In onze organisatie willen we de werknemers meer betrokken laten zijn bij de organisatie en tegelijkertijd de duurzame inzetbaarheid van ons personeel verbeteren. We willen de aanwezige competenties van ons personeel beter benutten, waardoor uiteindelijk elk personeelslid op een voor hem of haar juist ingerichte functie zich optimaal kan ontwikkelen en iedereen binnen de organisatie gemotiveerd is om zichzelf en de organisatie te blijven ontwikkelen.
