Se plantea por parte de la propiedad la reparación de las fachadas del edificio debido a que durante los últimos años han aparecido en diversas estancias de la mayor parte de las viviendas del edificio humedades importantes de condensación derivadas de un insuficiente aislamiento térmico de la fachada y de un inexistente tratamiento de los puentes térmicos en puntos singulares del edificio como son los pilares y los frentes de forjados. Además de esto, en los últimos meses se han producido desprendimientos puntuales del material de revestimiento existente en la fachada._x000D_ El presente proyecto tiene por objeto proceder a la instalación de un sistema de aislamiento térmico por el exterior (SATE) en las fachadas existentes en los inmuebles de viviendas sitos en la calle Ibaibide 16-18 de Getxo, Bizkaia. En el proyecto se detallan los trabajos a realizar desde el punto de vista técnico, constructivo y normativo. (Spanish)

Es wird von der Immobilie die Reparatur der Fassaden des Gebäudes vorgeschlagen, weil in den letzten Jahren in verschiedenen Räumen der meisten Häuser des Gebäudes wichtige Kondensationsfeuchtigkeiten aus unzureichender Wärmedämmung der Fassade und einer nicht existierenden Behandlung von Wärmebrücken an einzelnen Stellen des Gebäudes wie den Säulen und Schmiedefronten erschienen sind. Darüber hinaus gab es in den letzten Monaten spezifische Abtrennungen des vorhandenen Verkleidungsmaterials an der Fassade._x000D_ Der Zweck dieses Projekts ist die Installation eines Außenwärmedämmsystems (SATE) an den bestehenden Fassaden in Wohngebäuden der 16-18 Ibaibide Street in Getxo, Bizkaia. È proposta dalla proprietà la riparazione delle facciate dell'edificio perché negli ultimi anni sono apparse in vari ambienti della maggior parte delle case dell'edificio importanti umidità di condensa derivate da insufficiente isolamento termico della facciata e da un trattamento inesistente di ponti termici in punti singolari dell'edificio come i pilastri e i fronti di forgiatura. Inoltre, negli ultimi mesi ci sono stati distaccamenti specifici del materiale di rivestimento esistente sulla facciata._x000D_ Lo scopo di questo progetto è quello di installare un sistema di isolamento termico esterno (SATE) sulle facciate esistenti in edifici residenziali in via Ibaibide 16-18 a Getxo, Bizkaia.
