt und seine Ziele stehen voll und ganz im Einklang mit dem im SzOOP festgelegten Ziel, d. h. mit — das spezifische Ziel der Prioritätsachse 6 Kulturerbe und Kultur, Maßnahme 6.2 Naturerbe, Teilmaßnahme 6.2.1 Spa-Infrastruktur ist die "Erhöhung der touristischen Attraktivität der Ressourcen des natürlichen Erbes der Region durch die Entwicklung der öffentlichen Wellness-Infrastruktur. Aufgrund des Zwangs wird in Abschnitt 2.4.1 der Machbarkeitsstudie eine umfassendere Beschreibung der Übereinstimmung des Projekts mit den Zielen des SzOOP enthalten. (German)

De materiële reikwijdte van het project omvat de bouw van een complex van spabehandelingsfaciliteiten en kleine architectuur die deel uitmaken van het beschermende bos van de Simsarny-vallei in de stad Lidzbark Warmiński in het gebied van spabescherming Lidzbark Warmiński — zone „A” van spabescherming. De geplande faciliteiten zijn bestemd voor openbare doeleinden (locaties in verband met de gezondheidsfunctie) en educatieve doeleinden in het gebied van het geplande Forest Spa Park, dat voetgangers, wandelfietsen en therapeutische teams omvat. Een van hen is het kinesitherapieteam, met een oppervlakte van ca. 0,17 ha, gebruikt voor therapie door beweging en „sensorisch team” met een oppervlakte van ca. 0,07 ha, het stimuleren van de zintuigen van de toerist — het resort. Zowel de bovengenoemde therapieteams als het grootste deel van het bospark zullen worden uitgerust met elementen van kleine architectuur om het gebruik van bestaande en ontworpen (gereconstrueerde — gerenoveerde) paden te verbeteren. Fasen van de uitvoering van het project: 1. Voorbereiding van de projectsubsidieaanvraag met de vereiste bijlagen, met inbegrip van een haalbaarheidsstudie; 2. Indiening van aanvraagdocumenten voor medefinanciering van projecten en ondertekening van de projectmedefinancieringsovereenkomst; 3. Het uitvoeren van een inschrijving voor de projectcontractant en het ondertekenen van een contract met de contractant; 4. De uitvoering van de werkzaamheden waarop het project betrekking heeft; 5. Aanvaarding van de verrichte werkzaamheden; 6. Afwikkeling van investeringen; 7. Voorlichtings- en afzetbevorderingsactiviteiten tijdens de uitvoering van het project. Het project en de doelstellingen ervan zijn volledig in overeenstemming met de doelstelling van de SzOOP, d.w.z. met: — de specifieke doelstelling van prioritaire as 6 erfgoed en cultuur, maatregel 6.2 Natuurlijk erfgoed, submaatregel 6.2.1 Spa-infrastructuur is "Verhoogde toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van de natuurlijke erfgoedbronnen van de regio door de ontwikkeling van openbare spa-infrastructuur. L'ambito materiale del progetto comprende la costruzione di un complesso di impianti di trattamento termale e di piccola architettura inclusa nella foresta protettiva della valle di Simsarny nella città di Lidzbark Warmiński nella zona di protezione termale Lidzbark Warmiński — zona "A" di protezione termale. Le strutture previste serviranno a scopi pubblici (siti relativi alla funzione sanitaria) e a scopi educativi nell'area del parco termale forestale previsto, che comprende pedoni, biciclette a piedi e gruppi terapeutici. Uno di questi è il team di kinesiterapia, con una superficie di circa mq. 0,17 ha, utilizzati per la terapia attraverso il movimento e "gruppo sensoriale" con una superficie di ca. 0,07 ha, stimolando i sensi del turista — il resort. Sia i suddetti team terapeutici che la parte principale del parco forestale saranno dotati di elementi di piccola architettura per migliorare l'utilizzo di percorsi esistenti e progettati (ristrutturati — ristrutturati). Fasi di attuazione del progetto: 1. Preparazione della domanda di sovvenzione del progetto con gli allegati richiesti, compreso uno studio di fattibilità; 2. Presentazione della documentazione di domanda per il cofinanziamento del progetto e firma dell'accordo di cofinanziamento del progetto; 3. L'esecuzione di un'offerta per il contraente del progetto e la firma di un contratto con il contraente; 4. L'esecuzione dei lavori oggetto del progetto; 5. Accettazione dei lavori effettuati; 6. Regolamento degli investimenti; 7. Attività di informazione e promozione durante l'attuazione del progetto. Il progetto e i suoi obiettivi sono pienamente in linea con l'obiettivo stabilito nella SzOOP, vale a dire: — l'obiettivo specifico dell'asse prioritario 6 Patrimonio e cultura, misura 6.2 Patrimonio naturale, sottomisura 6.2.1 Infrastrutture termali è "Aumentare l'attrattiva turistica delle risorse del patrimonio naturale della regione attraverso lo sviluppo di infrastrutture termali pubbliche. El alcance material del proyecto incluye la construcción de un complejo de instalaciones de tratamiento de spa y pequeña arquitectura incluida en el bosque protector del valle de Simsarny en la ciudad de Lidzbark Warmiński en el área de protección balneario Lidzbark Warmiński — zona «A» de protección balneario. Las instalaciones planificadas servirán para fines públicos (lugares relacionados con la función de salud) y para fines educativos en la zona del Parque Forestal planificado, que incluye peatones, bicicletas a pie y equipos terapéuticos. Uno de ellos es el equipo de kinesiterapia, con una superficie de aprox. 0,17 ha, utilizada para terapia a través del movimiento y «equipo sensorial» con una superficie de aprox. 0,07 ha, estimulando los sentidos del turista — el resort. Tanto los equipos de terapia antes mencionados como la parte principal del parque forestal estarán equipados con elementos de pequeña arquitectura para mejorar el uso de senderos existentes y diseñados (reconstruidos — reformados). Etapas de ejecución del proyecto: 1. Preparación de la solicitud de subvención del proyecto con los anexos necesarios, incluido un estudio de viabilidad; 2. Presentación de documentación de solicitud para la cofinanciación de proyectos y firma del acuerdo de cofinanciación del proyecto; 3. La realización de una oferta para el contratista del proyecto y la firma de un contrato con el contratista; 4. La ejecución de las obras cubiertas por el proyecto; 5. La aceptación del trabajo realizado; 6. Liquidación de inversiones; 7. Actividades de información y promoción durante la ejecución del proyecto. El proyecto y sus objetivos están plenamente en consonancia con el objetivo establecido en el SzOOP, es decir, con: — el objetivo específico del eje prioritario 6 Patrimonio y cultura, medida 6.2 Patrimonio natural, submedida 6.2.1 Infraestructuras termales es "aumento del atractivo turístico de los recursos naturales de la región mediante el desarrollo de infraestructuras termales públicas.
