Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakupienie usług doradczych, w szczególności projektowania wzorniczego, mających na celu opracowanie innowacyjnych modułowych akcesoriów przeznaczonych do mocowania, przenoszenia i ładowania wielofunkcyjnych urządzeń mobilnych. Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie wynikające z przeprowadzonej diagnozy obejmą realizację usług doradczych w podziale na następujące etapy: -syntezę i analizę wzoru -opracowanie koncepcji i jej walidację -wykonanie projektu podstawowego -dostarczenie projektu wykonawczego -budowę prototypu -walidację serii prototypowej -doskonalenie (parametryzacja i optymalizacja) i dokumentowanie -zlecenie wykonania form odlewniczych Czas trwania projektu: 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 Wnioskodawca planuje wdrożyć rezultaty projektu do własnej działalności wprowadzając nową gamę produktów do oferty. Proces produkcyjny będzie, jak dotychczas, realizowany za pośrednictwem sprawdzonych podwykonawców. Prezentowany model biznesowy jest od lat z powodzeniem praktykowany przez firmę Unito. Na podstawie dostarczonych przez firmę Unito wzorników stanowiących rezultat niniejszego projektu, podwykonawcy będą wykonywać elementy produktu, które zostaną wyposażone w elementy służące do pozyskiwania, magazynowania i przekazywania energii. The subject of the project will be the purchase of advisory services, in particular design design, aimed at developing innovative modular accessories for the attachment, handling and charging of multifunctional mobile devices. The tasks planned in the project resulting from the diagnosis will include the implementation of advisory services, broken down into the following stages: —synthesis and analysis of the design – concept development and validation – execution of the basic project – delivery of the executive design – construction of the prototype – Validation of the prototype series -improvement (parameterisation and optimisation) and documentation – Order for casting moulds Duration of the project: 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 The applicant plans to implement the results of the project into its own business by introducing a new range of products to the offer. The production process will be carried out, so far, through verified subcontractors. The presented business model has been successfully practiced by Unito for years. On the basis of the templates provided by Unito as a result of this project, the subcontractors will perform the elements of the product that will be equipped with elements for the acquisition, storage and transfer of energy. Le projet aura pour objet l’achat de services de conseil, notamment de conception, visant à développer des accessoires modulaires innovants pour la fixation, la manutention et la recharge des appareils mobiles multifonctionnels. Les tâches prévues dans le projet résultant du diagnostic comprendront la mise en œuvre de services consultatifs, répartis en étapes: synthèse et analyse de la conception — développement et validation du concept — exécution du projet de base — livraison de la conception exécutive — construction du prototype — Validation de la série prototype — amélioration (paramétrisation et optimisation) et documentation — Commande de moules coulées Durée du projet: 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 La requérante envisage de mettre en œuvre les résultats du projet dans ses propres activités en introduisant une nouvelle gamme de produits à l’offre. Le processus de production sera réalisé, jusqu’à présent, par l’intermédiaire de sous-traitants vérifiés. Le modèle d’entreprise présenté a été mis en pratique avec succès par Unito depuis des années. Juli 2015 über die finanzielle Unterstützung der polnischen Agentur für Unternehmensentwicklung im Rahmen des operationellen Programms „Intelligentes Wachstum“ 2014-2020. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb von Beratungsleistungen, insbesondere Design-Designs, mit dem Ziel, innovative modulare Zubehörteile für die Befestigung, Handhabung und Aufladung multifunktionaler mobiler Geräte zu entwickeln. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Aufgaben, die sich aus der Diagnose ergeben, umfassen die Durchführung von Beratungsdiensten, die in folgende Phasen unterteilt sind: —Synthese und Analyse des Designs – Konzeptentwicklung und Validierung – Durchführung des Basisprojekts – Lieferung des Executive Designs – Bau des Prototyps – Validierung der Prototypenserie – Verbesserung (Parameterisierung und Optimierung) und Dokumentation – Auftrag für Gießformen Dauer des Projekts: 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 Der Antragsteller plant, die Ergebnisse des Projekts durch die Einführung einer neuen Produktpalette in ihr eigenes Geschäft umzusetzen. Der Produktionsprozess wird bisher durch geprüfte Subunternehmer durchgeführt. Das vorgestellte Geschäftsmodell wird von Unito seit Jahren erfolgreich praktiziert.
