Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu dotyczy rozbudowy i przebudowy budynku remizy OSP znajdującej się we wsi Karwowo, na potrzeby utworzenia świetlicy wiejskiej funkcjonującej jako centrum aktywności lokalnej. Oprócz prac remontowych istniejącego budynku, projekt przewiduje także zakup wyposażenia budynku. Powstanie CAL jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby lokalnej społeczności zdiagnozowane i zaprezentowane w Gminnej Strategii Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych Gminy Stawiski na lata 2018 – 2020 oraz Planie Rozwoju Lokalnego Gminy Stawiski na lata 2015-2020.CAL w Karwowie będzie pierwszym centrum aktywności lokalnej utworzonym w gminie Stawiski. Wyremontowany budynek będzie służył jako miejsce spotkań kulturalno-społecznych lokalnej społeczności, a także jako miejsce odbywania się zajęć służących podniesieniu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu integracji społecznej oraz aktywizacji mieszkańców na obszarze LGD Kraina Mlekiem Płynąca. Grupą docelową jest społeczność lokalna zamieszkująca wieś Karwowo, a także mieszkańcy okolicznych miejscowości na terenie gminy Stawiski, w szczególności grupy defaworyzowane obszaru LGD Kraina Mlekiem Płynąca – osoby bezrobotne poniżej 35 roku życia, osoby bezrobotne powyżej 50 roku życia oraz osoby niepełnosprawne. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej mieszkańców gminy Stawiski, w tym grup defaworyzowanych, poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do infrastruktury społecznej – utworzenie świetlicy wiejskiej we wsi Karwowo funkcjonującej jako centrum aktywności lokalnej. The implementation of this project concerns the extension and reconstruction of the building of the TSO’s firehouse located in the village of Karwowo, in order to establish a rural community centre serving as a centre of local activity. In addition to the renovation works of the existing building, the project also foresees the purchase of building equipment. The creation of the CAL is a response to the needs of the local community diagnosed and presented in the Municipal Strategy for solving Social Problems of the Municipality Stawiski for the years 2018-2020 and the Local Development Plan of Stawiski Municipality for the years 2015-2020.CAL in Karwów will be the first center of local activity created in the municipality of Stawiski. The renovated building will serve as a place for cultural and social meetings of the local community, as well as as a place for activities aimed at increasing socio-professional activation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the increase of social integration and the activation of residents in the area of LAG Land of Floating Milk. The target group is the local community living in the village of Karwowo, as well as the inhabitants of the surrounding villages in the Stawiski commune, in particular disadvantaged groups of the LAG Land of Milk Floating – unemployed persons under 35 years of age, unemployed persons over 50 years of age and persons with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to improve the socio-professional activation of residents of the municipality of Stawiski, including disadvantaged groups, by increasing access to social infrastructure – the creation of a community centre in Karwowo, which is a centre of local activity. La mise en œuvre de ce projet concerne l’extension et la reconstruction de la construction de la caserne de pompiers du GRT située dans le village de Karwowo, afin d’établir un centre communautaire rural servant de centre d’activités locales. Outre les travaux de rénovation du bâtiment existant, le projet prévoit également l’achat d’équipements de construction. La création de la CAL est une réponse aux besoins de la communauté locale diagnostiquée et présentée dans la stratégie municipale de résolution des problèmes sociaux de la municipalité de Stawiski pour les années 2018-2020 et le plan de développement local de la municipalité de Stawiski pour les années 2015-2020.CAL à Karwów sera le premier centre d’activité locale créé dans la municipalité de Stawiski. Le bâtiment rénové servira de lieu de rencontre culturelle et sociale de la communauté locale, ainsi qu’un lieu d’activités visant à accroître l’activation socioprofessionnelle. