The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.08.2019 the employability and active participation of the community-vocation. 135 persons (75K/60M) at risk of poverty or exclusion.social, which in the first instance require the activation of the population, living under the KC in the Łódź Voivodship, coming exclusively from rural areas without employment (only inactive professions or unemployed with a third aid profile), including: min.13ON(7K/6M) The objective will be achieved by covering the above-mentioned group with support under the 4th Approvals: 1.development of IAC and competence training of the community. 2.jobcoaching, individuals. legal, civic and psychological counselling 3.
