Celem projektu jest stworzenie łatwo dostępnego systemu instytucji świadczących usługi wsparcia rodziny dla osób uprawnionych, a nie korzystających z istniejących form. W ramach Projektu na terenie 50 gmin województwa podlaskiego powstaną placówki wsparcia dziennego prowadzone w formie podwórkowej, oraz Zespół Interdyscyplinarny Projekty tj zespół ekspertów świadczących usługi doradcze, mediacyjne i terapeutyczne. Placówki działając na podstawie norm ust.o wspieraniu rodziny i pieczy zastępczej stworzą dogodne warunki do poprawnego rozwoju osobowości dzieci i młodzieży wspierając jednocześnie więzi rodzinne BO. Zajęcia oparte na Harcerskiej Metodzie Wychowawczej prowadzone w naturalnych miejscach przebywania młodzieży w odformalizowanej strukturze 10-15 osobowych grup oraz indywidualnie przez stosowanie aktywnych form wychowawczych, wspierających min. przedsiębiorczości i umiejętności społecznych, będą stanowiły istotny czynnik niwelujący negatywne skutki patologii środowiskowych. Jednocześnie dzięki deformalizacji struktur zwiększony zostanie dostęp rodziców do usług specjalistycznego doradztwa, a więzi rodziny zostaną wzmocnione. Realizacja wszystkich zadań projektu nie będzie powielała stereotypów, zagwarantuje równy dostęp każdemu BO, również os. niepełnosprawnym. The aim of the project is to create an easily accessible system of institutions providing family support services to eligible persons rather than using existing forms. Within the framework of the project, in 50 municipalities of Podlaskie voivodship, day support facilities run in the backyard form will be established, as well as an Interdisciplinary Projects Team, i.e. a team of experts providing advisory, mediation and therapeutic services. Institutions acting on the basis of the norms of support of the family and foster care will create favourable conditions for the correct development of the personality of children and young people supporting at the same time family ties BO. Classes based on the Scout Education Method conducted in natural places of youth stay in a deformalised structure of 10-15 people groups and individually through the use of active educational forms, supporting, among others, entrepreneurship and social skills, will be an important factor in eliminating the negative effects of environmental pathologies. At the same time, the deformisation of structures will increase parents’ access to specialist counselling services and strengthen family ties. L’objectif du projet est de créer un système facilement accessible d’institutions offrant des services de soutien familial aux personnes admissibles plutôt que d’utiliser les formulaires existants. Dans le cadre du projet, dans 50 municipalités de voïvodie de Podlaskie, des installations d’assistance journalière gérées sous la forme d’une cour arrière seront mises en place, ainsi qu’une équipe de projets interdisciplinaires, c’est-à-dire une équipe d’experts fournissant des services consultatifs, de médiation et thérapeutiques. Les institutions agissant sur la base des normes de soutien à la famille et de placement familial créeront des conditions favorables au bon développement de la personnalité des enfants et des jeunes qui soutiennent en même temps les liens familiaux BO. Les classes basées sur la méthode d’éducation scoute menées dans les lieux naturels de séjour des jeunes dans une structure déformalisée de 10 à 15 groupes de personnes et individuellement par l’utilisation de formes éducatives actives, soutenant, entre autres, l’esprit d’entreprise et les compétences sociales, seront un facteur important pour éliminer les effets négatifs des pathologies de l’environnement. Dans le même temps, la déformation des structures améliorera l’accès des parents aux services de conseil spécialisés et renforcera les liens familiaux. La mise en œuvre de toutes les tâches du projet ne fera pas double emploi avec les stéréotypes et garantira l’égalité d’accès à tous les organismes publics, y compris aux personnes handicapées. Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein leicht zugängliches System von Einrichtungen zu schaffen, die förderungsberechtigte Personen Familienunterstützung anbieten, anstatt bestehende Formulare zu verwenden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden in 50 Gemeinden der Woiwodschaft Podlaskie Tagesunterstützungseinrichtungen in der Hinterhofform sowie ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam eingerichtet, d. h. ein Expertenteam, das Beratung, Mediation und therapeutische Dienstleistungen anbietet. Institutionen, die auf der Grundlage der Normen der Unterstützung der Familie und der Pflegepflege handeln, werden günstige Bedingungen für die korrekte Entwicklung der Persönlichkeit von Kindern und Jugendlichen schaffen, die gleichzeitig die familiären Bindungen BO unterstützen. Kurse, die auf der Scout Education Methode basieren, die an natürlichen Orten des Jugendaufenthalts in einer deformalisierten Struktur von 10-15 Personengruppen durchgeführt wird, und individuell durch die Nutzung aktiver Bildungsformen, die unter anderem Unternehmertum und soziale Kompetenzen unterstützen, werden ein wichtiger Faktor für die Beseitigung der negativen Auswirkungen von Umweltpathologien sein. Gleichzeitig wird die Verformung der Strukturen den Zugang der Eltern zu spezialisierten Beratungsdiensten verbessern und die familiären Bindungen stärken. Bei der Durchführung aller Aufgaben des Projekts werden Stereotypen nicht dupliziert, so dass der gleichberechtigte Zugang zu allen Betriebsräten, einschließlich solcher mit Behinderungen, gewährleistet wird. Het doel van het project is een gemakkelijk toegankelijk systeem te creëren van instellingen die gezinsondersteunende diensten verlenen aan in aanmerking komende personen in plaats van gebruik te maken van bestaande formulieren. In het kader van het project zullen in 50 gemeenten van het woiwodschap Podlaskie dagondersteuningsfaciliteiten in de achtertuin worden opgezet, evenals een interdisciplinair projectteam, d.w.z. een team van deskundigen dat advies-, bemiddelings- en therapeutische diensten verleent. Instellingen die handelen op basis van de normen voor de ondersteuning van het gezin en pleegzorg zullen gunstige voorwaarden scheppen voor de juiste ontwikkeling van de persoonlijkheid van kinderen en jongeren die tegelijkertijd familiebanden BO ondersteunen. Lessen op basis van de Scout Education Method die in natuurlijke plaatsen van jongeren worden uitgevoerd in een gedeformaliseerde structuur van 10-15 personengroepen en individueel door het gebruik van actieve onderwijsvormen, waarbij onder meer ondernemerschap en sociale vaardigheden worden ondersteund, zullen een belangrijke factor zijn om de negatieve effecten van milieupathologieën te elimineren. Tegelijkertijd zal de misvorming van de structuren de toegang van ouders tot gespecialiseerde begeleidingsdiensten vergroten en de familiebanden versterken. De uitvoering van alle taken van het project zal niet leiden tot duplicatie van stereotypen en garandeert gelijke toegang tot alle BO’s, ook die met een handicap. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di creare un sistema facilmente accessibile di istituzioni che forniscano servizi di sostegno alle famiglie alle persone ammissibili piuttosto che utilizzare moduli esistenti. Nell'ambito del progetto, in 50 comuni del voivodato di Podlaskie, saranno istituite strutture di supporto diurno gestite sotto forma di cortile, nonché un team di progetti interdisciplinari, vale a dire un team di esperti che forniscono consulenza, mediazione e servizi terapeutici. Le istituzioni che agiscono sulla base delle norme di sostegno della famiglia e dell'affidamento creeranno condizioni favorevoli per il corretto sviluppo della personalità dei bambini e dei giovani che sostengono al tempo stesso i legami familiari BO. Le lezioni basate sul Metodo di Educazione Scout condotte in luoghi naturali di permanenza giovanile in una struttura deformalizzata di 10-15 gruppi di persone e individualmente attraverso l'uso di forme educative attive, sostenendo, tra l'altro, l'imprenditorialità e le competenze sociali, saranno un fattore importante per eliminare gli effetti negativi delle patologie ambientali. Allo stesso tempo, la deformazione delle strutture aumenterà l'accesso dei genitori ai servizi di consulenza specialistica e rafforzerà i legami familiari. L'attuazione di tutti i compiti del progetto non duplica gli stereotipi, garantendo la parità di accesso a tutti i responsabili, compresi quelli con disabilità.
