Projekt "Gminne Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Resku" ma na celu przeprowadzenie kompleksowych usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, zawodowym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym, mających za zadanie przywrócenie na rynek pracy oraz do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym 96 mieszkańców i mieszkanek Gminy Resko zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym do 31.10.2020 r. 18 osób w dwóch edycjach po 18 miesięcy (łącznie 36 osób) zostanie objętych kompleksowym programem aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej przez CIS "Od Nowa", z których m.in. 22% podejmie zatrudnienie na otwartym rynku pracy. Wsparcie zgodne z regulaminem konkursu oraz ustawą o zatrudnieniu socjalnym. Pozostałe 60 osób skorzysta z usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym dobranych indywidualnie dla każdego. Dla uczestników projektu zaplanowano zajęcia grupowe m.in. warsztaty kulinarne na bazie produktów z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa, doradztwo z kompetencji cyfrowych czy naukę drobnych prac domowych. Zaplanowano również poradnictwo indywidualne z psychologiem, mediatorem czy doradcą zawodowym. Dodatkowo w ramach GCAL będą funkcjonowały Centrum Wolontariatu, Klub Gier Planszowych czy Bank Czasu, które będą wspierały środowisko osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Projekt skierowany do mieszkańców Gminy Resko spełniających warunki określone w dokumentacji konkursowej nr RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. W ramach kosztów pośrednich zostanie sfinansowane zarządzanie projektem, promocja i monitoring. Wkład własny zapewni Partner- świadczenia integracyjne z FP dla uczestników CIS. Realizacja projektu "Gminne Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Resku" przyczyni sie do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj. aktywnej integracji osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym zwiększając ich zatrudnienie. The project “Communal Centre for Local Activity in Resk” aims at providing comprehensive active inclusion services of a social, professional, educational and health nature, aimed at restoring to the labour market and to fully participate in the social life of 96 residents and residents of the Resko commune at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion by 31.10.2020 18 people in two editions after 18 months (total 36 people) will be included in a comprehensive programme of social and occupational activation. 22 % will take up employment in the open labour market. Support in accordance with the rules of the competition and the Social Employment Act. The remaining 60 people will benefit from active inclusion services of a social, educational and health nature chosen individually for each. For participants of the project, group classes were planned, among others, cooking workshops based on products from the PO Food Aid, consulting from digital competences or learning small household chores. Individual counseling with a psychologist, mediator or professional advisor was also planned. In addition, the Gcal will include the Volunteer Centre, the Board Game Club or the Time Bank, which will support the environment of people at risk of social exclusion. As part of indirect costs, project management, promotion and monitoring will be financed. The own contribution will be provided by the Partner- Integration services with FP for CIS participants. Le projet «Centre commun pour l’activité locale à Resku» vise à fournir des services complets d’inclusion active de nature sociale, professionnelle, éducative et sanitaire, dans le but de rétablir le marché du travail et de participer pleinement à la société 96 habitants et résidents de la municipalité de Resko exposés au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale d’ici au 31.10.2020. 18 personnes en deux éditions après 18 mois (soit un total de 36 personnes) seront couvertes par un programme complet d’activation socio-professionnelle du CIS «Od Nowa», parmi eux. 22 % occuperont un emploi sur le marché du travail ouvert. Soutien conformément aux règles de concurrence et à la loi sur l’emploi social. Les 60 autres personnes bénéficieront de services d’inclusion active de nature sociale, éducative et sanitaire, choisis individuellement pour chacun d’entre eux. Des cours de groupe sont prévus pour les participants au projet, tels que des ateliers culinaires basés sur les produits du PO Aide alimentaire, des conseils sur les compétences numériques ou l’apprentissage de petits devoirs. Des conseils individuels sont également prévus auprès d’un psychologue, d’un médiateur ou d’un conseiller professionnel. En outre, le Centre des bénévoles, le Club des Jeux de conseil d’administration ou la Banque de temps fonctionneront au sein de Gcal, qui appuiera l’environnement des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale. Projet adressé aux résidents de la municipalité de Resko remplissant les conditions énoncées dans le dossier de concours no RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. Les coûts indirects financeront la gestion, la promotion et le suivi des projets. La contribution propre sera fournie par le partenaire — les avantages de l’intégration du programme-cadre pour les participants de la CEI. La mise en œuvre du projet «Centre commun d’activités locales en remplacement» contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du ROP WZ 2014-2020, à savoir l’inclusion active des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, en augmentant leur emploi. Das Projekt „Communal Centre for Local Activity in Resku“ zielt darauf ab, bis zum 31.10.2020 umfassende aktive Eingliederungsleistungen sozialer, beruflicher, pädagogischer und gesundheitlicher Art anzubieten, um den Arbeitsmarkt wiederherzustellen und 96 Einwohner und Einwohner der Gemeinde Resko, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, bis zum 31.10.2020 wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. 