Introducción: Las conductas agresivas dentro de los trastornos de la personalidad impulsivos-agresivos (TPi-a)suponen un grave problema de violencia en nuestra sociedad. A pesar de ello no existen todavía muchos estudios acerca de los patrones endofenotípicos que sean indicadores de dianas terapéuticas para el tratamiento. Objetivo: encontrar endofenotipos bioquímicos subyacentes a los trastornos de la personalidad impulsivo-agresivos que orienten la labor diagnóstica y la búsqueda de dianas terapéuticas. Metodología: se incluirán en el estudio 150 pacientes con TPi-a y 100 controles de 18 a 40 años a los que se les administrará un protocolo sociodemográfico, un protocolo psicopatológico, clínico y psicodiagnóstico, y se les realizará análisis de sangre para obtener muestras de receptores glucocorticoideos, serotonina, oxitocina, factores pro y antiinflamatorios y factores genéticos. Introduction: Aggressive behaviors within impulsive-aggressive personality disorders (TPi-a) pose a serious problem of violence in our society. However, there are still not many studies on endophenotypic patterns that are indicators of therapeutic targets for treatment. Objective: find biochemical endophenotypes underlying impulsive-aggressive personality disorders that guide diagnostic work and the search for therapeutic targets. Methodology: the study will include 150 patients with PI-a and 100 controls aged 18 to 40 years who will be given a sociodemographic protocol, a psychopathological, clinical and psychodiagnostic protocol, and blood tests will be performed to obtain samples of glucocorticoid receptors, serotonin, oxytocin, pro and anti-inflammatory factors and genetic factors. Introduction: Les comportements agressifs dans les troubles de la personnalité impulsifs-agressifs (TPi-a) posent un grave problème de violence dans notre société. Cependant, il n’y a toujours pas beaucoup d’études sur les schémas endophénotypiques qui sont des indicateurs de cibles thérapeutiques pour le traitement. Objectif: trouvez des endophénotypes biochimiques sous-jacents aux troubles de la personnalité impulsifs-agressifs qui guident le travail de diagnostic et la recherche de cibles thérapeutiques. Méthodologie: L’étude comprendra 150 patients atteints d’IP-a et 100 témoins âgés de 18 à 40 ans qui recevront un protocole sociodémographique, un protocole psychopathologique, clinique et psychodiagnostique, et des tests sanguins seront effectués afin d’obtenir des échantillons de récepteurs glucocorticoïdes, de sérotonine, d’oxytocine, de facteurs pro et anti-inflammatoires et de facteurs génétiques. Allerdings gibt es noch nicht viele Studien zu endophenotypischen Mustern, die Indikatoren für therapeutische Ziele für die Behandlung sind. Ziel: finden Sie biochemische Endophenotypen, die impulsiv-aggressive Persönlichkeitsstörungen zugrunde liegen, die die diagnostische Arbeit und die Suche nach therapeutischen Zielen leiten. Inleiding: Agressief gedrag binnen impulsief-agressieve persoonlijkheidsstoornissen (TPi-a) vormt een ernstig probleem van geweld in onze samenleving. Er zijn echter nog steeds niet veel studies naar endophenotypic patronen die indicatoren zijn van therapeutische doelen voor behandeling. Doelstelling: vind biochemische endophenotypes onderliggende impulsief-agressieve persoonlijkheidsstoornissen die diagnostisch werk begeleiden en het zoeken naar therapeutische doelen. Methodologie: het onderzoek zal bestaan uit 150 patiënten met PI-a en 100 controles van 18 tot 40 jaar oud die een sociodemografisch protocol, een psychopathologisch, klinisch en psychodiagnostisch protocol zullen krijgen, en er zullen bloedonderzoeken worden uitgevoerd om monsters van glucocorticoïde receptoren, serotonine, oxytocine, pro- en anti-inflammatoire factoren en genetische factoren te verkrijgen. Tuttavia, non ci sono ancora molti studi sui modelli endofenotipici che sono indicatori degli obiettivi terapeutici per il trattamento. Obiettivo: trova gli endofenotipi biochimici sottostanti disturbi impulsivo-aggressivi della personalità che guidano il lavoro diagnostico e la ricerca di obiettivi terapeutici.
