L’objectif du projet est l’intégration des jeunes sur le marché du travail. Grâce à cette opération, les jeunes ayant des qualifications ont la possibilité d’entreprendre un stage dans la municipalité, où les conditions seront créées pour faciliter l’intégration sur le marché du travail. Ces stages permettront d’acquérir de nouvelles compétences, d’améliorer la modernisation des services et d’assurer le démarrage du processus d’acquisition d’expérience professionnelle. (French)

Durch diese Aktion haben junge Menschen mit Qualifikationen die Möglichkeit, in der Gemeinde eine Arbeitsstelle zu absolvieren, wo Bedingungen für eine leichtere Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt geschaffen werden. Diese Praktika werden den Erwerb neuer Kompetenzen ermöglichen, die Modernisierung der Dienstleistungen verbessern und den Beginn des Prozesses des Erwerbs von Berufserfahrung sicherstellen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de integratie van jongeren op de arbeidsmarkt. Door deze operatie hebben jongeren met kwalificaties de mogelijkheid om een stage te volgen in de gemeente, waar voorwaarden zullen worden gecreëerd voor een gemakkelijkere integratie op de arbeidsmarkt. Deze stages zullen de verwerving van nieuwe vaardigheden mogelijk maken, de modernisering van de diensten verbeteren en ervoor zorgen dat het proces van het verwerven van beroepservaring van start gaat. Attraverso questa operazione, i giovani con qualifiche hanno la possibilità di intraprendere un tirocinio nel Comune, dove si creeranno le condizioni per una più facile integrazione nel mercato del lavoro. Questi tirocini consentiranno l'acquisizione di nuove competenze, miglioreranno la modernizzazione dei servizi e garantiranno l'avvio del processo di acquisizione di esperienze professionali.
