"BIOWET PUŁAWY" SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności oraz skali prowadzenia działalności "BIOWET PUŁAWY" sp. z o.o. (dalej:BIOWET) poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w postaci innowacyjnych produktów: preparatów diagnostycznych do wykrywania gruźlicy u zwierząt - Avituberculin i Bovituberculin. Receptura nowych produktów oraz ich technologia wytwarzania zostały opracowane w wyniku przeprowadzonych prac B+R, które trwały 6 lat i zakończyły się uzyskaniem pozwoleń na dopuszczenie do obrotu przez Urząd Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Biobójczych. Biowet będzie jedynym polskim producentem tuberkulin w branży. Preparaty Biowetu będą innowacyjnym produktem co najmniej na skalę kraju ze względu na jakość i bezpieczeństwo produktu finalnego. Najważniejsze dominanty procesu technologicznego Avi- i Bovituberculin: -wykorzystanie do produkcji odpowiednio dobranych podłoży, które nie mają negatywnego wpływu na właściwości użytkowe końcowego produktu -zastosowanie filtracji, dzięki której produkty mają małą zawartość białka balastowego wpływającego na reakcje alergiczne i wynik końcowy testu -zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa użycia, które jest wynikiem wnikliwej kontroli jakości prowadzonej in vivo. Wprowadzenie nowych produktów na rynek będzie możliwe dzięki realizacji projektu i inwestycjom w roboty budowlane oraz nowe środki trwałe związane z budową i wyposażeniem Zwierzętarni stanowiącej niezbędny element procesu produkcyjnego nowych preparatów i związaną z nim kontrolą jakości produktów. Zadanie opisano w pkt. D1 wniosku. Grupy docelowe: obecni oraz nowi odbiorcy BIOWET na rynku polskim i zagranicznym: hurtownie i dystrybutorzy leków i preparatów weterynaryjnych. The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness and scale of activity “Biowet PUŁAWY” sp. z o.o. (hereinafter:Biowet) through implementation of R & D results in the form of innovative products: diagnostic preparations for the detection of tuberculosis in animals – Avituberculin and Bovituberculin. The formulation of new products and their manufacturing technology were developed as a result of R & D work carried out, which lasted 6 years and ended with marketing authorisations by the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical and Biocidal Devices. Biowet will be the only Polish manufacturer of tuberkulin in the industry. Biowet preparations will be an innovative product at least on a national scale due to the quality and safety of the final product. The most important predominants of the technology process Avi- and Bovituberculin: —use for the production of suitable substrates that do not adversely affect the performance of the final product – use of filtration, thanks to which the products have a low ballast protein content affecting allergic reactions and the final result of the test – ensuring safety of use, which is the result of thorough quality control carried out in vivo. The introduction of new products on the market will be possible through the implementation of the project and investments in construction works and new fixed assets related to the construction and equipment of Pets, which is an essential part of the production process of new preparations and related quality control of products. Target groups: present and new recipients of Biowet on the Polish and foreign markets: distributors and distributors of veterinary medicines and preparations. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité et l’échelle de «Biowet PUŁAWY» sp. z o.o. (dalej:Biowet) par la mise en œuvre des résultats de R & D sous forme de produits innovants: préparations diagnostiques pour la détection de la tuberculose chez les animaux — Avituberculin et Bovituberculin. La formulation de nouveaux produits et leur technologie de fabrication ont été mises au point à la suite des travaux de R-D réalisés, qui ont duré six ans et ont abouti à l’obtention d’autorisations de mise sur le marché par l’Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Devices (Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Devices). Biowet sera le seul producteur polonais de tuberculines dans l’industrie. Les préparations Biowetu seront un produit innovant au moins à l’échelle nationale en raison de la qualité et de la sécurité du produit final. Les dominants les plus importants du processus technologique Avi- et Bovituberculin: —l’utilisation de substrats sélectionnés de manière appropriée pour la production de substrats appropriés qui n’ont pas d’incidence négative sur les performances du produit final — l’utilisation de filtration, grâce à laquelle les produits ont une faible teneur en protéines de ballast affectant les réactions allergiques et le résultat final de l’essai — assurant la sécurité d’utilisation, qui est le résultat d’un contrôle de qualité approfondi effectué in vivo. L’introduction de nouveaux produits sur le marché sera possible grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet et aux investissements dans les travaux de construction et les nouveaux actifs fixes liés à la construction et à l’équipement des animaux, qui est un élément essentiel du processus de production de nouvelles préparations et du contrôle de la qualité des produits connexes. Ziel des Projekts ist die Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und des Umfangs von „Biowet PUŁAWY“ sp. z o.o. (dalej:Biowet) durch