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à l’accroissement de l’intégration sociale et à l’activation des résidents dans la zone du LAG Land of Floating Milk. Le groupe cible est la communauté locale vivant dans le village de Karwowo, ainsi que les habitants des villages environnants de la commune de Stawiski, en particulier les groupes défavorisés du LAG Land of Milk Floating — les chômeurs de moins de 35 ans, les chômeurs de plus de 50 ans et les personnes handicapées. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’activation socioprofessionnelle des habitants de la municipalité de Stawiski, y compris les groupes défavorisés, en améliorant l’accès aux infrastructures sociales — la création d’un centre communautaire à Karwowo, qui est un centre d’activités locales. Die Durchführung dieses Projekts betrifft die Erweiterung und den Wiederaufbau des Feuerwerks der ÜNB im Dorf Karwowo, um ein ländliches Gemeindezentrum zu errichten, das als Zentrum lokaler Aktivitäten dient. Neben den Renovierungsarbeiten des bestehenden Gebäudes sieht das Projekt auch den Kauf von Baumaschinen vor. Die Schaffung des CAL ist eine Antwort auf die Bedürfnisse der lokalen Gemeinde diagnostiziert und in der kommunalen Strategie zur Lösung sozialer Probleme der Gemeinde Stawiski für die Jahre 2018-2020 und dem lokalen Entwicklungsplan der Gemeinde Stawiski für die Jahre 2015-2020 vorgestellt.CAL in Karwów wird das erste Zentrum der lokalen Aktivität in der Gemeinde Stawiski geschaffen. Das renovierte Gebäude dient als Ort für kulturelle und soziale Treffen der lokalen Gemeinschaft sowie als Ort für Aktivitäten zur Steigerung der sozioökonomischen Aktivierung. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird zur Stärkung der sozialen Integration und zur Aktivierung von Bewohnern im Bereich des LAG-Landes Floating Milk beitragen. Zielgruppe sind die im Dorf Karwowo lebende Ortsgemeinde sowie die Bewohner der umliegenden Dörfer der Gemeinde Stawiski, insbesondere benachteiligte Gruppen des LAG-Landes Milchfloating – Arbeitslose unter 35 Jahren, Arbeitslose über 50 Jahre und Menschen mit Behinderungen. De uitvoering van dit project betreft de uitbreiding en wederopbouw van de bouw van de kazerne van de TSB in het dorp Karwowo, met het oog op de oprichting van een plattelandsgemeenschapscentrum dat als centrum van lokale activiteiten fungeert. Naast de renovatiewerkzaamheden van het bestaande gebouw voorziet het project ook in de aankoop van bouwmaterieel. De oprichting van de CAL is een antwoord op de behoeften van de lokale gemeenschap gediagnosticeerd en gepresenteerd in de gemeentelijke strategie voor het oplossen van sociale problemen van de gemeente Stawiski voor de jaren 2018-2020 en het lokale ontwikkelingsplan van de gemeente Stawiski voor de jaren 2015-2020.CAL in Karwów zal het eerste centrum van lokale activiteiten in de gemeente Stawiski zijn. Het gerenoveerde gebouw zal dienen als een plek voor culturele en sociale bijeenkomsten van de lokale gemeenschap, evenals als een plek voor activiteiten gericht op het vergroten van sociaal-professionele activering. L'attuazione di questo progetto riguarda l'ampliamento e la ricostruzione della costruzione della caserma dei vigili del fuoco del TSO situata nel villaggio di Karwowo, al fine di creare un centro di comunità rurali che funga da centro di attività locale. Oltre ai lavori di ristrutturazione dell'edificio esistente, il progetto prevede anche l'acquisto di attrezzature per l'edilizia. La creazione del CAL è una risposta alle esigenze della comunità locale diagnosticate e presentate nella strategia comunale per risolvere i problemi sociali del comune di Stawiski per gli anni 2018-2020 e il piano di sviluppo locale del comune di Stawiski per gli anni 2015-2020.CAL a Karwów sarà il primo centro di attività locale creato nel comune di Stawiski. L'edificio ristrutturato servirà da luogo di incontro culturale e sociale della comunità locale, nonché luogo di attività volte ad aumentare l'attivazione socio-professionale. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà all'aumento dell'integrazione sociale e all'attivazione dei residenti nella zona del GAL Land of Floating Milk.
