Tiks samazināts siltumnīcefekta gāzu emisijas daudzums (plānotais samazinājums – 19 941 kg CO2/gadā). Vienlaikus tiks uzlabots ēkas vizuālais izskats un iekštelpu klimats, radot komfortablu vidi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes audzēkņiem un personālam un veidojot estētiski pievilcīgu pilsētvidi.Projekta kopējās izmaksas veido 246 293.17 euro, t.sk., Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums 180 910.00 euro.Projekta darbību uzsākšanas laiks: Atzīme no būvvaldes par būvdarbu uzsākšanas nosacījumu izpildi saņemta 2017.gada 19.jūnijā. The project promoter shall: Riga City CouncilThe aim of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce primary energy consumption of the building of the Riga pre-school “Kamenīte” building at 126A Slokas Street, Riga.The main project activities:1.Insulation of external envelope structures (façade, roof covering and cap) – will increase the thermal characteristics of the building’s external envelopes by reducing energy consumption in the building, increasing the efficiency of energy use and limiting greenhouse gas emissions.2. The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of primary energy consumption (planned reduction – 79053.11 kWh/year), thus reducing Riga City Municipality’s expenditure on heating of this facility. Greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced (planned reduction – 19941 kg CO2/year). At the same time, the visual appearance of the building and the indoor climate will be improved, creating a comfortable environment for students and staff of pre-school education institutions and creating an aesthetically attractive urban environment.The total cost of the project is EUR 246293.17, including the European Regional Development Fund funding EUR 180910.00.
