Inwestycja obejmuje budowę światłowodowej sieci szerokopasmowej w standardzie NGA przy wykorzystaniu technologi PON dla gospodarstw domowych oraz jednostek publicznych z obszaru świętokrzyskiego część C. W ramach projektu wybudowanych zostanie 38 "podsieci" światłowodowych, skoncentrowanych wokół tożsamej liczby węzłów dostępowych z koncentratorami OLT. Istotą projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zaoferowanie usług hurtowych świadczonych przy wykorzystaniu wybudowanej infrastruktury dostępowej. The investment includes the construction of a fibre-optic broadband network in the NGA standard using PON technologies for households and public units from the Świętokrzyskie area part C. The project will build 38 fiber optic “subnets”, concentrated around the same number of access nodes with OLT hubs. The essence of the project is to eliminate territorial differences in high-speed broadband Internet access opportunities by offering wholesale services provided using built-in access infrastructure. L’investissement comprend la construction d’un réseau à haut débit à fibre optique dans la norme NGA utilisant les technologies PON pour les ménages et les unités publiques de la partie C de la zone Świętokrzyskie. Le projet permettra de construire 38 «sous-réseaux» à fibre optique, concentrés autour du même nombre de nœuds d’accès avec des hubs OLT. Le projet vise essentiellement à éliminer les différences territoriales dans les possibilités d’accès Internet à haut débit en offrant des services de gros fournis à l’aide d’une infrastructure d’accès intégré. Die Investition umfasst den Bau eines Glasfaser-Breitbandnetzes im NGA-Standard unter Verwendung von PON-Technologien für Haushalte und öffentliche Einheiten aus dem Gebiet Świętokrzyskie Teil C. Das Projekt wird 38 Glasfaser-„Subnetze“ bauen, die sich auf die gleiche Anzahl von Zugangsknoten wie OLT-Hubs konzentrieren. Der Kern des Projekts besteht darin, territoriale Unterschiede bei den Möglichkeiten des Hochgeschwindigkeits-Breitband-Internetzugangs durch die Bereitstellung von Vorleistungsdiensten mit integrierter Zugangsinfrastruktur zu beseitigen. De investering omvat de bouw van een glasvezelbreedbandnetwerk in de NGA-norm, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van PON-technologieën voor huishoudens en openbare eenheden uit deel C van het gebied Świętokrzyskie. Het project zal 38 glasvezel „subnetten” bouwen, geconcentreerd rond hetzelfde aantal toegangsknooppunten met OLT-hubs. De essentie van het project is het wegwerken van territoriale verschillen in de mogelijkheden voor snelle toegang tot breedbandinternet door wholesalediensten aan te bieden die worden geleverd met behulp van ingebouwde toegangsinfrastructuur. L'investimento comprende la costruzione di una rete a banda larga in fibra ottica nello standard NGA che utilizza tecnologie PON per le famiglie e le unità pubbliche dell'area di Świętokrzyskie, parte C. Il progetto costruirà 38 "subnet" in fibra ottica, concentrate intorno allo stesso numero di nodi di accesso con hub OLT. L'essenza del progetto è eliminare le differenze territoriali nelle opportunità di accesso a Internet a banda larga ad alta velocità offrendo servizi all'ingrosso forniti utilizzando infrastrutture di accesso integrate.