18 Personen in zwei Ausgaben nach 18 Monaten (insgesamt 36 Personen) werden von CIS „Od Nowa“ durch ein umfassendes sozioökonomisches Aktivierungsprogramm abgedeckt. 22 % werden auf dem offenen Arbeitsmarkt eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen. Unterstützung im Einklang mit den Wettbewerbsregeln und dem Sozialversicherungsgesetz. Die verbleibenden 60 Personen werden von aktiven Eingliederungsdiensten sozialer, bildungspolitischer und gesundheitlicher Art profitieren, die individuell für jede Person ausgewählt werden. Gruppenkurse sind für die Projektteilnehmer geplant, wie z. B. kulinarische Workshops auf der Grundlage von Produkten von OP Food Aid, Beratung zu digitalen Kompetenzen oder kleine Hausaufgaben. Eine individuelle Beratung bei einem Psychologen, Mediator oder Berufsberater ist ebenfalls geplant. Darüber hinaus werden das Volunteer Centre, der Board Games Club oder die Bank of Time innerhalb von Gcal tätig sein, das das Umfeld von Menschen unterstützt, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Projekt an Einwohner der Gemeinde Resko, die die Bedingungen der Wettbewerbsdokumentation Nr. RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16 erfüllen. Indirekte Kosten dienen der Finanzierung von Projektmanagement, -förderung und -überwachung. Eigenbeitrag wird vom Partner-Integrationsnutzen aus dem RP für CIS-Teilnehmer bereitgestellt. Die Durchführung des Projekts „Communal Centre for Local Activity in resk“ wird zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels des ROP WZ 2014-2020 beitragen, d. h. die aktive Eingliederung von von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen, wodurch ihre Beschäftigung erhöht wird. Het project „Communal Centre for Local Activity in Resku” heeft tot doel omvattende actieve inclusiediensten van sociale, professionele, onderwijs- en gezondheidskarakter te bieden, met als doel het herstel van de arbeidsmarkt en de volledige participatie in de samenleving 96 inwoners en inwoners van de gemeente Resko die het risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting tegen 31.10.2020. 18 personen in twee edities na 18 maanden (in totaal 36 personen) zullen onder een uitgebreid sociaal-beroepsactiveringsprogramma van het CIS „Od Nowa” vallen. 22 % zal werk gaan doen op de open arbeidsmarkt. Steun in overeenstemming met de mededingingsregels en de Wet op de sociale werkgelegenheid. De resterende 60 personen zullen profiteren van actieve inclusiediensten van sociale, educatieve en gezondheidskarakter die individueel voor elk van hen worden gekozen. Groepslessen zijn gepland voor de deelnemers aan het project, zoals culinaire workshops op basis van producten van het OP Voedselhulp, advies over digitale competenties of het leren van klein huiswerk. Individuele begeleiding met een psycholoog, bemiddelaar of loopbaanadviseur is ook gepland. Daarnaast zal het Vrijwilligerscentrum, de Board Games Club of de Bank of Time actief zijn binnen Gcal, dat de omgeving van mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting, zal ondersteunen. Project gericht aan inwoners van de gemeente Resko die voldoen aan de voorwaarden die zijn uiteengezet in de documentatie inzake mededinging RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. Indirecte kosten zullen projectbeheer, promotie en monitoring financieren. De eigen bijdrage zal worden verstrekt door de partner-integratie profiteert van het KP voor CIS-deelnemers. De uitvoering van het project „Communal Centre for Local Activity in resk” zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van het ROP WZ 2014-2020, namelijk de actieve inclusie van mensen die risico lopen op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting, waardoor hun werkgelegenheid toeneemt. Il progetto "Centro comune per l'attività locale a Resku" mira a fornire servizi completi di inclusione attiva a carattere sociale, professionale, educativo e sanitario, con l'obiettivo di ripristinare il mercato del lavoro e la piena partecipazione alla società 96 abitanti e residenti del comune di Resko a rischio di povertà e/o esclusione sociale entro il 31.10.2020. 18 persone in due edizioni dopo 18 mesi (per un totale di 36 persone) saranno coperte da un programma di attivazione socio-professionale completo da parte del CIS "Od Nowa", tra cui. Il 22 % apprenderà l'occupazione nel mercato del lavoro aperto. Sostegno in conformità delle regole della concorrenza e della legge sull'occupazione sociale. Le restanti 60 persone beneficeranno di servizi di inclusione attiva di natura sociale, educativa e sanitaria scelti individualmente per ciascuno. Sono previste lezioni di gruppo per i partecipanti al progetto, come workshop culinari basati su prodotti del PO Food Aid, consulenza sulle competenze digitali o apprendimento di piccoli compiti. È inoltre prevista una consulenza individuale con uno psicologo, un mediatore o un consulente di carriera. Inoltre, il Centro Volontariato, il Board Games Club o la Banca del Tempo opereranno all'interno di Gcal, che sosterrà l'ambiente delle persone a rischio di esclusione sociale. Progetto destinato ai residenti del comune di Resko che soddisfa le condizioni stabilite nella documentazione del concorso n. RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. I costi indiretti finanzieranno la gestione, la promozione e il monitoraggio dei progetti. Il contributo proprio sarà fornito dai vantaggi del programma quadro per l'integrazione dei partner per i partecipanti alla CIS. L'attuazione del progetto "Centro comune per l'attività locale su richiesta" contribuirà al conseguimento dell'obiettivo specifico del POR WZ 2014-2020, vale a dire l'inclusione attiva delle persone a rischio di povertà e/o di esclusione sociale, aumentandone l'occupazione.
