Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji procesowej oraz innowacji produktowej: 3 ekologiczne brykiety do grilla - Eko-Brykiet Calor-Power Grill, Eko-Brykiet do grilla Calor-Power Aroma, Eko-Brykiet do grilla Calor-Power Vega, będących efektem własnych prac B+R naszej firmy. Przedmiot projektu jest oparty o nasz wynalazek, zgłoszony do ochrony patentowej, dla którego sprawozdanie o stanie techniki wydane przez Urząd Patentowy RP nie podważyło poziomu wynalazczości. W ramach projekt zostaną też wdrożone ekoinnowacje, innowacja organizacyjna i marketingowa. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje zakup środków trwałych koniecznych do wdrożenia nowej produkcji i wytwarzania innowacyjnych wyrobów: automatycznej linii do produkcji brykietu Calor-Power, automatycznej linii do pakowania i paletowania brykietu Calor-Power, automatycznej linii do sortowania, zestawu kontenerów do magazynowania oraz produkcji. Projekt składa się z następujących etapów: zakupu środków trwałych, instalacji środków trwałych, produkcji testowej oraz uruchomienia produkcji seryjnej. Wdrożenie technologii nastąpi poprzez zakup środków trwałych wymienionych powyżej, zainstalowanie ich w naszym zakładzie i połączenie w spójny ciąg technologiczny. Pracownicy naszej firmy zostaną przeszkoleni w zakresie obsługi nowego sprzętu i wdrożeni w innowacyjny cykl produkcyjny. Realizacja projektu odbywać się będzie od 05.05.2017 do 09.06.2018. (Polish)

The project focuses on the implementation of process innovation and product innovation: 3 eco-friendly grill briquettes – Calor-Power Grill Eko-Briquet, Eko-Briquette for the Calor-Power Aroma grill, the Calor-Power Vega Eco Briquette, which are the result of our company’s own R & D work. The subject matter of the project is based on our invention, applied for patent protection, for which the report on the state of technology issued by the Polish Patent Office did not undermine the level of invention. The project will also implement eco-innovation, organizational and marketing innovation. The material scope includes the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of new production and production of innovative products: the automatic production line for Calor-Power briquettes, the automatic line for packaging and palleting of the Calor-Power briquette, the automatic sorting line, the set of containers for storage and production. The project consists of the following stages: purchase of fixed assets, installation of fixed assets, test production and start-up of serial production. The technology will be implemented by purchasing the fixed assets mentioned above, installing them in our plant and combining them in a coherent technological sequence. Our employees will be trained in handling new equipment and implemented in an innovative production cycle. The project will be implemented from 05.05.2017 to 09.06.2018. (English)

L’objet du projet est la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de processus et de l’innovation de produits: 3 briquettes de grill écologique — Calor-Power Grill, Calor-Power Aroma Eko-Briquet, Calor-Power Vega Eko-Briquette, qui sont le résultat des travaux de R & D de notre entreprise. L’objet du projet est basé sur notre invention, demandée pour la protection par brevet, pour laquelle le rapport sur l’état de la technique publié par l’Office polonais des brevets n’a pas miné le niveau d’inventivité. Le projet mettra également en œuvre l’éco-innovation, l’innovation organisationnelle et le marketing. Le champ d’application matériel comprend l’achat d’immobilisations nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles productions et productions de produits innovants: ligne de production de briquette Calor-Power automatique, ligne automatique d’emballage et de palettisation Calor-Power, ligne de tri automatique, ensemble de conteneurs pour le stockage et la production. Le projet comprend les phases suivantes: achat d’immobilisations, installation d’immobilisations, production expérimentale et mise en service de la production en série. La technologie sera mise en œuvre en achetant les immobilisations énumérées ci-dessus, en les installant dans notre usine et en les combinant dans une séquence technologique cohérente. Nos employés seront formés à la manipulation de nouveaux équipements et mis en œuvre dans un cycle de production innovant. La mise en œuvre du projet aura lieu du 5 mai 2017 au 9 juin 2018. