Celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 50osób (30M,20K) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osób doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, z niepełnosprawnością w st.umiarkowanym i znacznym oraz z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną z pow.suwalskiego, sejneńskiego i augustowskiego w okresie od 01.10.2017 do 30.09.2019 z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów ukierunkowanych na aktywizację społeczną i zawodową, tj.: 1.Poradnictwo specjalistyczne,w tym psychologiczne, prawne, zawodowe 2.Kursy/szkolenia zawodowe 3.Staże/praktyki zawodowe 4.Warsztaty kompetencji Projekt realizuje zadania zgodnie z typem projektu nr 1. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie wyposażenie uczestników w wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy, zwiększenia aktywności zawodowej oraz społecznej, zmniejszenie ryzyka wykluczenia społecznego. Rezultaty twarde: 1.Objęcie wsparciem 50osób z niepełnospr. 2.Nabycie kwalifikacji po opuszczeniu programu przez 10osób z niepełnospr. 3.Przeprowadzenie staży/praktyk zawodowych dla 12osób z niepełnosprawnością 4.Zatrudnienie 3osób z niepełnosprawnością w stopniu znacznym(15%ogółu znacznie niepełnospr., oraz niep.sprzężona) 5.Zatrudnienie 7osób z niepełnosprawnością w stopniu umiarkowanym (23%ogółu umiarkowanie niepełnospr.) The aim of the project is to activate socio-occupational 50 people (30M,20K) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those experiencing multiple social exclusion, with moderate and severe disability and coupled disability from the Sejny, Sejnen and Augustinian areas in the period from 01.10.2017 to 30.09.2019 using social and professional activation instruments. The main objective will be achieved by using instruments aimed at social and professional activation, i.e.: 1.Professional counselling, including psychological, legal, professional, 2.Vocational courses/training 3.Professional practice 4.Competence workshops The project performs tasks according to project type no.1. The main result of the project will be to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary in the labour market, increase employment and social participation, and reduce the risk of social exclusion. Hard results: 1.Supporting 50 persons with a disability. 2.Acquirement of qualifications after leaving the program by 10 persons with disabilities. 3.Training/professional practice for 12 persons with disabilities 4.Employment of 3 persons with disabilities to a significant degree (15 % of the total significantly under-supply) 5.Employment of 7 persons with moderate disability (23 % of the total moderately disabled). 1.Increasing self-confidence and self-awareness among 11 ON in moderate (37 %) and 7 ON insignificant or non-conjugated (35 %) 2.Improved ability to solve emerging problems among 11 ON in moderate and 7 ON in significant or non-conjugated process 3. L’objectif du projet est l’activation socioprofessionnelle de 50 personnes (30 millions de personnes) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les personnes souffrant d’exclusion sociale multiple, présentant des handicaps modérés et graves et des handicaps associés aux districts de Sejno et d’Augustus au cours de la période allant du 1er octobre 2017 au 30 septembre 2019 au moyen d’instruments d’activation sociale et professionnelle. L’objectif principal sera atteint par l’utilisation d’instruments d’activation sociale et professionnelle, à savoir: 1. Conseil spécialisé, y compris psychologique, juridique, professionnel 2.Cours de formation 3. Stages/pratiques professionnelles 4.Ateliers de compétences Le projet accomplit des tâches selon le type de projet 1. Le principal résultat du projet sera de doter les participants des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires sur le marché du travail, d’accroître le travail et la participation sociale et de réduire le risque d’exclusion sociale. Résultats difficiles: 1.Encourager le soutien de 50 personnes à partir de la partie-spr. 2. Acquisition des qualifications après avoir quitté le programme par 10personnes à partir de la partie-spr. 3.Stages/stagiaires professionnels pour 12 personnes handicapées 4.Emploi de 3 personnes handicapées dans une proportion significative (15 % du total significativement incomplet et non combiné) 5.Emploi de 7 personnes ayant un handicap modéré (23 % du total modérément incomplet) Résultats modérés: 1.Accroître la confiance en soi et la confiance en soi chez 11 Onts modérés (37 %) et 7 ON dans des ON significatifs ou non conjugués (35 %) 2.Améliorer la capacité de résoudre les problèmes émergents chez 11 ON dans les Onts modérés et 7 dans les ONs significatifs ou non conjugués 3.L’expérience d’amélioration visible du fonctionnement chez 11 ON dans les Onts modérés et 7 dans les Onts importants ou im-conjugués 4,11 ON dans les É.-U. et 7 ON avec des Ont significatives ou non connectées fera des progrès dans le processus d’activation sociale et réduira la distance vers l’emploi par exemple l’inscription dans le PUP (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Aktivierung von 50 Menschen (30M,20K), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich Menschen mit mehrfacher sozialer Ausgrenzung, mit mittelschweren und schweren Behinderungen und mit Behinderungen, die mit den Bezirken Sejno und Augustus im Zeitraum vom 01.10.2017 bis zum 30.9.2019 mit sozialen und beruflichen Aktivierungsinstrumenten in Verbindung stehen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts besteht darin, die Teilnehmer mit den auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten auszustatten, die Erwerbsbeteiligung und die soziale Teilhabe zu erhöhen und das Risiko der sozialen Ausgrenzung zu verringern. Harte Ergebnisse: 1.Encourage Unterstützung von 50 Personen