Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.01.2019r.–30.06.2022r.na terenie Gminy Miasto Ustka,na obszarze jednostki urbanistycznej „E”, stanowiącej 2,15% pow. Miasta.Na obszarze tym odnotowuje się największe spiętrzenie problemów społ.,przy jednoczesnym występowaniu zdegradowanej infrastruktury rekreacyjno-integracyjnej i niedostatecznym stanie ciągów komunikacyjnych.Podstawowe problemy(wg Raportu z delimitacji)to: wysoki poziom bezrobocia, niski poziom spójności społecznej, niesamodzielność dużej grupy mieszkańców wyrażająca się w uzależnieniu od pomocy społ. oraz niskim poziomie przedsiębiorczości mieszkańców oraz niedostateczna oferta usług społ. skierowana do ON,osób zależnych, chorych oraz do rodzin z dziećmi. Ponadto na obszarze wykazano duży odsetek dzieci stwarzających problemy wychowawcze, występuje problem z przestępczością wśród młodzieży. Zauważalny jest przez mieszkańców, podczas konsultacji społ.(V-VI.2016), brak oferty zagospodarowania czasu wolnego dla rodzin z problemami opiekuńczo-wychowawczymi, niewystarczająca oferta rekreacyjna dla dzieci i młodzieży, brak świetlicy środowiskowej. Mieszkańcy wskazywali także na brak oferty i odpowiedniej opieki nad dziećmi i młodzieżą, co wg nich przekłada się na problemy wychowawcze i problemy w nauce oraz na niewystarczający poziom aktywności społ.Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 120os (86K i 34M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 60 os - rodziców i dzieci, 50 os.niesamodzielnych i 10 ich opiekunów, zamieszkujących na obszarze „E”. Cel będzie osiągany za pomocą działań: 1. Usługi społeczne dla osób niesamodzielnych i ich opiekunów 2. Usługi społeczne dla rodzin Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z UUTW. Realizator projektu w imieniu W- CIS w Ustce, realizator poszczególnych podzadań- MOPS w Ustce. Projekt jest zgodny z GPR dla M. Ustka na lata 2016-2020. (Polish)