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umsetzung von Prozessinnovationen und Produktinnovationen: 3 umweltfreundliche Grillbriketts – Calor-Power Grill, Calor-Power Aroma Eko-Briquet, Calor-Power Vega Eko-Briquette, die das Ergebnis der eigenen R & D-Arbeit unseres Unternehmens sind. Der Gegenstand des Projekts beruht auf unserer Erfindung, die Patentschutz beantragt hat, für die der Stand der Technik des polnischen Patentamts das Erfindungsniveau nicht untergraben hat. Das Projekt wird auch Öko-Innovation, organisatorische Innovation und Marketing implementieren. Der sachliche Anwendungsbereich umfasst den Erwerb von Anlagegütern, die für die Durchführung neuer Produktion und Produktion innovativer Produkte erforderlich sind: automatische Calor-Power Brikett Produktionslinie, automatische Calor-Power Brikett Verpackung und Palettierlinie, automatische Sortierlinie, Behälter für Lagerung und Produktion. Das Projekt besteht aus folgenden Phasen: Erwerb von Anlagegütern, Installation von Anlagegütern, Testproduktion und Inbetriebnahme der Serienproduktion. Die Technologie wird durch den Kauf der oben genannten Anlagegüter, die Installation in unserer Anlage und die Kombination in eine kohärente technologische Sequenz implementiert werden. Unsere Mitarbeiter werden in der Handhabung neuer Geräte geschult und in einem innovativen Produktionszyklus umgesetzt. Die Umsetzung des Projekts findet vom 05.05.2017 bis zum 09.06.2018 statt. Het onderwerp van het project is de implementatie van procesinnovatie en productinnovatie: 3 milieuvriendelijke grillbriketten — Calor-Power Grill, Calor-Power Aroma Eko-Briquet, Calor-Power Vega Eko-Briquette, die het resultaat zijn van het eigen R & D-werk van ons bedrijf. Het onderwerp van het project is gebaseerd op onze uitvinding, aangevraagd voor octrooibescherming, waarvoor het state-of-the-art rapport van het Poolse Octrooibureau het inventiviteitsniveau niet heeft ondermijnd. Het project zal ook eco-innovatie, organisatorische innovatie en marketing ten uitvoer leggen. Het materiële toepassingsgebied omvat de aankoop van vaste activa die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van nieuwe productie en productie van innovatieve producten: automatische Calor-Power briquette productielijn, automatische Calor-Power briquette verpakking en palletiseerlijn, automatische sorteerlijn, container set voor opslag en productie. Het project bestaat uit de volgende fasen: aankoop van vaste activa, installatie van vaste activa, testproductie en inbedrijfstelling van serieproductie. De technologie zal worden geïmplementeerd door de hierboven genoemde vaste activa aan te schaffen, ze in onze fabriek te installeren en te combineren in een coherente technologische volgorde. Onze medewerkers worden opgeleid in het hanteren van nieuwe apparatuur en geïmplementeerd in een innovatieve productiecyclus. L'oggetto del progetto è l'implementazione dell'innovazione di processo e dell'innovazione di prodotto: 3 bricchetti per griglia eco-friendly — Calor-Power Grill, Calor-Power Aroma Eko-Briquet, Calor-Power Vega Eko-Briquette, che sono il risultato del lavoro di R & S della nostra azienda. L'oggetto del progetto si basa sulla nostra invenzione, richiesta di protezione brevettuale, per la quale la relazione di stato dell'Ufficio brevetti polacco non ha compromesso il livello di inventiva. Il progetto implementerà anche l'ecoinnovazione, l'innovazione organizzativa e il marketing. L'ambito di applicazione materiale comprende l'acquisto di immobilizzazioni necessarie per la realizzazione di nuove produzioni e produzione di prodotti innovativi: linea di produzione automatica di bricchette Calor-Power, linea automatica di confezionamento e pallettizzazione di bricchette Calor-Power, linea di smistamento automatica, set contenitore per stoccaggio e produzione. Il progetto si articola nelle seguenti fasi: acquisto di immobilizzazioni, installazione di immobilizzazioni, test di produzione e messa in servizio della produzione in serie. La tecnologia sarà implementata acquistando le immobilizzazioni sopra elencate, installandole nel nostro stabilimento e combinandole in una sequenza tecnologica coerente. I nostri dipendenti saranno formati nella movimentazione di nuove attrezzature e implementati in un ciclo produttivo innovativo. L'attuazione del progetto avrà luogo dal 5.5.2017 al 9.6.2018. El objeto del proyecto es la implementación de la innovación de procesos y la innovación de productos: 3 briquetas de parrilla ecológicas — Calor-Power Grill, Calor-Power Aroma Eko-Briquet, Calor-Power Vega Eko-Briquette, que son el resultado del trabajo de I+D de nuestra compañía. El objeto del proyecto se basa en nuestra invención, solicitada para la protección de patentes, para la cual el informe sobre el estado de la técnica emitido por la Oficina Polaca de Patentes no socava el nivel de inventiva. El proyecto también implementará la ecoinnovación, la innovación organizativa y la comercialización. El ámbito de aplicación material incluye la compra de activos fijos necesarios para la aplicación de nuevas producciones y producción de productos innovadores: línea de producción automática de briquetas Calor-Power, línea automática de empaquetado y paletizado de briquetas Calor-Power, línea de clasificación automática, set de contenedores para almacenamiento y producción. El proyecto consta de las siguientes fases: compra de activos fijos, instalación de activos fijos, producción de pruebas y puesta en marcha de la producción en serie. La tecnología se implementará mediante la compra de los activos fijos enumerados anteriormente, instalarlos en nuestra planta y combinarlos en una secuencia tecnológica coherente. Nuestros empleados serán capacitados en el manejo de nuevos equipos e implementados en un ciclo de producción innovador. La ejecución del proyecto tendrá lugar del 5 de mayo de 2017 al 9.6.2018.