die Umsetzung von FuE-Ergebnissen in Form innovativer Produkte: diagnostische Präparate zum Nachweis von Tuberkulose bei Tieren – Avituberculin und Bovituberculin. Die Formulierung neuer Produkte und ihre Herstellungstechnologie wurden auf der Grundlage von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten entwickelt, die 6 Jahre lang dauerten und das Amt für die Registrierung von Arzneimitteln, Medizinprodukten und Biozidprodukten für das Inverkehrbringen von Genehmigungen erhielt. Biowet wird der einzige polnische Hersteller von Tuberkulinen in der Branche sein. Biowetu-Präparate werden aufgrund der Qualität und Sicherheit des Endprodukts zumindest auf nationaler Ebene ein innovatives Produkt sein. Die wichtigsten Dominanten des Technologieprozesses Avi- und Bovituberculin: —die Verwendung von entsprechend ausgewählten Substraten zur Herstellung geeigneter Substrate, die die Leistungsfähigkeit des Endprodukts nicht beeinträchtigen – die Verwendung der Filtration, durch die die Produkte einen geringen Ballastproteingehalt aufweisen, der allergische Reaktionen beeinflusst, und das Endergebnis des Tests – die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Verwendung, die das Ergebnis einer gründlichen Qualitätskontrolle in vivo ist. Die Einführung neuer Produkte auf dem Markt wird durch die Durchführung des Projekts und Investitionen in Bauarbeiten und neue Anlagegüter im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau und der Ausrüstung von Tieren möglich sein, die ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Herstellungsprozesses neuer Zubereitungen und der damit zusammenhängenden Produktqualitätskontrolle sind. Zielgruppen: aktuelle und neue Kunden von Biowet auf dem polnischen und ausländischen Markt: Großhändler und Vertreiber von Arzneimitteln und Tierarzneimitteln. Doel van het project is het concurrentievermogen en de schaal van „Biowet PUŁAWY” sp. z o.o. (dalej:Biowet) te vergroten door de implementatie van O & O-resultaten in de vorm van innovatieve producten: diagnostische preparaten voor de opsporing van tuberculose bij dieren — Avituberculin en Bovituberculin. De formulering van nieuwe producten en hun fabricagetechnologie zijn ontwikkeld als gevolg van O & O-werkzaamheden die zes jaar hebben geduurd en hebben geleid tot het verkrijgen van vergunningen voor het in de handel brengen door het Bureau voor de registratie van geneesmiddelen, medische hulpmiddelen en biociden. Biowet zal de enige Poolse producent van tuberculinen in de industrie zijn. Biowetu-preparaten zullen ten minste op nationaal niveau een innovatief product zijn vanwege de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het eindproduct. De belangrijkste dominanten van het Avi- en Bovituberculin technologische proces: —het gebruik van geschikte substraten voor de productie van geschikte substraten die geen negatieve invloed hebben op de prestaties van het eindproduct — het gebruik van filtratie, waardoor de producten een laag ballasteiwitgehalte hebben dat van invloed is op allergische reacties en het eindresultaat van de test — waarbij de veiligheid van het gebruik wordt gewaarborgd, hetgeen het resultaat is van een grondige kwaliteitscontrole die in vivo wordt uitgevoerd. De introductie van nieuwe producten op de markt zal mogelijk zijn dankzij de uitvoering van het project en investeringen in bouwwerken en nieuwe vaste activa in verband met de bouw en uitrusting van dieren, een essentieel onderdeel van het productieproces van nieuwe preparaten en de daarmee verband houdende productkwaliteitscontrole. Doelgroepen: huidige en nieuwe klanten van Biowet op de Poolse en buitenlandse markt: groothandelaren en distributeurs van geneesmiddelen en diergeneesmiddelen. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare la competitività e la scala di "Biowet PUŁAWY" sp. z o.o. (dalej:Biowet) attraverso l'attuazione di risultati di R & S sotto forma di prodotti innovativi: preparazioni diagnostiche per l'individuazione della tubercolosi negli animali — Avituberculin e Bovituberculin. La formulazione di nuovi prodotti e la loro tecnologia di fabbricazione sono state sviluppate a seguito di lavori di R & S, durati sei anni e che hanno permesso all'Ufficio per la registrazione dei medicinali, dei dispositivi medici e dei dispositivi biocidi di ottenere autorizzazioni all'immissione in commercio. Biowet sarà l'unico produttore polacco di tubercoline nel settore. I preparati Biowetu saranno un prodotto innovativo almeno su scala nazionale grazie alla qualità e alla sicurezza del prodotto finale. I più importanti dominanti del processo tecnologico Avi- e Bovituberculin: —l'uso di substrati opportunamente selezionati per la produzione di substrati idonei che non incidono negativamente sulle prestazioni del prodotto finale — l'uso della filtrazione, grazie al quale i prodotti hanno un basso contenuto di proteine di zavorra che influenzano le reazioni allergiche e il risultato finale della prova — garantendo la sicurezza dell'uso, che è il risultato di un accurato controllo di qualità effettuato in vivo. L'introduzione di nuovi prodotti sul mercato sarà possibile grazie alla realizzazione del progetto e agli investimenti in lavori di costruzione e nuove immobilizzazioni legate alla costruzione e alle attrezzature di Animals, che è una parte essenziale del processo produttivo di nuovi preparati e relativo controllo qualità del prodotto.
