Projekt skierowany do grupy 196 osób bezrobotnych (126K,70M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Lęborku. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Planowane formy wsparcia: - pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci tworzenia/modyfikacji IPD; - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanych osób bezrobotnych - 20 osób /10K,10M/; - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczych (dotacje)-50 osób /20K,30M/; - staże - 92 osoby /77K,15M/; - szkolenia - 34 osób /19K,15M/. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Project addressed to a group of 196 unemployed (126K,70M) registered in the District Labour Office in Lębork. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed – belonging to the target group of the project. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. Planned forms of support: — in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of the creation/modification of IPD; — refunds of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the job for the targeted unemployed – 20 persons/10K,10M/; — one-off measures for taking up economic activities (grants)-50 persons/20K,30M/; — traineeships – 92 persons/77K, 15M/; — training – 34 people/19K, 15M/. The project complies with relevant Community policies and principles (including policies of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, inter alia the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Act, ROP WP 2014-2020 and the SCOOP ROP of the HR 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, other policies and Community rules. Projekt an eine Gruppe von 196 Arbeitslosen (126K,70M), die beim Bezirksarbeitsamt in Lębork registriert ist. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Arbeitslosen zu erhöhen, die zur Zielgruppe des Projekts gehören. Project gericht aan een groep van 196 werklozen (126K,70 miljoen) ingeschreven bij het arbeidsbureau van het district Lębork. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen van werklozen — die tot de doelgroep van het project behoren — te vergroten. Progetto rivolto a un gruppo di 196 disoccupati (126K,70M) registrati presso l'ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Lębork. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei disoccupati appartenenti al gruppo target del progetto.
