Provedbom projekta Sanacija i konačno zatvaranje odlagališta otpada "Klisa" sanirati će se i zatvoriti navedeno odlagalište te uskladiti sa važećom zakonskom regulativom: Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom (NN 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) i Pravilnikom o načinima i uvjetima odlaganja otpada, kategorijama i uvjetima rada za odlagališta otpada (NN 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). Cilj projekta je saniranje odlagališta neopasnog otpada čime se osigurava sprječavanje daljnjih negativnih utjecaja na okoliš i ljudsko zdravlje. Realizacijom projekta doprinosi se smanjenju štetnih okolišnih utjecaja neadekvatnog gospodarenja otpadom. Vrijeme provedbe projekta je 30 mjeseci. Nakon sanacije i konačnog zatvaranja, odlagalište će postati zelena površina. (Croatian)

The implementation of the project will resolve and close the landfill site with the final closure of the site and comply with the applicable legislation: The Sustainable Waste Management Act (Narodne Novine (NN; official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) and the Rules on waste disposal modalities and conditions, the categories and working conditions for landfill sites (Narodne Novine (NN; official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). The project aims to repair landfills of non-hazardous waste and thus ensures that further negative impacts on the environment and human health are prevented. The realisation of the project contributes to reducing the adverse environmental impact of inadequate waste management. The implementation time for the project is 30 months. After resolution and final closure, the landfill site will become a green area. (English)

La mise en œuvre du projet de réhabilitation «Klisa» et la fermeture définitive de la décharge permettront de réhabiliter et de fermer cette décharge et de respecter la législation applicable: Loi sur la gestion durable des déchets (OG 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) et ordonnance sur les méthodes et conditions d’élimination des déchets, les catégories et les conditions d’exploitation des décharges (OG 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). L’objectif du projet est de réhabiliter les décharges de déchets non dangereux, ce qui permet d’éviter d’autres impacts négatifs sur l’environnement et la santé humaine. La réalisation du projet contribue à réduire les effets nocifs sur l’environnement d’une gestion inadéquate des déchets. Le délai de mise en œuvre du projet est de 30 mois. Après l’assainissement et la fermeture définitive, la décharge deviendra une zone verte. (French)

Die Durchführung des Projekts „Klisa“ Rehabilitation und die endgültige Schließung der Deponie werden diese Deponie sanieren und schließen und den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften entsprechen: Gesetz über nachhaltige Abfallbewirtschaftung (OG 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) und Verordnung über Abfallentsorgungsmethoden und -bedingungen, -kategorien und -bedingungen für Deponien (OG 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). Ziel des Projekts ist die Sanierung von Deponien für nicht gefährliche Abfälle, die dafür sorgen, dass weitere negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit verhindert werden. Die Realisierung des Projekts trägt zur Verringerung der schädlichen Umweltauswirkungen einer unzureichenden Abfallbewirtschaftung bei. Die Umsetzungszeit des Projekts beträgt 30 Monate. Nach der Sanierung und der endgültigen Schließung wird die Deponie zu einer Grünfläche. (German)

De uitvoering van het project „Klisa” Revalidatie en de definitieve sluiting van de stortplaats zal deze stortplaats rehabiliteren en sluiten en voldoen aan de toepasselijke wetgeving: Wet inzake duurzaam afvalbeheer (OG 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) en Verordening inzake afvalverwijderingsmethoden en -voorwaarden, -categorieën en -omstandigheden voor stortplaatsen (OG 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). Het doel van het project is de sanering van stortplaatsen van ongevaarlijke afvalstoffen, die ervoor zorgen dat verdere negatieve effecten op het milieu en de menselijke gezondheid worden voorkomen. De verwezenlijking van het project draagt bij tot het verminderen van de schadelijke milieueffecten van een gebrekkig afvalbeheer. De uitvoeringstermijn van het project bedraagt 30 maanden. Na sanering en definitieve sluiting wordt de stortplaats een groen gebied. (Dutch)

L'attuazione del progetto "Klisa" Rehabilitation e la chiusura finale della discarica ritorneranno e chiuderanno la discarica e rispetteranno la normativa applicabile: Legge sulla gestione sostenibile dei rifiuti (OG 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) e ordinanza sui metodi e le condizioni di smaltimento dei rifiuti, le categorie e le condizioni di esercizio delle discariche (OG 114/15, 103/18, 56/19). L'obiettivo del progetto è il ripristino delle discariche di rifiuti non pericolosi, il che garantisce la prevenzione di ulteriori impatti negativi sull'ambiente e sulla salute umana. La realizzazione del progetto contribuisce a ridurre l'impatto ambientale dannoso di una gestione inadeguata dei rifiuti. Il tempo di attuazione del progetto è di 30 mesi. Dopo la bonifica e la chiusura definitiva, la discarica diventerà un'area verde. (Italian)

La ejecución del proyecto «Klisa» Rehabilitación y el cierre final del vertedero rehabilitarán y cerrarán este vertedero y cumplirán con la legislación aplicable: Ley sobre la gestión sostenible de los residuos (GO 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) y Ordenanza sobre métodos y condiciones de eliminación de residuos, categorías y condiciones de funcionamiento de los vertederos (OG 114/15, 103/18 y 56/19). El objetivo del proyecto es la rehabilitación de vertederos de residuos no peligrosos, lo que garantiza la prevención de nuevos efectos negativos sobre el medio ambiente y la salud humana. La realización del proyecto contribuye a reducir los impactos ambientales nocivos de una gestión inadecuada de los residuos. El tiempo de ejecución del proyecto es de 30 meses. Tras la rehabilitación y el cierre definitivo, el vertedero se convertirá en una zona verde. (Spanish)
