Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału organizacyjnego oraz podniesienie efektywności działań Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Głuchołazach i zwiększenie podmiotowości odbiorcy pomocy poprzez wdrożenie w jednostce usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych w okresie od 04.12.2017 r. do 31.05.2019 r.W ramach projektu, w toku wdrożenia usprawnień organizacyjnych i zmiany struktury ops zostaną wyodrębnione 4 zespoły:-ds.pierwszego kontaktu-ds.pracy socjalnej-ds.usług socjalnych-ds.świadczeń przyznawanych decyzjąW skład zespołu ds. pracy socjalnej i ds. usług socjalnych będzie wchodził min. 1 prac. socjalny (po 1 w każdym zespole) posiadający specjalizację I st. w zaw. prac. socjalny.Proj.składa się z 3 zadań merytorycznych:- Przygotowanie do do wdrożenia zmiany organizacji i funkcjonowania Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej - Wdrażanie nowego modelu organizacyjnego funkcjonowania jednostki.- Wsparcie superwizyjne i szkoleniowe pracowników Ośrodka Pomocy SpołecznejDziałania w ramach proj. realizowane będą zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dn. 12.03.2004 r. o pom. społ. (Dz.U.z 2016 r.,poz. 930,z późn. zm.) i przepisami wyk.do tej ustawy.Wnioskodawca w zakresie realizacji proj. wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki org.nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pom. społ.oraz zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiązań modelowych oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pom. społ. od pracy socjalnej, w oparciu o Zasady wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej oraz Modele realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie.Proj.zakłada przestrzeganie zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. L’objectif principal du projet est de renforcer la capacité organisationnelle et d’accroître l’efficacité du centre d’assistance sociale de Głuchołazy et d’accroître la subjectivité du bénéficiaire de l’aide en mettant en œuvre des améliorations organisationnelles dans l’unité consistant en la séparation du travail administratif du travail social et des services sociaux au cours de la période du 04.12.2017 au 31.5.2019.Dans le cadre du projet, lors de la mise en œuvre des améliorations organisationnelles et des changements dans la structure des ops, 4 équipes seront séparées:-pour le premier contact — travail social — services sociaux — services sociaux. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du travail social et de l’équipe des services sociaux sera composée d’une équipe, entre autres, d’un travail de mise en œuvre sociale (après 1 travail composé de chaque équipe de travail avec chaque équipe de spécialisation sociale). 12.03.2004 (JO 2016) 930, telle que modifiée) et les dispositions de la présente loi. Le demandeur mettra en œuvre un nouveau système d’organisation dans le cadre de son unité, conformément à l’article 110a de la loi sur l’assistance sociale, et assurera l’utilisation de solutions modèles pour la séparation de la procédure administrative d’octroi des prestations sociales du travail social, sur la base des principes de mise en œuvre des améliorations organisationnelles dans les unités organisationnelles de l’assistance sociale et des modèles pour la prestation de services d’une norme spécifique dans la municipalité.Proj. suppose le respect des principes du développement durable. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die organisatorische Kapazität zu stärken und die Wirksamkeit des Sozialhilfezentrums in Głuchołazy zu erhöhen und die Subjektivität des Beihilfeempfängers durch die Umsetzung organisatorischer Verbesserungen in der Einheit, bestehend aus der Trennung von Verwaltungsarbeit und Sozialleistungen in der Zeit vom 04.12.2017 bis zum 31.05.2019, zu erhöhen.Im Rahmen des Projekts werden während der Durchführung von organisatorischen Verbesserungen und Änderungen in der Struktur der Ops 4 Teams getrennt: -für den ersten Kontakt – Sozialarbeit – Sozialarbeit – Sozialleistungen – Soziale Dienstleistungen – Sozialleistungen. 12.03.2004 (ABL. 2016) 930, in der geänderten Fassung) und die Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes. Der Antragsteller wird im Rahmen seiner Einheit gemäß Artikel 110a des Sozialhilfegesetzes ein neues Organisationssystem einführen und die Anwendung von Modelllösungen für die Trennung des Verwaltungsverfahrens zur Gewährung von Sozialleistungen aus der Sozialarbeit auf der Grundlage der Grundsätze der organisatorischen Verbesserung der Organisationseinheiten der Sozialhilfe und der Modelle für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen eines bestimmten Standards in der Gemeinde gewährleisten.Proj. übernimmt die Einhaltung der Grundsätze der nachhaltigen Entwicklung. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het versterken van de organisatorische capaciteit en het vergroten van de effectiviteit van het Centrum voor Sociale Hulp in Głuchołazy en het vergroten van de subjectiviteit van de ontvanger van de steun door middel van organisatorische verbeteringen in de eenheid bestaande uit scheiding van administratief werk en sociale diensten in de periode van 4.12.2017 tot 31.5.2019.Als onderdeel van het project zullen tijdens de uitvoering van organisatorische verbeteringen en veranderingen in de structuur van de ops, 4 teams worden gescheiden:-voor de eerste contact — sociaal werk — sociale diensten — sociale diensten — sociale diensten — sociale diensten. In de loop van de uitvoering van sociaal werk en sociale diensten zal het team bestaan uit, onder anderen, 1 sociaal werk (na 1 in elk team) met een team met een sociale specialisatie. 12.03.2004 (PB 2016) 930, zoals gewijzigd) en de bepalingen van deze wet. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è rafforzare la capacità organizzativa e aumentare l'efficacia del Centro di assistenza sociale di Głuchołazy e aumentare la soggettività del beneficiario dell'aiuto attraverso l'attuazione di miglioramenti organizzativi nell'unità consistente nella separazione del lavoro amministrativo dal lavoro sociale e dai servizi sociali nel periodo dal 04.12.2017 al 31.05.2019. Nell'ambito del progetto, durante l'attuazione dei miglioramenti organizzativi e dei cambiamenti nella struttura delle operazioni, 4 squadre saranno separate:-per il primo contatto — lavoro sociale — servizi sociali — servizi sociali — servizi sociali. Nel corso di attuazione del gruppo di lavoro sociale e dei servizi sociali sarà composto, tra gli altri, 1 lavoro sociale (dopo 1 lavoro con l'attuazione sociale) con un corso di specializzazione in gruppo. 12.03.2004 (GU 2016) 930, come modificato) e le disposizioni della presente legge. Il richiedente implementerà un nuovo sistema organizzativo nel quadro della sua unità, conformemente all'articolo 110a della legge sull'assistenza sociale, e garantirà l'uso di soluzioni modello per la separazione della procedura amministrativa per la concessione di prestazioni sociali dal lavoro sociale, sulla base dei principi di attuazione dei miglioramenti organizzativi nelle unità organizzative di assistenza sociale e modelli per la prestazione di servizi di una determinata norma nel comune.Proj. assume il rispetto dei principi di sviluppo sostenibile.
