Binnen dit project wordt het talent van de medewerkers van Nocore getoetst en de competenties versterkt. Hierbij ligt de focus op positieve ontwikkeling op persoonlijke basis. De samenhang van de medewerkers en de autonome werking liggen ten grondslag van het project waarbij geambieerd word op duurzame ontwikkeling die al dan niet bedrijf gerelateerd is. Groei en ontplooiing van talent is uitermate belangrijk voor de potentie en ambitie van een medewerker, hieraan wil Nocore als duurzame organisatie een positieve bijdrage aan leveren (Dutch)
