Projekt zostanie zrealizowany na obszarze Gminy Olecko działki: nr 50/5, 49/2, 132/3, 146/1, 275/5, 276, 277, 887, 403/6, 1258/2, 472/41, 3234/1, 3119/3. Własność uregulowana. Na obszarze projektu wytypowano 56 chronionych gatunków. Tereny są częściowo położone na obszarze podlegającym ochronie: (Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu Jezior Oleckich). Zakres inwestycji: zagospodarowanie 9 obszarów na terenie miasta Olecko (łączna powierzchnia projektowanego obszaru 6,17 ha, z czego 5,68 ha stanowi teren pokryty zielenią lub wodami tj. 92,11%), w tym: - Skwer przy ul. Młynowej w Olecku - Staw przy ul. Orzeszkowej/Żeromskiego w Olecku - Staw na osiedlu Siejnik - Otoczenie przy Stacji Paliw na Osiedlu Siejnik - Skarpa wzdłuż „Wiewiórczej ścieżki” do plaży miejskiej „Skocznia” - Obszar między boiskiem treningowym a stadionem miejskim w Olecku na terenie MOSiR - Teren przy szosie do Krupina - Staw kolejowy przy ul. Wojska Polskiego w Olecku - Teren przy Alei 450-lecia Olecka. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną 4 ścieżki edukacyjne, cały obszar terenów rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowych przystosowany będzie do ruchu osób niepełnosprawnych. Obszary zielone położone na terenie parku MOSIR będą monitorowane przez 2 kamery. Szczegółowy opis zawarto w załączniku nr 10. Zaplanowano realizację kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnej oraz oznaczenie miejsc realizacji tablicami edukacyjnymi i pamiątkowymi. Projekt wpisuje się w SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez zmniejszenie presji na gatunki i siedliska występujące w dorzeczu Legi poprzez właściwe ukierunkowanie ruchu turystycznego oraz zwiększenie różnorodności fauny i flory. Scope of investments: development of 9 areas in the city of Olecko (total area of 6.17 ha, of which 5.68 ha is an area covered with greenery or water, i.e. 92,11 %), of which: — The square on the street. Młynowa in Olecko – Staw on ul. Orzeszkowa/Żeromskiego in Olecek – Pond on the Siejnik estate – Surrounding at the Fuel Station on the Siejnik estate – Skarpa along the “squirrel path” to the town beach “Skocznia” – The area between the training field and the city stadium in Oleck on the MOSiR – Teren by the road to Krupin – railway pond at ul. The Polish Army in Oleck – the area on the 450th anniversary of Olecka Avenue. As a result of the project, 4 educational paths will be created, the entire area of recreation and leisure areas will be adapted to the movement of people with disabilities. Green areas within the MOSIR Park will be monitored by 2 cameras. A detailed description is given in Annex 10. An information and educational campaign is planned and the places of implementation with educational and commemorative plaques are planned. Portée de l’investissement: développement de 9 zones dans la ville d’Olecko (superficie totale de la superficie projetée de 6,17 ha, dont 5,68 ha sont couverts par la verdure ou l’eau, i.e. 92,11 %), dont: — Carré à ul. Młynowa à oleck — étang à ul. Orzeszkowa/eromski in oleck — Pond sur le domaine de Siejnik — Entourage de la station-service à Siejnik — Skarpa le long du «chemin de Wiewiórcza» à la plage de la ville «Skocznia» — La zone entre le terrain d’entraînement et le stade municipal à oleck sur le territoire de MOSiR — La zone sur la route de Krupin — étang ferroviaire à ul. Armée polonaise à oleck — Zone sur le 450e anniversaire de l’avenue oleck. Grâce à ce projet, 4 parcours éducatifs seront créés, l’ensemble des espaces récréatifs et récréatifs seront adaptés au mouvement des personnes handicapées. Umfang der Investitionen: Entwicklung von 9 Gebieten in der Stadt Olecko (Gesamtfläche der projizierten Fläche von 6,17 ha, davon 5,68 ha mit Grün oder Wasser bedeckt, d. h. 92,11 %), davon: — Platz bei ul. Młynowa in oleck – Teich in ul. Orzeszkowa/Żeromski in oleck – Teich auf dem Gut Siejnik – Umgebung an der Tankstelle Siejnik – Skarpa entlang des Wiewiórcza Pfades zum Stadtstrand „Skocznia“ – Das Gebiet zwischen dem Ausbildungsplatz und dem Stadtstadion in Oleck auf dem Territorium von MOSiR – Das Gebiet auf der Straße nach Krupin – Eisenbahnteich bei ul. Polnische Armee in oleck – Area on the 450th Anniversary of oleck Avenue. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 4 Bildungswege geschaffen, das gesamte Gebiet der Erholungs- und Erholungsgebiete an die Bewegung von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst. Die Grünflächen im MOSIR-Park werden mit 2 Kameras überwacht. Anhang 10 enthält eine ausführliche Beschreibung. Toepassingsgebied van de investeringen: ontwikkeling van 9 gebieden in de stad Olecko (totale oppervlakte van 6,17 ha, waarvan 5,68 ha is bedekt met groen of water, d.w.z. 92,11 %), waarvan: Vierkant bij ul. Młynowa in oleck — Vijver bij ul. Orzeszkowa/Șeromski in oleck — Vijver op het landgoed Siejnik — Omgeving bij het tankstation van Siejnik — Skarpa langs de „Wiewiórcza pad” naar het stadsstrand „Skocznia” — Het gebied tussen het trainingsveld en het gemeentelijke stadion in oleck op het grondgebied van MOSiR — Het gebied op de weg naar Krupin — spoorwegvijver bij ul. Portata dell'investimento: sviluppo di 9 aree nella città di Olecko (superficie totale dell'area prevista di 6,17 ha, di cui 5,68 ettari sono coperti da vegetazione o acqua, vale a dire 92,11 %), di cui: Al quadrato all'ul. Młynowa in Olek — Stagno a ul. Orzeszkowa/Żeromski in oleck — Stagno nella tenuta di Siejnik — Dintorni alla stazione del carburante a Siejnik — Skarpa lungo il "via Wiewiórcza" fino alla spiaggia della città "Skocznia" — L'area tra il campo di allenamento e lo stadio comunale in oleck sul territorio di MOSiR — L'area sulla strada per Krupin — stagno ferroviario a ul. Come risultato del progetto, saranno creati 4 percorsi educativi, l'intera area di ricreazione e ricreazione sarà adattata al movimento delle persone con disabilità.
