Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sejneńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: -11 osób (z wyłączeniem osób: niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, o niskich kwalifikacjach), -1 osobę niepełnosprawną, -6 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, -43 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sejnach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy: I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników/czek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Sejnach realizować będzie usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy zaplanowane w projekcie, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Sejny County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: —11 persons (excluding persons: disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled), -1 person with disabilities, -6 long-term unemployed, -43 low-skilled people registered with the PUP in Seine. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified for the aid profile: I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant/wait, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Sejna will implement labour market services and instruments planned in the project, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Sejne. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’accéder à l’emploi par: —11 personnes (à l’exclusion des personnes: handicapés, chômeurs de longue durée, peu qualifiés), -1 personne handicapée, -6 chômeurs de longue durée, -43 OLP peu qualifiés enregistrés à Sejny. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide: I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou profil II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants/chèques, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP de Sejny exécutera les services et les instruments du marché du travail prévus dans le projet, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Sejne arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung durch: —11 Personen (ohne Personen: Behinderte, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte), -1 Behinderte, -6 Langzeitarbeitslose, -43 gering qualifizierte PLO, die in Sejny registriert sind. Mit dem Projekt werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Beihilfeprofil in Frage kommen: I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder Profil II (sogenannte „Unterstützungspflicht“). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer/Scheck der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO in Sejny die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Dienstleistungen und Instrumente des Arbeitsmarktes im Einklang mit dem Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen durchführen. Doel van het project is de werkgelegenheidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Sejne. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de indienstneming van de werkgelegenheid door: —11 personen (met uitzondering van personen: gehandicapten, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden), -1 gehandicapte, -6 langdurig werklozen, -43 laaggeschoolde PLO geregistreerd in Sejny. Het project ondersteunt personen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor het steunprofiel: I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of profiel II (zogenaamde „noodzakelijke steun”). In het kader van het project wordt voor elk van de deelnemers/cheques de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO in Sejny de in het project geplande diensten en instrumenten van de arbeidsmarkt uitvoeren, overeenkomstig de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani fino a 29 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Sejne. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà l'assunzione di posti di lavoro: —11 persone (escluse le persone: disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificati), -1 disabili, -6 disoccupati di lunga durata, -43 ORP scarsamente qualificati registrati a Sejny. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto: I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o profilo II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascuno dei partecipanti/assegni, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su questa base, l'OLP di Sejny effettuerà i servizi e gli strumenti del mercato del lavoro previsti nel progetto, conformemente alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
