Le CCAP vise à être une structure inclusive produisant des citoyens conscients, en veillant à ce que TOUS et, en particulier, les publics vulnérables aient accès sur un pied d’égalité à la reconnaissance de leurs compétences académiques et professionnelles. Nous donnerons la priorité à la qualification et/ou au recyclage des jeunes et des adultes dans la zone du Centre dans des zones professionnelles adaptées aux besoins du territoire, ce qui stimulera le développement de la région. Der APCC-Rahmenvertrag zielt darauf ab, eine inklusive Struktur zu sein, die bewusste Bürger hervorbringt und dafür sorgt, dass ALLE und insbesondere schutzbedürftige Zielgruppen gleichberechtigten Zugang zur Anerkennung ihrer akademischen und beruflichen Fähigkeiten haben. Wir werden die Qualifikation und/oder Umschulung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen im Zentrumsbereich in den an die Bedürfnisse des Gebiets angepassten Berufsbereichen Vorrang einräumen, wodurch die Entwicklung der Region gefördert wird. Het raamcontract van de APCC heeft tot doel een inclusieve structuur te zijn die bewuste burgers produceert en ervoor zorgt dat ALLE, en met name kwetsbare doelgroepen gelijke toegang hebben tot de erkenning van hun academische en professionele vaardigheden. Wij zullen prioriteit geven aan de kwalificatie en/of omscholing van jongeren en volwassenen in het centrum in beroepsgebieden die zijn aangepast aan de behoeften van het grondgebied, en zullen de ontwikkeling van de regio stimuleren.