von part-spr. 2. Erwerb von Qualifikationen nach Verlassen des Programms durch 10Personen von part-spr. 3.Professionelle Praktika/Praktika für 12 Menschen mit Behinderungen 4.Beschäftigung von 3 Menschen mit Behinderungen in erheblichem Maße (15 % der insgesamt deutlich unvollständigen und nichtkombinierten) 5.Beschäftigung von 7 Personen mit mäßiger Behinderung (23 % der insgesamt mäßig unvollständigen) Weiche Ergebnisse: 1.Verbesserung des Selbstvertrauens und des Selbstvertrauens unter 11 EIN bei moderaten (37 %) und 7 EIN bei signifikanten oder nicht konjugierten (35 %) 2.Verbesserung der Fähigkeit, aufkommende Probleme unter 11 EIN in moderaten und 7 ONs in signifikanten oder nicht konjugierten signifikanten oder nicht konjugierten 3.Erfahrungen zu lösen 3.Erfahrung einer sichtbaren Verbesserung der Funktionsweise von 11 EIN in moderaten und 7 EIN in signifikanten oder konjugierten 4,11 ON in der M. und 7 ON mit signifikanter oder nicht verbundener Verbindung werden Fortschritte beim Prozess der sozialen Aktivierung und verringern den Abstand zur Beschäftigung durch z. Het doel van het project is de sociaal-beroepsactivering van 50 mensen (30M,20K) die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting, met inbegrip van mensen met meervoudige sociale uitsluiting, met matige en ernstige handicaps en met een handicap die verband houdt met de districten Sejno en Augustus in de periode van 1.10.2017 tot 30.09.2019 met behulp van sociale en professionele activeringsinstrumenten. De hoofddoelstelling zal worden bereikt door middel van instrumenten die gericht zijn op sociale en beroepsactivering, namelijk: 1. Gespecialiseerde counseling, met inbegrip van psychologische, juridische, professionele 2.Training cursussen 3. Stages/professionele praktijken 4.Competence workshops Het project voert taken uit volgens project type 1. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de deelnemers toe te rusten met de kennis en vaardigheden die nodig zijn op de arbeidsmarkt, de arbeids- en sociale participatie te vergroten en het risico op sociale uitsluiting te verminderen. Harde resultaten: 1.Bemoedig de steun van 50 mensen van part-spr. 2. Verwerving van kwalificaties na het verlaten van het programma door 10persons van part-spr. 3.Professionele stages/stages voor 12 personen met een handicap 4.Werkgelegenheid van 3 personen met een handicap in significante mate (15 % van het totaal aanzienlijk onvolledig en niet-gecombineerd) 5.Werkgelegenheid van 7 personen met een matige handicap (23 % van het totaal matig onvolledig) Zachte resultaten: 1.Verhoog zelfvertrouwen en zelfvertrouwen onder 11 ONs in matig (37 %) en 7 ONs in significante of niet-geconjugeerde (35 %) 2.Verbetering van het vermogen om opkomende problemen op te lossen onder 11 ONs in gematigd en 7 ONs in significante of niet-geconjugeerde 3.Experience van zichtbare verbetering in het functioneren van 11 ONs in matig en 7 ONs in significant of im-geconjugeerd 4,11 ON in de st. en 7 ONs met significante of niet-geconjugeerde zal vooruitgang boeken in het proces van sociale activering en de afstand tot werkgelegenheid verminderen door bv. registratie in de PUP (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è l'attivazione socio-professionale di 50 persone (30M,20K) a rischio di povertà o esclusione sociale, comprese le persone che soffrono di esclusione sociale multipla, con disabilità moderate e gravi e con disabilità associate ai distretti di Sejno e Augustus nel periodo dal 01.10.2017 al 30.9.2019 utilizzando strumenti di attivazione sociale e professionale. L'obiettivo principale sarà raggiunto mediante l'utilizzo di strumenti volti all'attivazione sociale e professionale, ossia: 1. Consulenza specializzata, compreso psicologico, legale, professionale 2. Corsi di formazione 3. Tirocini/pratiche professionali 4. Workshop di competenza Il progetto svolge compiti in base al tipo di progetto 1. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà quello di dotare i partecipanti delle conoscenze e delle competenze necessarie sul mercato del lavoro, di aumentare la partecipazione al lavoro e alla partecipazione sociale e di ridurre il rischio di esclusione sociale. Risultati difficili: Supporto 1.Encourage di 50 persone da parte-spr. 2. Acquisizione delle qualifiche dopo aver lasciato il programma da parte di 10persone da part-spr. 3. stage professionali/tirocinio per 12 persone con disabilità 4.Occupazione di 3 persone con disabilità in misura significativa (15 % del totale significativamente incompleto e non combinato) 5.Occupazione di 7 persone con disabilità moderata (23 % del totale moderatamente incompleto) 1. Aumentare la fiducia in se stessi e la fiducia in se stessi tra 11 ON in moderati (37 %) e 7 ON in significativo o non coniugato (35 %) 2. Migliorare la capacità di risolvere i problemi emergenti tra 11 ON in moderato e 7 ON nella st e 7 ON in significativo o non coniugato 3.Esperienza di miglioramento visibile nel funzionamento tra 11 ON in moderati e 7 ON in significativo o im-coniugato 4.11 ON nella st e 7 ON con significativo o non connesso farà progressi nel processo di attivazione sociale e ridurrà la distanza dall'occupazione, ad es. la registrazione al PUP (Italian)

Talleres de competencia El proyecto lleva a cabo tareas de acuerdo con el tipo de proyecto 1. El principal resultado del proyecto será dotar a los participantes de los conocimientos y capacidades necesarios en el mercado laboral, aumentar la participación laboral y social y reducir el riesgo de exclusión social. Resultados duros: 1. Fomentar el apoyo de 50 personas de part-spr. 2. Adquisición de calificaciones después de salir del programa por 10 personas de parte-spr. 4. El empleo de 3 personas con discapacidad en un grado significativo (15 % del total significativamente incompleto, y no combinado) 5.
