Celem projektu jest podniesienie stopnia włączenia 23 osób (14K,9M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu gmin Kowale Ol. i Świętajno, w okresie do końca marca 2021r., poprzez przeprowadzenie procesu aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej. Grupą docelową projektu, objętą bezpośrednim wsparciem, będą 23os. w wieku: kobiety-18-58, mężczyźni 18-63, zamieszkałe na terenie gmin Kowale Ol. i Świętajno (pow. olecki, woj. warm.-maz),tj.poza MOF Ełk, które są zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego. Będą to osoby lub rodziny korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społ., w tym osoby bezrobotne wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym.Wsparcie odbędzie się w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indyw. dla każdego UP w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb i predyspozycji. Celem wzmocnienia wypracowanych aktywnych postaw UP i przeciwdziałania powrotowi do sytuacji wyjściowej,działania skierowane też będą do otoczenia UP. Projekt w początkowej fazie zakłada realizację działań o charakterze społecznym, mających na celu nabycie/podniesienie kompetencji społ. UP. W dalszej kolejności realizowane będą działania o charakterze zawodowym, które mają na celu nabycie kompetencji i dośw. zawod., a docelowo uzyskanie zatrudnienia, co wpłynie na poprawę sytuacji materialnej rodzin. Działania projektu przewidują też ciągłe wsparcie UP, celem budowania i podtrzymywania aktywnych postaw oraz bieżącego wsparcia w przypadku trudności (spec.ds.szkoleń i staży). Działania projektu przyczynią się do podniesienia aktywności społ. i zawodowej UP – zakładamy osiągnięcie m.in. efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 34%, w tym poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 25%. The aim of the project is to increase the inclusion of 23 people (14K,9M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion from the municipalities of Kowale Ol. and Świętajno, in the period up to the end of March 2021, by carrying out a process of social and professional activation. The target group of the project, directly supported, will be 23 persons at the age of: women-18-58, men 18-63, residing in the municipalities of Kowale Ol. and Świętajno (POW. olecki, voivodship warm.-maz), i.e. outside the MOF Elk, who are at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. These will be people or families benefiting from social assistance benefits, including the unemployed, for whom only labour market instruments and services are insufficient and there is a need to first apply active inclusion services of a social nature. The support will be based on the path of reintegration created by India for each UP based on the diagnosis of needs and predisposition. In order to strengthen the developed active attitudes of the PA and prevent the return to the starting situation, actions will also be directed to the surroundings of the UP. The project initially involves the implementation of social activities aimed at acquiring/increasing social competences. UP. UP. Subsequently, professional activities will be carried out with the aim of acquiring competences and professions, and ultimately obtaining employment, which will improve the material situation of families. The project’s activities also provide for continuous support of the PU, in order to build and maintain active attitudes and ongoing support in case of difficulties (training and internships). The activities of the project will contribute to the increase of social and professional activity of the PU – we assume that, among others, socio-employment efficiency at the level of at least 34 %, including the level of employment efficiency of 25 %, will be achieved. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’inclusion de 23 personnes (14K,9 millions) menacées de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale des communes de Kowale Ol. et Świętajno, jusqu’à la fin mars 2021, en menant un processus d’activation sociale et professionnelle. Le groupe cible du projet, bénéficiant d’un soutien direct, sera de 23 personnes à l’âge de: femmes de 18 à 58 ans, hommes de 18 à 63 ans, résidant dans les communes de Kowale Ol. et Świętajno (POW. olecki, voïvodie chaude-maz), c’est-à-dire à l’extérieur du Ministère de l’éducation, qui sont exposés au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale. Il s’agira de personnes ou de familles bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale, y compris les chômeurs, pour lesquelles seuls les instruments et les services du marché du travail sont insuffisants et il est nécessaire d’appliquer d’abord des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale. L’aide sera fondée sur la voie de réinsertion créée par l’Inde pour chaque UP sur la base du diagnostic des besoins et de la prédisposition. Afin de renforcer les attitudes actives développées de l’AP et d’empêcher le retour à la situation de départ, des actions seront également dirigées vers les environs de l’UP. Le projet comprend dans un premier temps la mise en œuvre d’activités sociales visant à acquérir/accroître les compétences sociales. LEVEZ-VOUS. Par la suite, des activités professionnelles seront menées dans le but d’acquérir des compétences et des professions et, à terme, d’obtenir un emploi, ce qui améliorera la situation matérielle des familles. Les activités du projet prévoient également un soutien continu de l’unité centrale afin de développer et de maintenir des attitudes actives et un soutien continu en cas de difficultés (formation et stages). Les activités du projet contribueront à l’accroissement de l’activité sociale et professionnelle de l’unité centrale — nous supposons, entre autres, que l’efficacité socio-emploi d’au moins 34 %, y compris le niveau d’efficacité de l’emploi de 25 %, sera atteinte. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Einbeziehung von 23 Personen (14K,9M), die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus den Gemeinden Kowale Ol. und Świętajno bis Ende März 2021 bedroht sind, durch die Durchführung eines Prozesses der sozialen und beruflichen Aktivierung zu erhöhen. Die direkt geförderte Zielgruppe des Projekts wird 23 Personen im Alter von: Frauen-18-58, Männer 18-63, wohnhaft in den Gemeinden Kowale Ol. und Świętajno (POW. olecki, Woiwodschaft warm.-maz), d. h. außerhalb des MOF Elk, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Dabei handelt es sich um Personen oder Familien, die Sozialhilfeleistungen erhalten, einschließlich der Arbeitslosen, für die nur arbeitsmarktpolitische Instrumente und Dienstleistungen unzureichend sind und zunächst aktive Eingliederungsleistungen sozialer Art angewandt werden müssen. Die Unterstützung wird auf dem Weg der Wiedereingliederung basieren, der von Indien für jedes UP auf der Grundlage der Bedarfsdiagnose und der Prädisposition geschaffen wurde. Um die entwickelten aktiven Einstellungen der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde zu stärken und die Rückkehr in die Ausgangssituation zu verhindern, werden auch Maßnahmen an die Umgebung der UP gerichtet. Das Projekt beinhaltet zunächst die Umsetzung sozialer Aktivitäten, mit denen soziale Kompetenzen erworben bzw. ausgebaut werden sollen. NACH OBEN. Anschließend werden berufliche Tätigkeiten mit dem Ziel durchgeführt, Kompetenzen und Berufe zu erwerben und schließlich eine Beschäftigung zu erhalten, wodurch die materielle Situation der Familien verbessert wird. Die Aktivitäten des Projekts sorgen auch für eine kontinuierliche Unterstützung der PU, um aktive Einstellungen und laufende Unterstützung bei Schwierigkeiten (Ausbildung und Praktika) aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Aktivitäten des Projekts werden zur Steigerung der sozialen und beruflichen Tätigkeit der PU beitragen – wir gehen davon aus, dass unter anderem die Effizienz der Sozio-Beschäftigung in Höhe von mindestens 34 %, einschließlich der Beschäftigungseffizienz von 25 %, erreicht wird. Doel van het project is de inclusie van 23 personen (14K,9M) die risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting uit de gemeenten Kowale Ol. en Świętajno, in de periode tot eind maart 2021, te vergroten door een proces van sociale en professionele activering uit te voeren. De rechtstreeks gesteunde doelgroep van het project is 23 personen op de leeftijd van: vrouwen-18-58, mannen 18-63, woonachtig in de gemeenten Kowale Ol. en Świętajno (POW. olecki, woiwodschap warm.-maz), d.w.z. buiten het MOF Elk, die risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting. Dit zijn mensen of gezinnen die sociale bijstandsuitkeringen ontvangen, met inbegrip van werklozen, voor wie alleen arbeidsmarktinstrumenten en -diensten ontoereikend zijn en er eerst actieve inclusiediensten van sociale aard moeten worden toegepast. De steun zal gebaseerd zijn op het traject van reïntegratie dat India voor elke UP heeft gecreëerd op basis van de diagnose van behoeften en aanleg. Om de ontwikkelde actieve houding van de PA te versterken en de terugkeer naar de uitgangssituatie te voorkomen, worden acties ook gericht op de omgeving van de UP. Het project omvat in eerste instantie de uitvoering van sociale activiteiten die gericht zijn op het verwerven/verruimen van sociale competenties. OMHOOG, OMHOOG. Vervolgens zullen beroepsactiviteiten worden verricht met het oog op het verwerven van competenties en beroepen en uiteindelijk het verkrijgen van een baan, wat de materiële situatie van gezinnen zal verbeteren. De activiteiten van het project voorzien ook in permanente ondersteuning van de PU, om een actieve houding en voortdurende ondersteuning in geval van moeilijkheden (opleidingen en stages) op te bouwen en in stand te houden. De activiteiten van het project zullen bijdragen tot de toename van de sociale en beroepsactiviteit van de PU — wij gaan ervan uit dat onder meer de efficiëntie van de sociale werkgelegenheid op het niveau van ten minste 34 %, inclusief de efficiëntie van de werkgelegenheid van 25 %, zal worden bereikt. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare l'inclusione di 23 persone (14K,9M) a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale dai comuni di Kowale Ol. e Świętajno, nel periodo fino alla fine di marzo 2021, attraverso un processo di attivazione sociale e professionale. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto, sostenuto direttamente, sarà di 23 persone all'età di: donne-18-58, uomini 18-63, residenti nei comuni di Kowale Ol. e Świętajno (POW. olecki, voivodship warm.-maz), ossia al di fuori del MOF Elk, che sono a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale. Si tratterà di persone o famiglie che beneficeranno di prestazioni di assistenza sociale, compresi i disoccupati, per le quali solo gli strumenti e i servizi del mercato del lavoro sono insufficienti e vi è la necessità di applicare in primo luogo servizi di inclusione attiva di natura sociale. Il sostegno si baserà sul percorso di reinserimento creato dall'India per ogni UP sulla base della diagnosi dei bisogni e della predisposizione. Al fine di rafforzare gli atteggiamenti attivi sviluppati dall'organismo pagatore e impedire il ritorno alla situazione di partenza, le azioni saranno indirizzate anche verso l'ambiente circostante l'UP. Il progetto prevede inizialmente la realizzazione di attività sociali volte ad acquisire/aumentare le competenze sociali. SU, SU. Successivamente, le attività professionali saranno svolte con l'obiettivo di acquisire competenze e professioni e, in ultima analisi, di ottenere un impiego, che migliorerà la situazione materiale delle famiglie. Le attività del progetto prevedono inoltre un sostegno continuo all'unità di elaborazione, al fine di sviluppare e mantenere atteggiamenti attivi e un sostegno continuo in caso di difficoltà (formazione e stage). Le attività del progetto contribuiranno all'aumento dell'attività sociale e professionale dell'unità di elaborazione — presumiamo che, tra l'altro, l'efficienza socio-occupazione al livello di almeno il 34 %, compreso il livello di efficienza occupazionale del 25 %, sarà raggiunta.
