Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.09.2020 r. do 30.06.2021 r. W jego wyniku uczniowie Szkoły Podstawowej w Miastkowie będą mieli możliwość rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Podniosą się także kompetencje zatrudnionych w placówce nauczycieli. Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 120 uczniów (70 dziewcząt i 50 chłopców) Szkoły Podstawowej w Miastkowie, a także podniesienie kwalifikacji 20 nauczycieli w okresie od 01.09.2020 do 30.06.2021 r. Projekt zakłada realizację następujących działań: - zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci - zajęcia wokalno- instrumentalne, zajęcia muzyczno – rytmiczne, Przyroda eksperymentalna i kreatywna, zajęcia z języka niemieckiego, zajęcia z języka angielskiego, akademia pamięci; - doskonalenie nauczycieli - szkolenie „Eksperyment – nauczanie przez odkrywanie” oraz „Aplikacje internetowe jako narzędzia wspomagające naukę”; - zakup wyposażenia. Decyzja o realizacji przedsięwzięcia została poprzedzona szeroką analizą potrzeb placówki oraz diagnozą stanu obecnego, a więc jego wykonanie jest jak najbardziej uzasadnione i odpowiada na potrzeby placówki oraz jej uczniów. Zakres projektu wynika z opracowanej diagnozy, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący szkołę w dniu 25 listopada 2019 r. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu podniesie kompetencje kluczowe uczniów, umożliwi kształtowanie właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy, a przy tym wydatnie sprzyjać będzie rozwijaniu indywidualnego podejścia do każdego ucznia, w tym ucznia ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wdrożeniu nowych rozwiązań zapewniających wysoką jakość usług edukacyjnych świadczonych przez szkołę. Wpłynie na rozwój kreatywności i kompetencji cyfrowych uczniów. Wyposażenie szkoły w pomoce dydaktyczne w sposób znaczący urozmaici zajęcia dydaktyczne, pozwoli łatwiej i szybciej przyswoić materiał dydaktyczny. (Polish)

As a result, students of the Primary School in Miastkowo will have the opportunity to develop key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market. The competences of the teachers employed in the institution will also be increased. The aim of the project is to develop key competences and universal skills necessary in the labour market 120 students (70 girls and 50 boys) of the Primary School in Miastkowo, as well as to improve the qualifications of 20 teachers between 01.09.2020 and 30.06.2021. The project involves the implementation of the following activities: — additional classes for children – vocal and instrumental classes, musical and rhythm classes, experimental and creative nature, German language classes, English language classes, memory academy; — teacher improvement – Training “Experiment – teaching by discovery” and “Internet applications as learning tools”; — purchase of equipment. The decision to implement the project was preceded by a broad analysis of the needs of the institution and the diagnosis of the current state, so its implementation is the most justified and responds to the needs of the institution and its students. The scope of the project is based on a diagnosis, approved by the school body on 25 November 2019. The implementation of this project will increase students’ key competences, will enable the development of the right attitudes and skills needed on the labour market, and at the same time will greatly promote the development of an individual approach to each student, including a student with special educational needs, and the implementation of new solutions ensuring high quality educational services provided by the school. It will contribute to the development of students’ creativity and digital competences. Equipping the school with teaching aids will significantly diversify teaching activities, make it easier and faster to assimilate the teaching material. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er septembre 2020 au 30 juin 2021. En conséquence, les élèves de l’école primaire de Miastkowo auront la possibilité de développer les compétences clés et les compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail. Les compétences des enseignants employés dans l’institution seront également renforcées. L’objectif du projet est de développer les compétences clés et les compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail 120 élèves (70 filles et 50 garçons) de l’école primaire de Miastkowo, ainsi que d’améliorer les qualifications de 20 enseignants entre le 1er septembre 2020 et le 30 juin 2021. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes: — classes supplémentaires pour les enfants — classes vocales et instrumentales, cours de musique et de rythme, nature expérimentale et créative, cours d’allemand, cours d’anglais, académie de mémoire; — amélioration des enseignants — Formation «Expérience — enseignement par découverte» et «Applications Internet comme outils d’apprentissage»; — achat de matériel. La décision de mettre en œuvre le projet a été précédée d’une large analyse des besoins de l’établissement et du diagnostic de l’état actuel, de sorte que sa mise en œuvre est la plus justifiée et répond aux besoins de l’établissement et de ses étudiants. Le champ d’application du projet est basé sur un diagnostic, approuvé par l’organisme scolaire le 25 novembre 2019. La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra d’accroître les compétences clés des élèves, permettra de développer les attitudes et les compétences requises sur le marché du travail, tout en favorisant grandement le développement d’une approche individuelle à l’égard de chaque élève, y compris un étudiant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions garantissant des services éducatifs de haute qualité fournis par l’école. Das Projekt wird vom 01.09.2020 bis zum 30.6.2021 umgesetzt. Somit haben Studierende der Grundschule in Miastkowo die Möglichkeit, Schlüsselkompetenzen und universelle Kompetenzen zu entwickeln, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt notwendig sind. Die Kompetenzen der in der Einrichtung beschäftigten Lehrkräfte werden ebenfalls erhöht. