Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku Pałacu Rheinbabenów w centrum Michałkowic - etap 1, dzielnicy Siemianowic Śląskich. XVI-wieczny pałac od stycznia 2016 r. stanowi oddział Siemianowickiego Centrum Kultury, a głównym jego zadaniem jest organizowanie i popularyzowanie zajęć dla dzieci, młodzieży oraz dorosłych w sekcjach artystycznych, edukacyjnych i sportowych. Obiekt wpisany został do rejestru zabytków Śląskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków pod nr. A/1611/95 w dniu 20 czerwca 1995r. Pałac otoczony jest przez rozległy Park Górnik. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje roboty budowlane i instalacyjne, w tym m.in.: remont pokrycia i konstrukcji dachu, izolacje przeciwwilgociowe i przeciwwodne, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, remont konserwatorski elewacji (w tym m.in. naprawa i odtworzenie gzymsów), wykonanie instalacji odgromowej, illuminacji oraz opaski wokół budynku, rozbiórkę przybudówki. Realizacja projektu wynika z LPR dla Miasta Siemianowice Śląskie. (Polish)

The subject of the project is revitalisation of the historic building of Rheinbaben Palace in the center of Michałkowice – stage 1, the district of Siemianowice Śląskie. The th-century palace has been a branch of the Siemianowice Cultural Centre since January 2016, and its main task is to organise and popularise activities for children, young people and adults in artistic, educational and sports sections. The object was entered in the Register of Monuments of the Silesian Provincial Monument Conservator under No. A/1611/95 on 20 June 1995. The palace is surrounded by an extensive Miner Park. The scope of the investment includes construction and installation works, including: renovation of roof covering and structure, damp and anti-water insulation, replacement of window and door joinery, restoration of facades (including, among others, repair and reconstruction of cornices), lightning installation, illumination and bands around the building, demolition of the annex. The implementation of the project results from the LPR for the City of Siemianowice Śląskie. (English)

Le palais du XVIe siècle est une branche du Centre culturel de Siemianowice depuis janvier 2016 et sa principale mission est d’organiser et de populariser des activités pour les enfants, les jeunes et les adultes dans les sections artistiques, éducatives et sportives. Le bâtiment a été inscrit au registre des monuments du Conservateur des monuments provinciaux silésiens sous le numéro A/1611/95 le 20 juin 1995. Le palais est entouré par le vaste parc Górnik. Le champ d’application de l’investissement couvre les travaux de construction et d’installation, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter: rénovation du revêtement de toiture et construction, isolation anti-humidité et anti-eau, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, réparation d’entretien des façades (y compris la réparation et la restauration des corniches), système de foudre, éclairage et bandes autour du bâtiment, démolition du bâtiment. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Revitalisierung des historischen Gebäudes des Schlosses Rheinbaben im Zentrum von Michałkowice – Etappe 1 des Landkreises Siemianowice Śląskie. Der Palast aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ist seit Januar 2016 ein Zweig des Kulturzentrums Siemianowice. Seine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Aktivitäten für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in künstlerischen, pädagogischen und sportlichen Bereichen zu organisieren und zu popularisieren. Das Gebäude wurde am 20. Juni 1995 unter der Nummer A/1611/95 in das Denkmalregister der Schlesischen Provinzdenkmäler eingetragen. Der Palast ist von dem weitläufigen Park Górnik umgeben. Der Umfang der Investition erstreckt sich auf Bau- und Installationsarbeiten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf: Renovierung der Dachbedeckung und -konstruktion, Feuchtigkeits- und Anti-Wasserdämmung, Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlereien, Wartungsarbeiten an Fassaden (einschließlich Reparatur und Restaurierung von Gesimsen), Blitzsystem, Beleuchtung und Bänder rund um das Gebäude, Abriss des Gebäudes. Il palazzo cinquecentesco è un ramo del Centro Culturale Siemianowice dal gennaio 2016 e il suo compito principale è quello di organizzare e diffondere attività per bambini, giovani e adulti in sezioni artistiche, educative e sportive. L'edificio è stato iscritto nel registro dei monumenti del Conservatore dei Monumenti Provinciali Slesiani con il numero A/1611/95 il 20 giugno 1995. Il palazzo è circondato dal vasto parco Górnik.
