Development of technical documentation for thermal modernisation of the building, including: — construction-executive design,- technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,- the premise of the works,- the investor’s estimate; 2. Construction and assembly works: a) Modernisation of central heating installations – replacement of radiators – 149 pcs. — installation of thermostatic valves – 149 pcs. — replacement of pipelines and their insulation – 1449 m, b) 0 warming of partitions of the building, – external walls – 1816,70 m²,- cellar walls – 563,80 m²,- ceiling above the last floor – 1094.40 m²,- warming of the roof and floor – 35,35 m²; C) replacement of lighting for energy efficient – 570 lighting points, replacement of connectors 177 pcs, lightning system and ground 1kpl., Tzu board 1pcs.