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Schlüsselkompetenzen und universelle Kompetenzen zu entwickeln, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlich sind 120 Schüler (70 Mädchen und 50 Jungen) der Grundschule in Miastkowo, sowie die Qualifikation von 20 Lehrern zwischen dem 01.09.2020 und dem 30.06.2021 zu verbessern. — zusätzliche Klassen für Kinder – Gesangs- und Instrumentalunterricht, Musik- und Rhythmusunterricht, experimentelle und kreative Natur, Deutschkurse, Englischkurse, Gedächtnisakademie; — Lehrerverbesserung – Ausbildung „Experiment – Lehre durch Entdeckung“ und „Internetanwendungen als Lernwerkzeuge“; — Kauf von Ausrüstung. Der Entscheidung, das Projekt umzusetzen, ging eine umfassende Analyse der Bedürfnisse der Institution und der Diagnose des aktuellen Staates voraus, so dass seine Umsetzung am gerechtfertigtsten ist und den Bedürfnissen der Institution und ihrer Studierenden entspricht. Der Umfang des Projekts basiert auf einer Diagnose, die vom Schulorgan am 25. November 2019 genehmigt wurde. Die Umsetzung dieses Projekts wird die Schlüsselkompetenzen der Schüler erhöhen, die Entwicklung der richtigen Einstellungen und Kompetenzen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ermöglichen und gleichzeitig die Entwicklung eines individuellen Ansatzes für jeden Schüler, einschließlich eines Schülers mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen, sowie die Umsetzung neuer Lösungen fördern, die hochwertige Bildungsleistungen der Schule gewährleisten. Sie wird zur Entwicklung von Kreativität und digitalen Kompetenzen der Studierenden beitragen. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd van 1 september 2020 tot en met 30.6.2021. Hierdoor krijgen studenten van de basisschool in Miastkowo de mogelijkheid om sleutelcompetenties en universele vaardigheden te ontwikkelen die nodig zijn op de arbeidsmarkt. Ook de competenties van de docenten die in de instelling werkzaam zijn, zullen worden uitgebreid. Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van sleutelcompetenties en universele vaardigheden die nodig zijn op de arbeidsmarkt 120 studenten (70 meisjes en 50 jongens) van de basisschool in Miastkowo, en de kwalificaties van 20 leerkrachten tussen 1.9.2020 en 30.6.2021 te verbeteren. Het project omvat de uitvoering van de volgende activiteiten: — extra lessen voor kinderen — vocale en instrumentale lessen, muzikale en ritmelessen, experimentele en creatieve aard, Duitse taallessen, Engelse taallessen, geheugenacademie; — verbetering van de leraren — Opleiding „Experiment — onderwijs door ontdekking” en „Internettoepassingen als leerhulpmiddelen”; aankoop van apparatuur. De uitvoering van dit project zal de sleutelcompetenties van studenten vergroten, de ontwikkeling van de juiste attitudes en vaardigheden op de arbeidsmarkt mogelijk maken, en tegelijkertijd de ontwikkeling van een individuele benadering van elke student, met inbegrip van een student met speciale onderwijsbehoeften, en de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen die zorgen voor onderwijs van hoge kwaliteit door de school sterk bevorderen. Il progetto sarà attuato dal 01.09.2020 al 30.06.2021. Di conseguenza, gli studenti della Scuola Primaria di Miastkowo avranno l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze chiave e competenze universali necessarie sul mercato del lavoro. Saranno inoltre aumentate le competenze degli insegnanti impiegati nell'istituzione. L'obiettivo del progetto è sviluppare competenze chiave e competenze universali necessarie nel mercato del lavoro 120 studenti (70 ragazze e 50 ragazzi) della Scuola primaria di Miastkowo, nonché migliorare le qualifiche di 20 insegnanti tra l'1.9.2020 e il 30.6.2021. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione delle seguenti attività: — lezioni aggiuntive per bambini — lezioni vocali e strumentali, lezioni musicali e ritmiche, natura sperimentale e creativa, lezioni di lingua tedesca, lezioni di lingua inglese, accademia di memoria; — miglioramento degli insegnanti — Formazione "esperimento — insegnamento per scoperta" e "applicazioni Internet come strumenti di apprendimento"; — acquisto di attrezzature. La decisione di attuare il progetto è stata preceduta da un'ampia analisi delle esigenze dell'istituzione e della diagnosi dello stato attuale, quindi la sua attuazione è la più giustificata e risponde alle esigenze dell'istituzione e dei suoi studenti. L'ambito del progetto si basa su una diagnosi, approvata dall'ente scolastico il 25 novembre 2019. L'attuazione di questo progetto aumenterà le competenze chiave degli studenti, consentirà lo sviluppo delle giuste attitudini e competenze necessarie sul mercato del lavoro e, allo stesso tempo, promuoverà notevolmente lo sviluppo di un approccio individuale a ciascuno studente, compreso uno studente con esigenze educative speciali, e l'attuazione di nuove soluzioni che garantiscano servizi educativi di alta qualità forniti dalla scuola. Contribuirà allo sviluppo della creatività e delle competenze digitali degli studenti. Dotare la scuola di ausili didattici diversificherà in modo significativo le attività didattiche, renderà più facile e veloce l'assimilazione del materiale didattico. (Italian)
