POWIAT ŚWIDWIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ŚWIDWINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie świdwińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 70 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby pozostające bez pracy w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz nisko wykwalifikowane), dla których, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, określono pierwszy lub drugi profil pomocy. Uczestnikom projektu zapewnione zostanie kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, podnoszenia lub uzupełniania kwalifikacji zawodowych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy( tj. szkolenia, staże, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy). The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 30 and more who are in particular difficulties on the labour market in the county of Świdwin. The main result of the project will be the employment of 70 persons registered in the County Labour Office. The project will support people who are unemployed over the age of 30 or more who are in particularly difficult labour market situations (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom a first or second profile of aid has been identified in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be provided with comprehensive and individual job intermediation in terms of the selection of a profession in accordance with the qualifications of a supported person or career guidance on career development planning, upgrading or complementing professional qualifications. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (i.e. training, traineeships, one-off measures for starting a business, refunds of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of a job). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans et davantage dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail dans le district de Świdwiń. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 70 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district. Le projet soutiendra les chômeurs de plus de 30 ans qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail (c’est-à-dire les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes peu qualifiées), pour lesquelles un premier ou un deuxième profil d’aide a été défini conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et aux institutions du marché du travail. Les participants au projet recevront des stages complets et individuels pour la sélection d’une profession conforme aux qualifications de la personne bénéficiant de l’aide ou l’orientation professionnelle pour la planification de carrière, la mise à niveau ou le complément de qualifications professionnelles. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, le Bureau du travail de Poviat mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail (c’est-à-dire la formation, les stages, les fonds ponctuels pour la création d’entreprises, le remboursement des coûts d’équipement ou la modernisation du lieu de travail). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen über 30 Jahre und mehr in einer besonders gefährdeten Arbeitsmarktsituation im Bezirk Świdwiń zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 70 Personen sein, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt registriert sind. Mit dem Projekt werden Menschen unterstützt, die über 30 Jahre alt sind und darüber in einer besonders schutzbedürftigen Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt sind (d. h. Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose und Geringqualifizierte), für die gemäß dem Beschäftigungsförderungsgesetz und den Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen ein erstes oder zweites Unterstützungsprofil festgelegt wurde. Den Projektteilnehmern werden umfassende und individuelle Stellenvermittlungen zur Auswahl eines Berufs angeboten, die mit den Qualifikationen der unterstützten Person oder der Berufsberatung für die Planung, Verbesserung oder Ergänzung der Berufsqualifikationen übereinstimmen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Arbeitsamt Poviat entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen (z. B. Ausbildung, Praktika, einmalige Mittel für Unternehmensgründungen, Erstattung von Ausrüstungskosten oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes) durchführen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen ouder dan 30 jaar en meer in een bijzonder kwetsbare arbeidsmarktsituatie in het district Świdwiń. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 70 personen die zijn ingeschreven in het District Labour Office. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen die werkloos zijn boven de 30 jaar en ouder in een bijzonder kwetsbare situatie op de arbeidsmarkt (d.w.z. mensen van 50 jaar en ouder, vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen en laaggeschoolden), voor wie een eerste of tweede bijstandsprofiel is vastgesteld overeenkomstig de Wet ter bevordering van de werkgelegenheid en de arbeidsmarktinstellingen. De deelnemers aan het project krijgen uitgebreide en individuele arbeidsbemiddelingen voor de selectie van een beroep in overeenstemming met de kwalificaties van de ondersteunde persoon of loopbaanbegeleiding voor loopbaanontwikkelingsplanning, verbetering of aanvulling van beroepskwalificaties. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal het arbeidsbureau van Poviat naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt (d.w.z. opleiding, stages, eenmalige fondsen voor startende ondernemingen, vergoeding van kosten voor apparatuur of aanpassing van de werkplek). L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 30 anni e di più in una situazione particolarmente vulnerabile del mercato del lavoro nel distretto di Świdwiń. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 70 persone registrate presso l'Ufficio del lavoro distrettuale. Il progetto sosterrà le persone disoccupate di età superiore ai 30 anni in una situazione particolarmente vulnerabile sul mercato del lavoro (vale a dire persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni, donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata e scarsamente qualificati), per le quali è stato definito un primo o secondo profilo di assistenza conformemente alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e alle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Ai partecipanti al progetto saranno forniti collocamenti di lavoro completi e individuali per la selezione di una professione coerente con le qualifiche della persona beneficiaria o con l'orientamento professionale ai fini della pianificazione, dell'aggiornamento o dell'integrazione delle qualifiche professionali. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'Ufficio del lavoro di Poviat effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro (formazione, tirocinio, fondi una tantum per la creazione di imprese, rimborso dei costi delle attrezzature o adeguamento del luogo di lavoro).
